My Mother just got scammed here. Last pump would not allow us to push the unleaded sign we cancelled the sale and left. We are disabled and didnt go inside but saw the sale cancelled at the pump and left. This morning her card over drawn by $76.00. This is terrible and we are reporting this asap! This happened yesterday 7/26/2021. There were men hanging out by the pump standing at a car talking. It was just odd. I will warn people every chance I get now.I have called the bank, police and the store. The Circle K phone number keeps ringing and someone clearly keeps hanging up. Not good customer service at all!!!

I put 13 dollars in my gas tank using my debit card at the pump. They charged me $76.00 dollars.

Staff at the corner of great southwest and i20 does not follow laws. Refused to recognize medical exemption for mask due to asthma. I cannot wear a mask but do follow social distancing. The lady was very unprofessional and deny service based on disability.Will never go again

Ive shopped here for over 10 years. Ive seen them all come and go... This new girl working with long red hair I just saw her today as Im usually very early mornings. She had the worst attitude ever. Mask half on her face and got angry that I asked for her to scan my items with the scanner versus touching it. She didnt even know what I meant. Cleanliness should be next to Godliness and maybe we wouldnt need masks. Not to mention I had to ask her to help me after standing there for a couple of minutes, while she filled us the customers and the employee trying to close with her personal business. When I said Im ready she rolled her eyes. I dont know where she came from but please toss her back. If I see her there I will go somewhere else.

I have a service dog . I suffer from PTSD . In a circle k employee . Refused me at service . Even after I police officer . Verified that I was allowed a service dog in the store . And after dealing with a assistant manager . It was supposedly dealt with . Later after said employee . Finds out that Im allowed back in the store . But I was correct about the service dog law and she was wrong . Which she blatantly denied being true . Even after I willingly offer to show her the law . She didnt complain to a manager above the assistant manager . Without showing any proof . Explained that I cussed her . Which I did not . Then that manager which I believe was the store manager . Denied me entrance into the store . Then after one day finding that a district manager was there . I returned and talked to the district manager . Which said in front of the store manager that I was correct and should be allowed back into the store . Later when said store manager was not around . Again did not meet entrance into the store . Claiming I cussed the employee that started this whole problem . But did not bring this up in front of the store manager . Would not show me any proof of this . And basically told me that if I came back to the store . I would be arrested that Im not welcome there .This is how a circle k treats their their customers that have disabilities !What it boils down to is a scorned employee . Having enough pull with the store manage . Just allows her to have her way . Because he likes her ! And forget the customers . As well I know of other people . They have literally had problems with the same employee . And if they go to the chain of command . And complain about it . The manager of the store tells them theyre not allowed back.

This is my place when I need snacks or gas or anything else I would come to this place but since this Cayla is working here I’ll never be here again she got the worst attitude ever I made a transaction on the machine and asked for cash back she said “you have to read my sign which is on the other machine she made me wait about 30 minutes for someone to show up with $20 so she can give it to me and refused to make refund because I did not see the sign on the other machine.Worst server ever ... I swear I’ll spread the word between everyone I know if you don’t terminate Cayla I’ll never step in here ever again.Btw everyone worked there before said it multiple times I’m the most polite guy ever!

Old man that works there is so rude all it takes is for you to hand him a cigarette coupon & he starts cussing saying fuln machine & coupons piss me off i come in there almost everyday used to be my favorite place but not as long as hes working there ill not be going back i spend at least 30.00 everytime !

I like the price of Gas

I went to use the restroom and their restroom is closed at night even though they have like 4 workers. Inconvenient. They are right off the highway for travelers and dont even have a public restroom.

I would rather go to kwik pik food store just straight on pioneer rd.
