This was hot mess ! First I did online check in and then the people waiting told me to go to the counter and check in,.after waiting 25 minutes a pharmacy manager came out and told everyone to get in line. They were no longer using check in to determine the next person. We waited 45 minutes even though we were timely. They were totally unprepared. I complained to a manager and she told me that the booster had just become available and thats why there was such a long wait. I informed her that we had made appointments. Never here again!
If you want your antibiotics the same day theyre prescribed, dont use this pharmacy. I originally switched to this location because I thought it would be more convenient (with it being closer to my house). However, this has actually been more inconvenient! They do a terrible job communicating with clients. I feel like I do all the work. I have to call and ask if theyve received the prescription from my PCP, and then ask them to fill it. And if I dont, it wont get filled for days! They seriously need better management. When I used the location off of New York and Green Oaks, their pharmacy staff sent me a text when they recieved my prescription to tell me they were working on it. Then, they sent me another text when it was ready. And I NEVER had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Apparently theyre not hiring people who are up to the task of actually doing their jobs at this location. I ordered some prints to be ready at this location about 2 hours ago, and I received an email saying that they were finished. I arrived to the store to an employee who not only, didnt seem to know where he was, what day it was, or what century that were in, he couldnt find my pictures and couldnt tell me where they were and couldnt really tell me anything. Please do a better job of hiring people, CVS.
Today on June 2nd of 2021, I waited for 45 minutes to receive my son medicine. The lady at the window input the wrong insurance information then try yelling and arguing with me that I am wrong i need to pay . I informed her I never had this problem to why I am paying so much out of pocket for this refill. I only came her for the convenience. At this point my son is in pain and I just saif forget it I will pay for it. Now this is the funny part once I made it home to give my 1yr old his medicine they didnt even give me the correct dosage or mix it i received powder. This is crazy for anyone to received service like this. I go right back to the pharmacy and informed them about my issues and they go tell me I cant get my money back but they are sorry on their error.
I use to have a great experience with this pharmacy and used it for all meds but lately it takes DAYS to get antibiotics or pain meds filled. I had my wisdom teeth out and I had to wait OVER 24 hours came up asked for it and they told me it still wasnt ready. You literally have to sit there for them to fill it for you if not good luck getting your meds. Will be switching to Walgreens after this experience.
This CVS is the slowest pharmacy on earth. Jesus Christ what are they doing? Pressing the pills on the spot? Pharmaceuticals made fresh! I just want to get my family’s meds and get out of this line. They seriously need better management. You will sit in front of the window for 15 minutes before anyone even speaks to you. So, if there are four cars in line be prepared to wait for an hour.
This pharmacy is the worst. Long wait time and staffs never pick up the phone even though they seem to be always on the phone.
I have been to this CVS location for more than once for its convenience. However, this CVS needs a better manager and management. The store is disorganized and the lady manager can act coo-coo and moody yelling at me when I grabbed what I needed and heading to self-check out. Will consider visiting another 24 hour CVS location for the future.
Terrible communication from the pharmacy! Will have you wait all week and then tell you that they don’t have your medication in stock! Don’t waste your time!
I hate this location ! The pharmacist ALWAYS give me a hard time ! I got my wisdom tooth pulled. The doctor sent my prescription to them being they are close to my home. When I left the dr. Clinic I was still in pain and decided to rest. The pharmacy closes at 10pm on this night. I called him at 9pm! I said i just want a transfer I’m only 10 min. Away. Instead I was told to go to another CVS. I said it’s way out of my way please my mouth really hurts, I just need my pain meds. The Pharmacist then said ma’am I’m sorry. I said so let me get this right you’re still open and you’re telling me you can’t help me? He hung up on me. I drove by the CVS on my way home, there were no cars in the drive-Thru!!!!!! I’m done with this location ! And judging by the rest of these reviews! I see I’m not the only one who has had a horrible experience with such a lazy ignorant idiot !
Really wish there was a zero star option. This place needs to be shut down. The pharmacist and the techs are all new and incompetent. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never seen so many people complaining at one place at the same time with the same issues. If you can avoid getting anything sent here please do. It’s not worth your time or money. Definitely switching to home delivery.

Customer service for the management team (especially Ms. Hong) of the pharmacy is unprofessional. Ms. Hongs attitude is so nasty! She cuts you off when you are expressing your concerns and tries to rush you off the phone. The communication is horrible! The store itself is a great place to shop, but the pharmacy gives them a bad reputation.
I walk in with a coupon for 30% off on Friday that is good to 9/23. Store says Sorry, you cant use that coupon while there is a special buy one get another 50% off. I say I just want one item not two. OK, the lady says the special is good to 9/22 as the sign says as well. I can come back 9/23 (day after special). I walk in on the 23rd (day after special) and low and behold the item has another special going on buy one get one half off good to 9/29 now. I tell Manager this is wrong. I just want one item with my 30% off coupon I have in my hand that expires today 9/23. She says Sorry there is nothing she can do. CVS is forcing me to spend more money than I want to. Ive been in retail and also a Manager of Customer Service and there is always something I could do to Make my Customers Happy. I read the Google reviews for my company and CVS If you are listening Unless you make this right very soon (I will be calling you on Monday morning) I will report this to the BBB as false advertisement and deception on your part to mislead me and Im sure countless of others. VERY bad taste in my mouth that your Manager not willing to help me At All.

This store is price gouging on products especially Lysol disinfectant spray. They are selling a 12.5oz can for $7.79 when you can purchase a 19oz can at its neighboring Walmart for $5.77. The cashier told the price was high due to the demand of the product then the manager attempted to clean it up by saying the price changed August 2019. Lies!!!! This product is a necessity to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and furthermore is not available often therefore they know people will pay that amount. Just terrible!!
Lazy cashier, but typical in todays world. One self-checkout machine broken, the other one being used but customer having problems. Cashier saw me waiting...and waiting...but just kept doing her inventory or whatever. I threw my stuff on the floor and walked out. Bye, bye CVS! Never again.

Waited 44 minutes on the drive thru to pickup my daughters medicine upon my arrival to the window the lady said that she cannot locate the medicine I told her that you guys sent me a message stating that it was ready she just stood not knowing what to say, had to wait another minutes until they prepared it again
Horrible pharmacy!!! They tell you your prescription is ready and when you arrive it’s not! Lines are extremely long in the drive thru and inside. They are absolutely horrible. Do not fill your prescriptions here!!!!
Why oh why will my insurance not allow me to fill my meds at a different pharmacy? This pharmacy gets scripts and tells you it will be ready in an hour and in an hour they say they are still working on it.I so miss filling meds at Kroger where they are WAY nicer and understand when people are sick the last thing they want to do is sit and wait on medicine to be filled for hours.
All of these folks have been courteous with all of our needs. They are very over-run in the Pharmacy and work very quickly to accommodate everyone without getting grumpy! Not sure I could do that myself!

Jayla is so friendly no matter the time of day she works. I enjoy a good conversation with her every time shes working. I overfind what I need when I visit. Im glad to have a good experience every time.

Called in to see if they can convert VHS to DVD. After being on hold with two people for over 15 minutes combined, they said yes. Just went in now, and the first person said yes. He called over someone else and she said no. Complete waste of time. Terrible customer service...will never go here again when so many others are nearby!
Will try not to come back again. Don’t like the fact that I had to check myself out while the 2 people getting paid to work there were standing around chatting while I did the job they are getting paid for.
I have 3 other CVS around me but it was past 10pm so I drove out further to this 24 hour location. Joanna was the nicest, most patient cashier Ive had from any store. The interaction with her tonight made the extra drive totally worth it.

CVS PHARMACY DRIVE THRUThe person working drive thru made us wait until all the cars in the lane next to the building were gone before helping us. We had to go around the building to get in that in order for him to help us. We asked why and he smirks and says the lane we were in originally that happens to be marked FULL SERVICE was built for just drop offs. Very poor customer service skills displayed plus his I don’t care attitude is definitely not what is expected by CVS. If he doesn’t want to work drive thru or is in a bad mood he should change jobs.

The pharmacy staff at this location needs to be trained by the pharmacy staff at the Broad St. (Mansfield) location, on customer service. Extremely unhelpful...on more than one occasion.

Terrible! I received a text informing me my Rx was ready and this was around 2:54pm. I get to the clinic pay for my scripts a little after 7pm and think it was okay to go. NOPE! The rep tells me they have to mix one of my face ointments. I was informed it would take just a few minutes, but that turned into 20 minutes later. Why would you tell me my script is ready, let me pay and then tell me oh wait we have to mix something? :/ Then a few days later (today) I realized they shorted me several days worth of pills for my face. ERRRR Now just more frustration and now have to figure out how they can give me the 6 days worth they didnt give me the first time around.
I used the CVS photo printing app to send my photos to print here. It was supposed to take approximately one hour. I got the email telling me it was ready more than 4 hours later. When I showed up to pick up the photos, they were NOT ready.Absolutely dissapointing!
The pharmacy is horrible. Excessive wait time and poor comminication by pharmacist/techs. Their drive thru line wait is 1st come 1st serve, yet when customers line up in 1 lane, they expect to service that lane one only, only to serve the 2nd lane of customers once the 1st lane is done. EXTREME POOR SERVE. 360 & Broad is MUCH BETTER!
After waiting on hold for 18 mins to call in a new prescription I was hung up on. called back and waited on hold for another 6 minutes. This happens consistently.

I had the utmost horrible experience with the pharmacist, her name is Fumi she was racist, unwilling to help and unwilling to find solution to the problem. I went to cvs window 15 minutes before the closing time and told me that she has to call my insurance for the confirmation and she couldnt do that due to they were closing in ten minutes. Very unprofessional, she made me pay for my prescription in full, next morning when I went in to get the refund and have her called in insurance which she did and it only took less than 2 minutes on the call to get permission. Then she told me she cant refund my credit card because I didnt had it with me I told her to just please give me a store credit or something cuz I had a flight to catch as I was on my way to airport. she was not willing to help my husband who came in because she kept arguing and we were being late, whole thing turned into a big drama. Store manager came and gave me store credit. I did complain and plan on going further with refund rules regulations.
Probably the worst pharmacy in town. Insanely slow. Theyll never have your prescription ready on time or when they say. They dont answer their phone.

Benfield called fax order for pet medication and they could not find the order for 20 minutes and finally said because my dog did not have a profile they did not fill it. Now this young lady act like my dog need to come in and pick the medication. Poor service always slow no matter what time you come.
They do not accept Obama care Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance card, had to go to Walmart or Walgreens pharmacy to pick up medication.
