This place was amazing.!! My son just got into Pokémon cards and the staff were amazing and making us feel welcome and it was an awesome place with something for everyone.!! I would highly recommend this place.!!!

Seriously the best comic book store I’ve ever been to. In a world of over priced comic books and hobby items, it’s a god send to know that there is still a business that does try to take advantage of limited availability or exploit their customers interests. Mike, the owner is the definition of a business owner that cares about his customers, from both the perspective of someone who had questions, as well as a third party just observing how he treated his other customers in the store- he was the absolute pleasure and beacon of knowledge to interact with. With a wide selection of comic books (new and old) as well as various trading cards, the selection was plentiful and priced extremely fairly. Despite living on the other side of Dallas, I will not go to any other comic book store besides ‘Cosmic Comics & Cards’. Mike and his staff should be proud of the legacy they have created as being an amazingly friendly and joyful place to be if you are into comics or cards!

Been coming here since I was a little kid collecting yugioh cards and love how they have plenty of cards to look threw new and used. Not to mention that they are very well stocked up with Pokémon cards just as much as yugioh. Definitely my #1 store it may look small but they sure do have a big collection.

Its one hell of a place to find some rare rare finds at a reasonable price. To be honest no one is paying 50$ for hollow world AD&D books but theyll charge a little above cover price and you dont have to eBay hunt.If you want rare old Vampire the Masquerade books or a TNG starters ROG book this is the place for you to go.

I went to this place ever since I was a little kid back in the 80s. Ive been to comic shops all around the world. I like this one because it has a classic feel to it. Im pretty sure the owner knows stuff from way back in the day that I probably cannot have a talk about with kids at my work now. A lot of comic shops for maybe the past 20 years have a franchise feel to it. It feels more correct when its like a record store or something like that. Hes of course kept up with the times but I like treasure hunting.

I got one of my favorite models, so far, from here. My kid got some Yu-Gi-Oh cards he nearly had a heart attack upon opening.

1st off wish I was never refered to this place. Originally went to see if the comics I have are special and should hold on to anything (made that clear when I walked in) still wants to greet me by saying I dont want to buy anything.I mean I walk in staff is nice but when it came to boss first thing guy says is I have 1000s of this copy like man humble down. Had em look at all my comics for him to just go through them and say $4 this $4 that like sheesh!!! Showed him a very Expensive binder of Yu-Gi-Oh cards for him to say the binder is worth $150 😂🤣😂🤣 like woah I have a card in there $150 its self. They charged $15. for a $4.99 comic book. And it was a day late, from release.

Walked in and was amazed at the assortment of comics, cards, and collectibles they had. Unfortunately, my amazement was short lived when I got home and opened the blister packs. I noticed something fishy about them. They’ve been opened and resealed... I couldn’t believe it. So I inspected the booster pack itself and sure enough the side of the booster pack seam had been resealed as well... sad. You go and find a cool place like that and come across this. Now I know a place like this also buys from others to resell, can’t say they’re doing it intentionally. Sucks though for them not noticing, and shame for me for not noticing before I drove all the way back home.

First time going there, and I was amazed at what I saw. I felt like a kid again. Everything was setup and displayed properly to view. The one guy that was there with the glasses (apologies, didnt get his name) was incredibly friendly, and very helpful.I enjoyed his company and his expertise, will definitely be going there again. 5 stars.

Wow! Maybe the best Pokemon shop in the DFW! They have have an incredible selection of vintage WOTC, 1ed and shadowless. A must stop for all serious collectors. Shop workers were super helpful and play great music.

Horrible horrible horrible, I offer my whole binder of Pokémon cards for $300 and my cards are worth even more then $600 . The guy behind the counter said “ what makes it worth $300, I don’t see it “ in a offensive way. They are a card company they can get my cards graded and sell it for thousands .

The man that was running the place didnt know what was a real card from a fake man doesnt know what hes doing are you act like he doesnt know what hes doing I wouldnt go there again

It was a bit of a drive for me but worth it! Went in there for yugioh cards and was excited to find a variety of packs and singles to choose from. The employees were also super helpful and nice! Will be coming back in the future for more goodies.

The place was great! You can get lost, in amy adventure you would lile. Everything is labeled, and neat. The guy is super awesome, like a super hero in a super hero lair. He had a ton of knowledge, was very welcoming, and made our first experience a great one. Will be back, looking forward to diving into those boxes, and finding lost treasure.

There’s a dude here that is usually at the Pokémon stand and always has a bad attitude and starts getting snappy with you if you “take too long “ on selling your cards and he told me and my buddy that it was becoming a drag for him due to how long we supposedly were taking even tho there was no one in the shop

I go to but yugioh cards and leave with so much more. Pokemon cards, comics, magic cards. My pockets hurt after but Im never disappointed with my purchases.

Has the best prices in town, has a good collection of comics & cards. He also holds tournaments which is awesome! Love the energy!No problem of getting what you want. Let me be perfectly clear. The only reason this Comic book store doesnt get a 5 out of 5 is because stock runs low if you are late to new comic book day. Which is not that big a deal tbh. Ive traveled to comic book shops all over the mid cities region of Texas and this place is always a pleasant experience. Hands down. The owner is so kind, he will do his absolute best to help you find specifically what youre looking for. This place also specializes in TCGs of all kinds. Yu gi oh, Pokemon, Magic, and old school sports cards. They offer booster packs and individual cards. Which you will not see often at other stores tbh. Its a small store, but there is just so much to love about this place. If you cant find your specific book, consider stocking up on supplies. Bags and boards are always handy. Pre pandemic this place used to get down on tcg tournaments that would go on for hours. For me the main quest is comics, but I can appreciate the passion for tcg competition. If youve got the time, go show some love.

The owner Mike is really nice and very professional. He had a full house of players and he still managed to help us with buying and selling all of our comics and cards. He gave us a very fair price. Sorry this is late man but we will definitely come back to your place! I love the murals on the outside of the building. Good place to shop for some cards but going to tournaments for yugioh is bad. You go up with the same people and there is a bit of negative energy in the air. Most players are toxic too.

I came in with several cards including a card worth over 200$. The sales attendant offered me 30$ for the whole stack. I’m very displeased that e had the audacity to say such a low number. KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR ITEMS BEFORE BRINGING THEM!! ...They will try to scam you if you don’t!

The lackey and owner admit to having the book but will not sell at advertised quoted price citing website hasnt been updated. Im on the phone with an attorney as I type. Picture of website and phone logs to show I called WELL before pics were removed if they are. Lackey wont answer my calls now or relay message to Mike Rabinno (so?) so the lawsuit will be filed asap

I just had a bad experience in another comic book store and it reminded me of how friendly and helpful the guy working here was that I had to write a review. I just started playing mtg after about a 20 year break from the game. I happened to be in neighborhood doing some work and decided to check this place out. The store isnt fancy or anything but, they seem to have a pretty decent selection and the guy running the place was very friendly and helpful. I will again and would suggest anyone else check them out if they get a chance. If I could find a few more stores like this one Id be set.

Strange little location. An old convenience store converted into a comic shop. My favorite is the old drink coolers along the back wall now used as display cases. Still a good little shop, just not able to compete with similar stores on selection.

This is a small shop, but the owner and staff are pretty awesome. I witnessed the owner treating a young kid really well, even though he was just getting a free comic. the owner really seems to enjoy his job, and the staff seems to as well. They have a small area for gamers, and a pretty good selection of cards and comics. Really, its what youd want for a neighborhood comic book store.

Hands down the best trading card store in north texas. I have literally driven to every trading card store in north texas and Cosmic has the best selection of cards and the best customer service. The staff is amazing. They have great knowledge in all aspects and have amazing customer service. Do not go to any other stores for your comics and card needs.

Went here to just buy a gift and the guy I talked to gave me more info on the products than I expected. He was the stereotypical kind of guy who works in a comic book store and luckily he was, since Im not that knowledgeable on these sort of things. Appreciated the info and the discount he gave me!
