Now we have super quiet and smooth operating garage doors plus the handheld and car remotes all work properly. Amazing company. Came out and looked at my garage and gave a very reasonable quote for what needed to be done. The tech did not try and up sale me on anything but did explain what might need to be replaced in the future and why. If I ever have another garage door issue they are the one I will be calling.

We purchased a new door/opener replacement back in July from Veterans Garage Door. Called them about some popping noise (come to find out being caused by heat, nothing to do with install). The gentleman that came out was very professional and knew what he was doing. He called me to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes and he was there right on time. Garage door broke on a Thursday fixed by Saturday morning. The entire experience was pleasant from the phone call to schedule an appointment (around 8 p.m on Thursday) to the actual repair on Saturday morning. The service technician (Ray) was on time, introduced himself, accessed the damage, gave us options and an estimated repair time. The repair, payment and quote (for another service we inquired about) was done in less than an hour. An hour after the repair was completed I received a follow up call from Veteran’s inquiring about the service. I normally don’t take the time to do a review but I was happy with the service and the price. Will definitely use them again for my garage repairs.

They advertise same day service until its needed. I had a door that had come off its track. That was on a Tuesday. When I called to have service, I was informed the earliest I could receive service was Thursday of the same week. Obviously, with the door halfway open and halfway closed, with the car still in the garage, that was unacceptable. I contacted another garage door company, and they arrived within two hours. They should put an asterisk next to the same-day service info on their webpage to indicate same-day service is not always the case.

I wasnt able to get both garage openers repaired. One had to be replaced. The garage is detached. I wont be able to use the door opener attached to the wall in the house. But, everything is working fine so far!

Preston showed up ten minutes into the appointment period he was scheduled for.He DID call first to let me know. As soon ashe stepped into my garage he identified myissue. Of the LARGE SPRINGS located above each side of the door, one was broken, hence my door would not retract. He recommended replacing both sides since then were both from 1972. Of course I agreed. Wow. I cant say enough about Veteran Garage Door Repair. We had the gnarly winter storm last week that knocked our power out for 4 days. Our garage ended up breaking - a bracket came off, the wheels fell off the track and almost hit my car - not sure if thats all the right garage terminology, but it makes sense in my head.Anyway... I called them Friday. They set an appointment between 10-12 Monday. Joshua was on time. And he fixed my garage, and its not even noon yet!To get a quote is free. I said yes fix it - and he was able to fix it there same day. He replaced the bearing rollers, screwed in a few spots, and straightened things out for me. The receipt was detailed. And he also helped me install a key pad opener. And he told me the labor comes with a year warranty. My total was $260. I felt like I got a good deal, all things considered.I called a few other garage door repair shops, and some charged just to come out and give a quote. Im glad I went with Veteran Garage, and Id use them again and recommend Joshua to anyone. Hes friendly, fast and knowledgeable.Also!!! Almost immediately after, I received a call from someone just checking to see how everything went. Great service.

Veteran Garage Door came out and installed a new garage door for me back in 2015. One of my door springs broke, so I called VGD to come out and replace it. I called them Tuesday afternoon, they set me up for an appointment on Thursday. Aaron came out and installed both springs for a great price. If you need your garage door serviced, I would definitely recommend VGD for honest professional service at a reasonable price.

Veteran Garage is # 1... Our garage wouldn’t go on a Saturday, April 2, 2021 so I asked my daughter to call a company since I was not there to address the issue. She called “Garage Tech” from Dallas. The service man “Jerry Rigged “ the door to go down within 15 minutes and charged us $690. One key point is he didn’t tell us it would cost $690 before doing the work. Once I learned the price I called the manager and inquired how much do they charged and hour, since he supposedly did the work in 15 minutes. He said they had two people on site and you know it cost that more. Long story short I talked him into charging us just $300 even though they didn’t even fix the problem. I called Veteran Garage services on Monday morning. They sent their service technician Aaron out to our house, he gave us an estimate on what it would cost to fix the problem. He Replaced a bracket and bearings. We will continue to call and recommend Veteran Garage Door a company we can TRUST to be fair, honest, professional and efficient.

We needed to fix or replace an aging, temperamental door. After reviewing our options with a service rep, we elected to replace everything. The installer arrived at the appointed time a few days later and was done in under three hours. We love the new door. It is quieter and much more durably built than the old one, and while the wireless option and phone app were not really needed, they can be helpful if you forget to take an opener with you. The people we worked with were helpful and knowledgeable and the price was rather lower than I expected. I wish we had done this years sooner!
