We replaced 25 windows in our 35 years old home. The windows look amazing and the functionality is really great. We’ve noticed a major reduction in the levels of unwanted heat and noise with the new windows. With any installation, there were a few issues, but Window World quickly made every effort to make things right. Sure, you can go anywhere and pay more for windows, but you can’t beat the build quality and customer service these people offer for the price. Highly recommended.

The sales rep that came out (Tyler Reagan) was so helpful! He explained the differences in Window World’s windows and others that are available, so that we felt informed, and comfortable in our decision. When it was time for installation, the team got right to work, and I was blown away how quickly this kind of upgrade can be done to a home! The finished product truly is better than my wife and I imagined it would be. We rearranged furniture in the front room just so the windows would be central to the area, and we can enjoy sitting, chatting, while looking out of our beautiful new windows. We have recommended Window World to a few of our friends already, and would certainly do so again!

The windows seem to be good quality, but they are just ordering from a manufacturer. The service and communication is awful. We had windows installed March 2021 for the whole house. Two were the incorrect size and were reordered. This was discovered after one window was taken out that it didnt fit. They just put a cardboard and foam to seal it. It was quite a bit of windows and we didnt think it would take too long to get fixed.The wrong window was sent TWICE after and we are still waiting on the window as of October 2021. They also dont seem to know what happened with other window.Now we cant get the Field Supervisor Manager to respond to emails until after a week or so and its usually its on the way/Ill get back to you with a status; then nothing. No one else the company to call us back. They delete our FB posts (of course, they are not a glowing review of their service) but they still dont contact us. I would not use them again for any job. If you are desperate, maybe just one or two windows at a time.10/19/2021 Update - they replied to the Google review saying someone would contact us, but no one has. I called today and asked to speak to a manager, but was told NO ONE was in the office (no managers, supervisors, or owners). This company is a disgrace. Dont worry about the lifetime warranty, I doubt they will be in business long enough to honor it or even bother to get back to you.

Showed up exactly on time. Window work was done quickly and efficiently with about 6 guys on the job. Window is high quality, and the caulking work they did is extremely clean. Very happy with everything overall. They even left way less mess than other contractors Ive had over recently.

I absolutely love my windows. The crew that installed them were prompt, courteous and fast. They checked and re-checked to make sure the installation was perfect. No debri was left behind.

Professional and courteous! Salesperson Lupe was fantastic, thorough, and checked in often. He even came on installation day to ensure everything was being done properly. Also received a crew supervisors phone call and follow up to ensure everything was as it should be.Price was competitive. Not the cheapest quote but not the most expensive. Would ( and already have) recommend to friends and family.So far window work and look great. Will be watching next few weeks to see if anything pops up that needs to be addressed. So far so good.

I used Window World for my whole house remodel. I have an older home and they did a great job of fitting the new windows into the existing cut outs. There was a 2 month lead time for the windows since they build them specifically for your project. Overall a good experience.

The team of installers came on site and each had their own job. It was amazing to watch each one do their own thing, yet work together. Everything went fast and efficiently. It was all cleaned up and windows cleaned before they left. Awesome job! Will definitely use this company again!

After interviewing four top window companies, we chose Window World. Their product is comparable to their top competitors, but the price was less than 50% of what one of them offered us. The service from the sales point to installation was outstanding! The crew installed 43 windows in one day! Cleaned the place inside and out, and even washed the windows so they sparkle. I highly recommend this company if you need new widows.

We had 18 windows installed - double pane, raise and lower from both top and bottom windows, and open inside to clean. It took approximately 4-5 hours for the work to be completed. The windows are amazing! The installers were very professional, courteous and cleaned up beautifully! My husband was particularly impressed with the guys who caulked inside and outside - it’s a guy thing. Price wise they can’t be beat and we checked around. The house is so much more quiet, no more drafts, and everything just appears much clearer when looking out the windows. We highly recommend Window World.

I purchased 20+ windows. The installation went fairly well but the day after I noticed the seal was broken in two of them. They were replaced.About a month later the trim of one of the arched windows came off and I have been trying for about two years to get it fixed. They show up with the wrong item and I have to call again.

Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. We had no idea that they were going to remove our old trim around the door and replace it with huge nail holes and ugly bright white putty to fill it. It does not match at all! Sloppy job done. Putty all over the door and trim. The door looks nothing like the picture in the book that you choose from, I surely did not think it would look as cheap as it does. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. As we expressed our unhappiness to our sales rep and his higher up, we were simply told, its what you ordered, there is nothing we can do. We would never recommend this company to anyone.*****Let me also add that it is July 11 and there is still not fix to the outside. I call and get transferred all over the place, email and get no answer. Unbelievable!

I am very pleased with the quality of the siding, the workmanship and the price. Most of our house is brick, but they did install siding on the rear wall of the house. As well as the chimney, soffit and fascia for the rest of the home. They also replaced all of our windows and did a nice job with the installation. As well as the clean up when both jobs were complete.It made me feel good when the city building inspector came to inspect the work. And he said it looked like a brand new home. And he sees a lot of jobs, to know the difference.I would highly recommend Window World for windows and siding.

I selected window world for my residential window replacement for my small 3/2 primary residence. As a test drive for my other properties I wanted to make sure that the team was up to the task. They were not. I would not recommend this supplier.Price versus competitors - cannot be beat. Window world is by and far the most competitively priced. I checked 4 other companies and received bids.Materials - promised 4-6 weeks. Windows did not arrive until 10 weeksScheduling- I was rescheduled 4 times across 3 different days across 4 weeks. All in all it took 14 weeks from contract to install. Scheduling team is absolutely horrendous.Field service - normal low bid contract labor. (You get what you pay for) as a GC I understand this and just make sure to check for warranty issues before signing.End result - would not recommend this supplier. They cannot schedule and are not equipped at the first line manager level to compensate customers for lost time and missed appointments. Return business will suffer.

Had new Windows installed several years ago on a plan that replaces broken glass for free two of our glass windows in the front had been broken so we were thankful to be able to have the free glass replacement but it is now been four months during the summer months because the first window replacement was broken glass so they had to re-order them another 4 to 6 weeks now it’s been over six weeks since they ordered them and they’re still not it I’m grateful for the free glass replacement but just wondering when they’re ever going to get in hopefully not broken this time knock on wood

David was very patient with having to come three times to give different quotes for my project. Appreciate him doing it in literal pain with his leg being in a cast one time. The installers were on time, very efficient and professional. They covered the furniture around the windows and cleaned up the debris well. They wore a mask the whole time as well. They finished replacing 12 windows in about 2 hours. One small suggestion for them would be to have disposable shoe covers for people coming inside the house. Im looking forward to replacing more windows in the fall through David at Window World.

I replaced my windows and doors about a year and a half ago. First off I’ve had two window springs break within the first year. The windows wouldn’t stat open. To schedule a repair they do not give you a time, so I have to take an ENTIRE day off and wait. Next problem occurred with my master bedroom window upstairs. It was not installed correctly so rain was coming in through the walls. Everything around the window and under it was damaged. I made a complaint for someone to come see what was going on. The service guy came and fixed the window. He was also sent to fix my walls. This put a big question in my head. But he could be an overall handyman that does everything, right? Next time trust your instincts. He “fixed” the wall with mud and caulk so sloppy I was shocked. Then he said you can sand it down and paint it. What?! Really? Not his fault I let him go and called window works... four months later after back and forth they scheduled someone. Greg who managed my install was in charge. He told me this paint guy will call you to schedule. He never did, but showed up one day when I wasn’t home. I rescheduled, he cancelled, then he stopped responding. Called Greg again, his excuse was he doesn’t speak English. Well I can speak in Spanish! Just call me back. He came during the week, so I couldn’t take the day off. I had someone home to let him in. He was supposed to show up at 9, then said 12, showed up at 1. He came for 45min painted on top of the horribly “fixed” wall and left. When we called him back he said he will come back on Saturday to fix it at 10. Well you guessed it! He no showed. And talking to Greg has got me nowhere. They have received payment for their windows, they don’t care if you’re having problems or not.

Window world was the best priced estimate we got by far. I thought that could mean inferior quality windows/work. Boy, was I wrong. There was a little bit of a delay getting the windows in(like 30days) but I called around and everyone was having the same problem (Covid). Once the windows were in, however, everything moved very quickly. The installers were professional and courteous and fast! They were done in 3 hours tops— and we had 12 windows! The windows are sound and efficient and beautiful, making us the envy of our neighborhood.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!! It’s been over 4 months since we first ordered our new windows and sliding glass door and we still don’t have them. Absolutely no communication. I’ve tried calling and texting our sales rep and he only sometimes responds. One time his phone was disconnected. Another time I called the national number and they told me the sales rep no longer worked for the company. They installed 8 of the windows but not all of them. One of the ones they installed has a chip in it. We’ve already put in a request for it to be switched out. As of today, we still don’t have all our windows, yet we’ve paid for them. Our last installation was supposed to be this morning but they called us at 8am and said they don’t have the windows to install. The really difficult part is the lack of communication. If they told us back in May that we wouldn’t have new windows until September, we would’ve appreciated that. 4 weeks. That’s what they told us. 4 weeks from May 23rd, we’d have new windows. Still don’t have them as of today.We buy houses pretty regularly since I work in real estate. I will NEVER USE them again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

I am writing this review after waiting 5 month to get my windows installed. Even in a pandemic, that’s a tad steep. But the wait time isn’t really even the issue... it’s the HORRIBLE communication from Window World.We initially were told a 4 week turn around. If it hadn’t been for us calling THEM, we still likely wouldn’t have our windows.But it gets better! 95% of our windows came in around the 4 month period (but only after WE called to set up an install because we were wondering where the heck are our windows?!). Two windows were left off (we were told about one but didn’t actually find out until after they were done installing that our sliding glass door wasn’t in either... cool....).I called a week ago because we hadn’t heard anything about our final 2 windows and was told that “Oh! Your windows are in!” COOL! THANKS FOR THE PHONE CALL, Y’ALL. But they couldn’t schedule an install date until NEXT month (Oct... 6 months after we ordered.....). The woman I spoke to MIRACULOUSLY said she could schedule an install the following weekend after I expressed my sincere frustration with this whole process.BUT here’s the grand finale.... its 8am on Saturday, Sept 26th, the morning of the install for our final two windows, and I JUST got a call saying our door isn’t in so they aren’t installing today and will be doing so next week.I wish I was making this stuff up.If time line and communication mean nothing to you, go for Window World windows. They are cheap, so that’s a plus, but that’s about where the benefits stop. Maybe we’re just one of the “unlucky” ones that had the perfect storm of things go wrong but we buy investment properties and I can promise you, we will never use this company again. I’d rather spend double the amount on Renewal By Anderson again (which are all around better windows anyways so it’s not a terrible deal) than deal with this headache again.

Still waiting...Edit:they replied to this post saying someone would contact me. Still no contact.Update: 3 months later from this original review and I still have no window. They claim it finally came in but broke when they removed it from the truck. Back to waiting minimum 4 weeks, probably more like 12.

We just used Window World to install 6 Windows on the front of our home. The process was very easy from the initial consult to the installation. A call was recieved within a hour or two of the request for information via the website and the consult occured within a few days. Once the windows came in, they were able to schedule the install quickly.The crew who did the actual install was quick and efficient. They were able to get all windows installed within a few hours and made sure to clean up everything.The quote recieved was very fair for the quality of the windows and service recieved. We decided to use Window World since the windows came with a replacement warranty as well as a warranty for any seal issues. I would definitely recommend Window World for any window needs.

Great Product at a great value! Install was quick and painless. A few small pieces of glass (quarter size) were left behind in the yard but they cleaned up after themselves very well!Only frustration was that there was an extended time between order and delivery/install compared to what I was originally told by the estimator but it was due to the large amount of orders they received during the spike of Covid Stay at home house upgrades that everyone seemed to do!I would reccommend to anyone looking to replace their windows to go with Window World!Ill come back in a year and update the review after the windows have made it through every season!

I placed an order for windows on July 17, 2020 and finally after a long wait, my windows were installed today, October 8, 2020. The crew installed all four windows in less than two hours, they were very professional and courteous and did not make a mess; very efficient work.I originally gave one star due to the very long wait, but changed it to 5 stars based on the outstanding crew who installed the windows.

Window World has been a lifesaver. They offer the best price for great windows. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. Our new windows look great. We received quotes from numerous companies and Window World beat them in numerous areas. State Wide Remodeling quoted us three times the price. Thank you window world!!

In September I had an onsite visit and estimate provided and when I had additional questions, before signing a contract, I was ghosted by Marty and had to call several times. I finally called customer service and was told they would have someone reach out. That never happened. I called again and Tony Wenzel was sent out and we agreed to move forward, and I signed the contract. I was informed of the 8–10-week lead time for a special order and with COVID this was expected. I called in early December to check the status and was told twice that my order had shipped, and I began prepping for the install. When I heard nothing by mid-January, going on 4 months, I called again and was told that the order had shipped again. 2 weeks later and no call to install, I called again and requested an update. I received a call from Greg who told me that Tony would be calling me. Tony called and stated that one of the special-order windows did not arrive and he would check on it and call me back in the morning. No call for 2 days, so I called Tony again and he told me that I should have received a call from Jason Gannon. Since no one from Window World calls back, I asked for Jasons contact info. I called Jason and left a curt voicemail letting him know I expected a call back ASAP. When he called me back, I felt like I was talking with a child throwing a tantrum. He told me how I did not have the right to leave him a message on a cell phone and make demands. This went on and I requested to cancel the contract. Jason sent an email stating he wanted me to have a few days to think about it and he would hold the contract open till 2/5. I replied to his email on Sunday with 2 options that were workable for me and was informed a few days later that I have reviewed your proposal and feel its best that Window World cancels your order. I reached out to Window World corporate and the only message I received was thru Face Book messenger that they would notify the franchise ownership and senior management. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response. There were several opportunities for this to be salvaged and Window World to complete the installation but made NO attempt. Unless you have an extra 80 hours to devote to your own project management, I advise you to be careful.Outgoing phone calls to Window World = 10+Incoming calls from Window World = 4

It is three months past the promised delivery date.We have no window and no one can tell us then they are coming in. They say they will call us back, then they dont. It has been about half a year now. Save yourself a headache!

We still have failed to receive a follow up. We expressed how our service was not the best experience and then were referred to an automated line and told that someone would touchbase.And yet we still havent heard anything from them.

BE AWARE! Save yourself grief and go with a company who does things correctly. This company installed windows on one of mine and my husbands rental properties and we’ve have not stop issues since. We’ve called several times to see what they can do to fix it and they don’t care and actually blame us. The funny thing is we are being told by several other company we need to replace the windows all together, AFTER 5 years.
