It’s a few minutes before 2am. They see me pulling up. I parked in front the counter they both look at me getting off obviously to shop. A simple nod when seeing you’re getting off would be nice. No you have pull they’re locked door to find out they’re closed. I thought these were 24hrs.

This place has probably the WORST men’s restroom I’ve ever been in. No paper holders in either the stall nor near the sink. Trash everywhere! Dang!

Before I started I always have to thank God for another day. And we made it praise His name. What I like about visiting race track they have some really friendly people that work for this company. And also how can you not want to get a all size drink for $1. And this is all day long for $1 I think thats very good for the summertime especially what is very hot outside. I guess you can say I was at the right place at the right time I met one of the district managers I was introducing myself to him and he also introduced himself to me as well. And Im glad he was there at that time so I can address my experience to him to let him know that how his store is being taken care and also they all some really terrific workers. They make me feel like Im one of the family a racetrack if you can understand where Im coming from. I apologize he did give me the store number but I can say is off of MacArthur in Irving. He really was very polite to me and made me feel the way I should as a customer. I really do enjoy being around in the community that I used to live in back in the days. So you can read on and understand where Im coming from that we have to let the public know how I experience at different places that we go day-by-day. I dont have a problem telling the truth how my experience is good or bad. But I am very satisfied and also my husband as well. Thank yall for the bottom of my heart and also making sure that the ladies bathroom is clean in also refresh because its very important to womens and these days of time if you can understand. Another satisfied customer to all the workers and racetrack at MacArthur in Irving thank you for all that you do for the customers you are doing a awesome job and I do appreciate you all. Gas pumps never work. 75% of the time its cash only. Worthless

Gave the guy at the counter 1 dollar bill, 1 coin dollar, and 12 quarters. When I handed it to him I made sure to hand the bill and $1 coin first and said This is $2 dollars. Then handed him the quarters and said This is $3 dollars so can i get $5 dollars on pump 10 please. He took the money and said Yes 5 on 10. So i start pumping just to have the pump stop at $ 4 dollars. So i push attendant button and explain i paid for $5 dollars worth of gas not $4. He tells me at first that i only gave him $4. So after expkaining what i paid with he says give him a moment he would check. After a while of waiting i hit the attendant button again. When he comes on i tell him that im still waiting for him to get back with me for my $1 in gas. He proceeded to tell me he had checked and i had not paid $5 only $4. He never found the $1 coin. Normally I wouldnt make an issue out of this but as seeing as this was my last $5 and Im shorted a dollar of it. I dont drive a small economic car which I know I should I drive a gas guzzler and every dollar counts. If he would have been paying attention when I handed him the money he would have seen that coin to be a dollar and not a quarter my advice is for him to take his time slow down and actually pay attention to what the people are telling him when they hand them the money. Not a happy customer at all

Yes, the gas pumps are 24/hr...but this is the 4th time I have stopped on my way to work and the inside is closed. Ive had this issue before Covid as well. Sometimes I would like to go inside for a cup of coffee, but at 530 am, I guess that is not possible at this location....the QT right across the street is always open and fully staffed. This gas station would be more convenient for me as I come towards 30 on Beltline and then get on 30 West to head to work.

Omg. The worst pumps. Asking you a bunch of questions and in the beginning you dont know its really asking you a question. So you stay there trying to figure it out

They dont like to give your change back saying they out of coins.

Yesterday the so called manager said i was stupid Said I didnt know how to pump gas. I will never use race track again. I have told my brother n law who has a service company He told his driver NOT to use race track he called 2 other companies and they are following also. If you have a daughter sister mother aunt wife Beware. Race track on South side of Hwy 30 oBeltline

Grest staff. My husbands truck broke down and they allowed us to leave it overnight. Great customer service

First they have credit card readers in the pumps from the 1980, hard to read and put in zip code. Tried 2 times(going very slowly) and it didnt work, gave me zip code error.I went inside and bad customer service.Im so glad that QuickTrip opened up across the street, at least they are up to date and even looking foward to the future.

I now know why Texans love it so much.

Second day he stopped me at this store and there is no coffee, it is my shop where every day he stopped me to win a coffee, I pay for it like all of us who come to buy something have to pay for it and second day there is no milk, there are no straws for move the coffee and it doesnt have any milk the garbage cans are dirty I talked to him Maná and the one who loves Alan unfortunately a Hispanic because since he grabbed the store he dropped it I talked to the manager yesterday he told me the same you are trying to make me feel bad and I commented to him not only do I try to have things like milk, the straws, the sugar that Each worker in the morning separates for a coffee this morning he stopped me to see if there is and there is no type of milk or straws
