Staff was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The products and prices were very good as well. I wished they had more tshirts in stock but everything about this store was great.

If youre trying to catch COVID go to the MK outlet in Grand Prairie. I was very excited to get a deal here for my wifes birthday, but my excitement quickly turned to disgustingness. After giving my wife her purse she comes to me a little upset and with a balled mask and dirty tissue in her hand. She asks did you leave this in the pursue? My stomach dropped and I said no! I went back to the store to return the purse and maybe an apology for the inconvenience, but all I got was bad mouthed by the manager. He literally had the other employees huddled together talking about me and my wife. I saw the other employees looking back at us and I heard him say He didnt care about that. Customer service is really gone nowadays! What a filthy place! They dont clean stuff after returns and they employee nasty-attitude people.

Everyone in the store is so very helpful. I was standing in line with a bag off the floor and the young associate came up to me and said, Maam do you mind if I get you a new bag from the back? Now thats superb customer service!

Cant resist a new handbag or pair of shoes on the spur of the moment. 🥰

I went in there to return a purse and was told I was unable to do so due to purchasing it at a different location. I showed the manager my gift receipt and she was unable to comprehend that the receipt said I was able to return my purse at ANY location until the 31st. Overall I am very disappointed in the lack of company policies and calibration that your sales associates fail to withhold.

I found a very cute purse for a very nice price. The sales associate who helped me was very nice. My daughter spilled her drink on the floor and one of the associates walked by and said Oh my as if this was the worst thing that has ever happened. I felt like this was so rude. Another lady came from the back with paper towels and cleaned it up for me. She was so nice and I kept apologizing. She was friendly and told me dont worry about. On this shopping trip, it took someone a very long time to even acknowledge that I was shopping. No one tried to help me or even ask me if I needed help until I was in the store for a while. This has never happened before. The store was busy when I walked in, but cleared out and still no one bothered to see if I needed help until later. This time wasnt the best experience. The other times have been phenomenal.

I had a wonderful experience here! I read the reviews before coming and was a little hesitant to come out, but came for a smart watch and left with an additional item due to the great sale! Veronica helped me and was really friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! All of the associates were friendly, courteous and helpful! I LOVE the additional sales that I always seem to luck up on! Great experience...Ill definitely return and recommend my friends!

Very uncomfortable and watch the whole time will never shop there again. They sit there and hovered over me to watch me, never greeted me, or ask me any question. And when I put my product back to leave they viciously snatched it from me and took it to the back to search it. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

I went to this store not really for sure what I wanted to gift for a special lady. Karla was so helpful, with suggestions, and telling me what she likes. I took up a lot of her time. So I just wanted to say how great she was with helping me.

Colors, styles & selection are great for an outlet. The location is clean and well kept. Staff was upbeat, ready to help and allows you to leisurely shop.

The worst MICHAEL KORS experience I’ve ever had. I’m a VIP Member and I love visiting all of the stores. I travel all over the U.S. and this is the worst one!The employees were awkward and made me feel uncomfortable. While I was looking at items one girl was following me around and fixing everything I touched and looked at but never engaged with me or asked if I needed help. I also got an important phone call and while I was in the middle of a sentence one of the other girls walked up to me and announced something about a sale to me very loud... WHILE I was talking. The person on the phone said, “Wow, that was loud and rude” and I had to apologize for some random, obnoxious employee where I’m supposed to be spending hundreds to thousands of dollars.

I love coming into this store. They always have such good stocking, promos and discounts, and a super friendly and helpful staff! I dont go anywhere else for my purses and wallets!

Had A disappointing experience today unfortunately. Wanted to buy my daughter a watch similar to my MK watches we picked one out after about 20 minutes with Betsy. Got in a very long line and waited about 20m. I asked Betsy if they would size the watch upon purchase today and she said yes. I get to the checkout with Lexi and she puts the watch in the box I ask to get it sized she says only M-Th...I tell her I was told by Betsy they would size. She said Betsy is new and we told her not to tell people that. I said well I can’t but it if we can’t suze it so she called for the next person in line. I was so disappointed I used to work in retail. Your customers are everything! You should treat each customer like they are your only one. I asked for her name and the corporate number she told me I could not have her ID. I asked her name on the way out to another associate who I assume was the manager as she asked if she could help me with a question I told her the situation she said “I can size if for you” I asked if I had to get back in line...she stated I would. I couldn’t believe how unappreciated for my business that I felt. I have 2 watches, coats, handbags..... I left and went to Kay’s and bought a Coach watch that was more expensive but I left feeling satisfied with my experience and my purchase. Funny thing was there were 3 couples at the diamond counter that hadn’t been helped and she still took the time to size my watch and show me rings that I wasn’t even going to purchase. You lost a customer. But apparently that doesn’t matter judging by how you’ve trained your reps. Disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I received a watch as a gift and went to get the metal wrist band adjusted for my wrist, but they didnt want to service it because the store was too busy which I wouldnt have minded waiting or even paying a small fee for a so called warranted watch. I drove 15 miles because its the only Michael Kors store closest to me. So instead I went to Kay Jewelers next door to have it adjusted. Of course I had to pay $30. I understand its the holiday season, but you dont say no to a customer just because you dont want to do a job.

Paid over $200 for a watch here as a graduation gift for my sister-in-law. Went to the outlet to get some of the links removed so she could actually wear the watch and we were told they couldnt remove the links because its a Sunday.... they sent us over to Watch Station across the mall. Went to watch station and took less than 5 minutes to remove the links for her. I went back to MK to speak to a manager and the manager told me its a policy they have due to heavy volume. Recommended for me to come back on a weekday to have the links removed. So, youre telling telling me after paying over $200 for a watch, you cant take 5 minutes to remove the links? Heavy volume or not, it was poor customer service. Ive never had good service in this store. Lesson learned, never going back.

Manager super rude! Im a regular customer....Asking for certain item they didnt have so decided on wristlet wallet & asked how much tax was item so I could get my money ready at registet& manager asked me if I was from here like if I was an illegal & was talking to me like if I was a child & stupid!! They do have some nice associates Mr. Antonio and couple others but manager is very unprofessional & racist....

Went there today to get my watch re-sized because it was still to big or at least try...and apparently they didnt have anyone that knew how, but the day I bought it which was a Saturday (a weekend duh) I got it re-sized by some guy and guess what! That same guy was there today, so I told the lady there that AND then she still wants to say that he cant do it right now because hes working at the registers and that hes taking care of customers, and I had to point out the fact that I was a customer too because she obviously didnt know that. THEN she replies with they cant do it on weekends because its too busy, having NO ONE at the registers!!! yet I said that I would wait in line if I have to and she STILL says they cant because its the holidays and that I should come back Monday (the next day). NOT to mention the day I bought I was told that I could come any time and theyll adjust it.

Items are too expensive to not allow returns only exchanges. No returns or exchanges on clearance items! Policy is printed on receipt but how is the department stores policy better than the actual Flagship outlet.

Horrible customer service- spoke to a girl by the name of Celeste. Asked her if she could help me with something via phone and told me she couldnt at the moment because they were super busy, which i get because of the holidays, but I am too a customer. Asked to speak to the manager and been on hold for a while... NOT HAPPY!

Horrible return policy. My husband bought a purple watch for my birthday. I wore the watch for one day and by the end of the day the purple rubbed off the watch. They would not do anything about it and said I had to deal with an 800 number. I will not purchase another purse, watch, wallet etc from them.
