Professional Garage Concepts was appointed by American Home Warranty Company on late Thursday. They called first thing Friday, and Gilbert visited on Friday, determined that opener was not repairable, and returned Tuesday morning and replaced the entire opener in about two hours. He had to replace a piece of door framing to do the work. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the timeliness of the repair. Bravo!

They sent a technician to my home and he found the problem and repaired it within about 20 minutes of arrival. The technician, Julio, was highly professional and efficient. We have had a lot of issues with our house during this horrible Texas weather, so our garage breaking really was the last thing we needed. I am a stickler for professionalism, and that is what I received from Professional Garage. Right from the initial contact with the owner to give me a quote for my garage floor epoxy project to the final work. Two very professional service men came to my house, explained the process as they proceeded to work and finished within the scheduled time. My garage has cabinets along 3 walls and the work was completed without taking cabinets out. The price was $1,000 less than another company that I considered. I would not hesitate to recommend Professional Garage to anyone and if I had to do it again, I would use their services.

Tina the office lady is rude and hangs up on people. I had reached out to my home warranty company for a garage door issue and was assigned Professional Garage Concepts. Tina reached out 11 times in less than 1 hour. Called and left messages at 854a, 928a, 942a, 948a. Sent 2 text messages at 855a and 929am. Sent 2 emails at 855a and 929am. Then called my husband twice while he was at work. I wasnt able to answer when she called. I called her back at 951a and explained I didnt appreciate all the calls, text and emails. Tina said after the 4th try they move onto the next customer for scheduling. She reached out 11 times in 1 hr. She wasnt moving on. When I told her I didnt think I wanted the company at my house she hung up on me! Great customer service! I called back asked for manager or owner, she said no one is there she could help me. I repeated I would like to speak to a manager or owner, she said theres no one to help me. I asked her to have the owner call me, she said Shaun would call me and asked for my number!! Like she didnt have it. I still havent heard from Shaun.

My spring had broken. I filed a claim with my home warranty. They told me Sears would be out the next day. The next day I had not heard anything from Sears. So I called the 800 number. Professional Garage Concepts serviced my garage.PROBLEM: I have two remotes, but could only get one remote to program. Before the representative Gilbert left, he told me to contact him if I couldnt get the second remote to program. Over a period of 4-5 days, I attempted to contact Gilbert 4 times (calls and text) to no avail. On attempt #5, Gilbert answered and told me to pay for his gas and he would come to assist me in programming the second remote(mind you Ive already paid for the service). I told Gilbert that I am not paying for his gas. He then told me to call his job because he was busy with a client and have already told me once how to program the remote before he left my house and he abruptly hung up the phone on me.RESOLUTION: Right away I called the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Larry the office manager. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and apologetic. Larry took care of the issue and sent out Francisco, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. I just had professional garage concepts come to fix my garage door. It was a warranty call. First they arrived within the window. Bryan and his team quickly got to work and were able to clearly communicated to me what was the issue, what is covered, and what is not covered on the warranty. Which was able accurate then informed me how much it will cost. Him and his crew were very quick and professional. Bryan was nice enough to help me set my garage opener through my car mirror.
