Let me be perfectly honest about this Starbucks location. It is hidden behind greenery in a small strip mall across from a larger shopping center. I purposely drive to this location from Mansfield because....they always have what I want in the midst of the current Starbucks scarcity, they are extremely professional and friendly (I dont know who manages or owns this one, but oh my goodness..wonderful), and customers are not stupid, they know this location is fantabulous so it is often crowded AND its located in a tight area. But they work the line in superior fashion even for slow customers like myself who like to ask questions. My drinks taste better, look better, ARE better. This Starbucks location is supreme. Thank you for serving the community well and best wishes/prayers up for the future.
I used to really like this place but recently the service has been terrible. The staff is polite but my coffee order is always cold. I tell them to use steamed cream but they give me old warm, not hot, coffee with regular cold cream. And they havent had sugar in weeks. You know, theres a Target across the street. I am now going to the one off of 360. Much better.

Every time I come here, no matter the time, the drive through is super slow. I went in once hoping it would be faster, but it was slower and they forgot part of my order, which then took longer.The people are always realy nice inside and in the drive through. But I never have to wait as long at any other Starbucks.
Whoever was working the window this morning (4.24.2021) around 7:15am was seriously the most pleasant person I have ever met. They were the epitome of customer service, and this Starbucks is beyond lucky to have them representing the store. This person deserves a raise and all the free “partner beverages” they can drink.
Ordered caramel macchiato and it was pretty god but I would have added more caramel
Drive thru is absolutely slow 30 minutes just for a drink. To bad Starbucks doesnt induct McDonalds rapped food processes. The reason why I stop coming to Starbucks, if youre paying top dollar for a coffee then the services should mirror.
Not sure what happened to this Starbucks. It used to be great. Maybe management changed. Either way, lines are EXTREMELY slow now, and to top it off they are always out of cold brew.
The drive thru line was long but it went quick. High fives to the whole team.
Sara recommended me a great drink the last time I visited this location. It has become my regular go to, i trusted her recommendation solely on the fact of her great eyebrows, but amazing drink thank you.
Love this Starbucks! They are super busy but the employees here are awesome! They recognize me already and know what i order without me having to tell them. Lol 🤪

Good customer service, but it takes SO LONG to go through the drive thru. Took 1 HOUR the last time I went to this location.
I love this location!! The baristas are so personable and kind especially Ashley. Her customer service makes me want to drive the extra 10 minutes to this location every morning.
We will be driving to this location from now on because it has a better staff and goes a heck of a lot smoother than the one down the street from our house.
The baristas were pleasant. I loved to see the wonderful customer service by Koby, using names as the customers came through the door. Made me want to frequent the store more often, I just dont always have the time.

You have no idea how much I needed that today, it’s the little things that mean so much. It was just a nice gesture to be appreciated as a customer. Tell the cashier my grandkids really liked her clown Halloween makeup, that was cool. They are ready for Halloween.
I have stopped twice recently and both times they weren’t open during normal hours. I just left there at 4pm.

My first and last time at this location. I asked for a drink I saw online. The woman at the window was rude and said What I dont know what you asking for. It sounds like you asking for a hot and cold drink and we dont do Tik Tok drinks. What type of customer service is this. Didnt want to order after the bad customer service. The line was really long too. I went across the street to Target Starbucks with 1 worker line moved fast and he made my drink that wasnt on Tik Tok
Great location, next to HWY 360, easy access for drive through, and friendly staff. I gave it 3* because I called and told it is open for in-side dinning however, it is not. You are allowed to purchase but not seat in.
This Starbucks is soooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwww!!! Do not go there if you are in a hurry! I cant figure out why but I am always in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes!
Its Starbucks... good drinks but this location has a long wait time.
This location is very organized. They are careful to limit the amount of customers so that we do not break the 6 feet rule. They have sections for ordering in store and for customer pickup. They have somewhere to open the door to eliminate contact points. They give great instructions on where you should go as to minimize confusion and maximize efficiency through the various process of picking up your order. Once you pick up there is another associate to open the exit door for you so that you are not double backing or getting mixed up with those coming in. I loved the experience and I hope the other locations follow this example during this pandemic.
I’ve been coming to this location for 12 to 13 years now. Never had an issue until a week or so ago. I was placing my order and I asked foe some siracha sauce and the associate say they didn’t have any. I asked if they had any other hot sauce was “ this ain’t chipotle” a simple no would have done it. Then I hear him laugh with someone else after I left the drive-thru. I spoke the the manager Terry and she apologized and said that the next order was on the house and asked for my full name to put it on her books. Today I tried to redeem it and the manager said my name was not on the books and she had to talk to the manager Terry and see what happened. The manager on point couldn’t do anything for my order since it was to big of an order( under 20 dollars). This is leaving a very bad impression on how they run business in this location.
Horrible service during covid! 30 min waits, unacceptable! Ive stopped going to this location for this reason. Starbucks needs to figure something out if they are short staffed
I love using my app to order! Then I just wear a mask and walk right in and get my order ~no waiting in lines! Im that pumpkin everything girl!! Oh how I love the pumpkin choices of things available here!
The baristas at this location are always full of energy and charismatic.
Customer service was terrible. The line was a long wait with no one at the register and and staff seemed indifferent to even acknowledging waiting customers. After finally placing my order and a long wait later, I noticed other customers seemed just as frustrated as me. I never received my drink because after flagging a staff member down, I was told the nitro machine was broken and the person moved on to someone else’s order. I could not get my money back as no one was available again at the register and staff were too busy to care. Left -$5 short and no drink.Also, this location has no business accepting online orders if they can’t even handle an order in-person. Clearly understaffed and managed poorly. I will refrain from buying Starbucks.
My drink was $3.30 but the barista charged $4.06 because she charged me the drink of the guy behind me. I knew it was the wrong amount because I ordered it all the time. I was asking her again to confirm and she said it was only $3.30 then my bank showed it was $4.06. I don’t mind few cents. I just don’t like the dishonesty from the barista. If she made a mistake, just says that she charged me wrong and redo it. She just ignored and thought I wouldn’t check it. I am so disappointed. This location is one of my favorites.

This Starbucks is awful. They have tons of turn over and so someone is always being trained. The wait is always long. Drinks are super inconsistent. And the curly headed women has been extremely rude to us on more than one occasion. One time to my 12 year old. I won’t be back until she is gone. She verbally assaulted me the other day. I literally was almost in tears begging her to listen to me and she absolutely would not stop. Never again. Ive never, ever been treated that way.

This is the WORST Starbucks location ever, no question. It has some serious, legitimate issues, and I definitely will never be coming back to this location.I’ve had issues with this location every time I’ve gone before, with the service usually being extremely rude, passive aggressive, and slow. They almost always get something wrong with the order, and will even argue with me about THEM being right. For example, the sandwich for my mobile order didn’t have sriracha with it (I checked, I had requested it on the mobile order), so I asked for some, and they insisted it was inside already! I had to hold open the sandwich bag to show them that, uhhh NO, it isn’t inside, because they refused to believe me! They are literally always so rude here and have an attitude. But all of these experiences were trumped by the ordeal I had to deal with today here.Earlier today, I received the slowest, rudest and most incompetent service that I have EVER received at a Starbucks location, hands down. I placed a mobile order and then got in the drive thru line, which wasn’t moving AT ALL. I then waited over THIRTY MINUTES in line with it only moving when cars left it. I then went inside, where someone rudely told me they can’t help me because they have to make drinks. Someone finally came and I told them I had placed a mobile order. They then confusedly tried to start making them, but I pointed out that they were already sitting there and were presumably mine. The hot drinks were all COLD, the sandwich was COLD, and there was no sriracha, despite requesting one (this happens literally every time I order here. Nothing I request for additions or customizations are EVER included/done). This meal was horrendous to both eat/drink and to wait for, and the service was horribly rude and incompetent in managing a line that wasn’t even that long. Absolutely ridiculous.Don’t come to this location, you’ll regret it.

They have a car hop to take orders for the longer lines now. Very friendly and kept social distancing guidelines. By the time I got to the window my order was ready and I paid and moved about my day.

I have yet to date gone to another Starbucks that exceeded customer service like the Camp Wisdom location! This is my favorite Starbucks location and I am so happy it is close to home! Everyone is wonderful and always happy to serve you. Ashley and Celina are my absolute favorite! They are the best! I love the happy faces drawn on my coffee cups. They always brighten up my day! Keep it up!

Love going to starbucks always got the triple mocha with an espresso shot. Tried a few other things like the chocolate crescent roll and damn was it good. Staff was always very welcoming and very kind.
A special thanks to Terry the manager as well as the baristas here for making this my now favorite location! I visit several of the Starbucks locations in the area often and this one is the best, which to me is saying a lot given that they’ve all really been good.

Great atmosphere. Good service. Basically clean bathrooms. And they do a good job moving the car line.The only thing that bothers me here at this location is that there are often flies inside the storefront. When youre ordering coffee, thats not such a big deal, but a couple of times (including my most recent visit) I saw one inside the glass with the food items.

They got one of our orders wrong, we had to drive back. All they said was Were sorry, well make you a new one.Of course, you’ll make a new one.
Next time Ill call to book, do not book through Instagram its a little crazy, they have a number text and book you on openings, you may be worked in with another client, some stylists do multiple clients at once. I did not get my hair done this day because none of this was explained. I left because I did not want to sit and wait when I had been on time for my appointment. I was in a rush to get my hair done it just seems strange that they take more than one client especially new at one time. Their work looks great online though.
I hate this location because the drinks are never consistent with the recipes at other locations, and I drink way too much Starbucks all over the metroplex to not know the differences, and this location always fails me. My drinks are always way too sweet or they heavy hand the cream really bad and make your whole drink taste thick. Its not like I had a special or complicated order either. Seriously tho, It’s hard not to want to drink a Starbucks coffee, but this location makes it easy. I’ll be going to the one on Collins and I-20 from now on👌 love that store. Wasting to much money and time waiting on y’all to get it right.

This place has a real friendly environment. They know their locals and repeat visitors very well. Very clean and great place to just sit, enjoy some coffee, and do some homework. I come here all the time when I am on this side of town.

I love this place, they are always fast, even when there is a long line they always have enough people to make the line go quickly. Great customer service and of course the coffee always tastes good. I go at least 3 times a week and have never had a bad experience!! This is my favorite Starbucks!

As a former Barista, I understand how fast-paced your job is - but she still need to take the time to connect with your customers. I have been in your location twice and had to wait a good minute before even being acknowledged as a person. And then when I try to talk to the person on bar today to make sure my order was being rude so we didnt have to be called out individually I pretty much got snapped at. I understand that personalities are different but youve got to got to got to connect with your customers and make them feel welcome or they wont come back.
I was on my way to a voice recital for my granddaughter. We looked for a Starbucks for a quick coffee and sandwich. Google sent us to the Starbucks in target. These dont carry sandwiches. The staff in side had to direct us to the stand alone store. Google this was not good. We had to grab our lunch and run. You need to fix maps.

Standard Starbucks. Very busy parking lot with the chance of your car being blocked in (temporarily from cars waiting in the drive through lane) also many cars choose not to park rather just stop in front to run in and grab their app order found it kinda odd, watched more than a dozen cars do it in less than an hour. Staff was nice.
Very rude when I asked why my APP did not reward me my Birthday free drink. Explained to them my mom had a stroke and I am not allowed to see her except through a window. They acted if so what. Shame on all of you!
Great location off 360 between Arlington and Grand Prairie. I normally visit this location around 10:00 AM and is usually busy but the service is fast so you wont have to wait long for drinks or food. The staff was very helpful when I had a question and that always a good indication of a well trained staff. I highly recommend this Starbucks.
(Drive thru incident) This is my neighborhood Starbucks and my coffee stop everyday. Although today I had the worse customer service experience of my life!I ordered a cake pop, cappuccino and a brownie. After handing me my cappuccino and brownie the guy at the window(who wouldnt give me his name) said have a nice day so I told him I am missing my cake pop. His exact words to me you are lying to me, I gave you the cake pop HAVE A NICE DAY. I told him its not nice to call your customer a liar to which he said I didnt call you a liar. I asked for his name and he refused to tell me and shrug his shoulders. This was a white guy, tall, tattooed arms, big Rings in his ear piercings.I asked for the manager, MIKE, he apologized and did not mean it and still refuse to give me the name of the person who was helping me at the window.MIKE (the manager) exact words: LISTEN, I ALREADY APOLOGIZED TO YOU, DO YOU WANT ME TO GET DOWN ON MY GOD DAMN KNEES AND APOLOGIZE.I had to drive away.already explained to it to corporate. Who did sincerely apologized. Looking forward to talk to the district manager.
