Truly a luxury based experience. The staff was extremely pleasant. Arlene I. assisted me and answered every single one of my questions flawlessly. She encouraged me to get an eye exam and turned out that I needed a prescription. I now have the most stylish pair of frames with the perfect set of lenses. I 100% recommend my eye lab for all of your needs as it relates to the eyes. I cannot wait to visit again for my next pair!

Arlene was very helpful and friendly. Eyelab has great glasses and I was approved for a payment plan which was awesome. I was able to get an exam the same day and did not have to wait for hours.

Probably the best experience i’ve had at an eye clinic! Arlene was super nice, professional, and took care of me pretty quickly and efficiently. I walked in for my appointment early and she immediately took care of me and got me a really good deal for contact lenses. I’m super happy I chose to come to this location and will for sure be returning when i’m due for a checkup again!

I went in to get some glasses today, and the associate Whitney did a tremendous job. She made sure I understood everything that was needed to know. It was so fast, easy, and no trouble.

I called to schedule an eye exam, arrived and was told to pay double that unless I wanted to buy glasses. I asked why the price was double and the answer was “oh the corporate stores have that rate, we’re a franchise”. I don’t care if they have good prices for glasses or not or if their service is good or not. Don’t bait and switch customers with different prices over the phone vs in person. I left and didn’t get an exam or buy anything.

Stop what your doing, & come here!! Whitney was so amazing & nice!! Really made my experience worth the wait!!! I have not been in since 2019 for an eye exam. Its now 2021 and I am so happy that I chose this location!! The entire staff is very friendly! And I love how it is very diverse!! They are very professional to say the least. I had to come back because the doctor was not in, however, when I came back they remembered me. & That really made all the difference. This location really does have genuine people working here and I really hope that anyone looking for prescriptions glasses and or contacts choose this location!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SERVICE for sure!

This office has some of the best staff members. I was helped by Ateeb and Arlene and they were helpful and so nice and was there to answer all my questions. I had been to the other location in Arlington off cooper and I had a very bad experience so I said well let me try this location and I’m very happy I did. I would definitely recommend this place because the staff is very nice and knowledgeable and they are not pricey at all. Good job eye lab staff❤️

DO NOT GO THERE . They have no real doctors the prescription for my Daughter was completely wrong, I fallow the instructions and told her to wear the glasses you will adjust to them; she almost got in to accident. I ask for my money back after I got her new glasses from diferente place; they refuse to do so. they stilled more than $400.00 from me. Be careful with that places they just looking for your money . That 2 for 59.95 is just a joke NOT TRUE.

Very happy with the service. The employees were very helpful. I have been glass shopping for a while but never seemed to find a pair that fit my face well. The workers helped me pick something that truely looked good on me and fit my price range. They also have a good overall selection! I went back with my friend as she also needed new glasses. First time here. Staff was great. Thrown off by virtual “dr”. Don’t like the feeling of not being able to interact. I was never asked any questions about my current contacts or if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. Sit in the chair, do exam, thanks for coming, bye. On the website it stated there was a special for the contact and exam. When I asked the tech she said that location didn’t offer that. In the ad it made no reference as to it varying per location. Will not be going back.

First time visiting a My EyeLab for my husband and myself. I was a little thrown off because we had a virtual consult with the doctor. My husband expressed that it seemed like the doctor that did his exam didn’t quite listen to his feedback and was going through the motions.Whitney was great! Very helpful and answered all our questions.

They don’t care about their customers since they told me they’d deliver my glasses in 2 weeks and they’d call me. They didn’t get in touch to let me know. So I visited the store see if my glasses were ready, and they were already in the store! I tried them on, but they didn’t work so they sent them back in order to fix them. They told me again they’d be ready in two weeks. And that they’d call me for sure this time. I am still waiting and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Not an apology or something that makes you feel that you’re being taken care of. The store is at Mayfield and 161 at Grand Prairie.In response to your response,Really?! You have a dissatisfied customer whose main complaint is the store not calling and you still don’t pick up the phone to make this right you are truly worthless

Garagele in the Grand Prairie store is the best, she gave me 2 free glasses with my prescription and 1 pair of lenses, and the free eye exam for 59$ !!

On JULY 10th 2021 I trusted them to have my sons lenses put into frames I PROVIDED before I went on vacation and it never happened. I was told I would get a discount by the manager but then when I went to collect I was told, well they gave you a discount already when I added transitions. So? That was before this all happened and that sounds like an excuse to back peddle out of giving a me a discount. Clearly!I added transitions on July 14th and only did so because they never sent them out anyways. I was promised the glasses NO LATER THAN the 27th ( which is the longest I’ve ever been estimated ) Yet never got the glasses until August 4th. Mind you I went in on JULY 10th. I got told what I wanted to hear and was lied to from the completion date to the lie about getting a discount. It’s never taken a month to get glasses done. I spent over $500 for two pairs and provided the frames for the 3rd pair.In addition One of the pairs I ordered for myself don’t even feel like the ones I tried on. These feel cheaper. Well this is my experience and I wish i had praise to tell but they have a major disconnect there and if your spending your hard earned money like I did then you want a quality experience and not to be lied to. They were quick to swipe my credit card so why couldn’t they be quick to complete their service?I was happy with one person - ILENE had great customer service skills and should think about a career change because your to good for them.

I usually go to America’s best but decided to go to my eye lab because it had just opened near my home I figured they would have a variety to chose from. . I saw their sign of the 2 glasses for 59 which includes eye exam. Worst mistake I made. The staff was very nice no complaints about that. But I didn’t like the way they did the eye exam. 2. When I went to chose my glasses they had a very very small selection of the 2 glasses for 59. To be honest I just wanted to take my prescription and go somewhere else. They did try to work with me and gave me just one pair of glasses for $85 😒 I spent more then I would have at America’s best. The staff is nice I just wished I would of seen the selection first before getting an eye exam. Just warning others if they are trying to get the same special as me MY EYELAB IS NOT THE BEST OPTION THEIR SELECTION IS VERY LIMITED

Very unhappy customer, complete wrong eye prescription, make an appointment to go get reexam, the young lady in the front talking to me like I have never wore glasses before, since I order my glasses and frames off line, she stay on that situation, as if she had a problem that I order offer line, stayed there about 30- 45 mins, for nothing, she never check me in for the eye exam.Went back to my original eye Dr. That prescription that wrote was totally wrong.Had nothing to do with offline ordering.Bad situation all around, did not even want to adjust my frames.The eye prescription -1.75 to begin withReexam prescription -2.00 correct.Never again will I go there again, very poor customer service.

Bad Customer service at this location the glasses are expensive, and the glasses were incorrect, I asked for non glare, the glasses have glare, I will never after today go to this company, its really sad that the African American girl agured with me stating I didnt ask for it but, what was 95 dollars for if I didnt, and why would I get pollycarbon lens and not a no glare, bad customer service, please do not go here.

Only good thing about this place is the staff,they are somewhat friendly .the reason i am giving this place a bad review is because all over the store and including in the website they mention very low prices which is why i went here in the first place however their prices are actually through the roof and not even close to whats advertised.they claim to give you two pairs of eye glasses and a free eye exam for 60 dollars but when i went in the total came out to 400 which is insane.i told them i couldnt afford the price so i asked how much for 1 pair and they said 300...so basically that means you dont really get a free pair,youre still gonna have to pay for it.All in all i do not recommend this place at all unless youre willing to shed out alot more money than you want to for some mediocre/non name brand glasses.

Fernando refused to have my insurance information verified and kept stating that it was a hippa violation. He wanted me to just come in and get charged whatever without verifying if they accept my insurance and then argued with me about it. Would not recommend.

I shouldve took my business elsewhere. I was told I would walk out with contacts but they ended up having to order them so I would have to wait 1-2 days, not a problem. I went in on the second day and was told they would be in the following day its been almost a full week and im now being told 2 weeks!
