I came to the Jared’s in Grand Prairie to purchase from their Pandora collection ( I got terrible service at the parks mall pandora) I had the sales associate Jose he was AMAZING so calm and knowledgeable and he listened to every concern and question I had and responded with ease, however the manager I’m assuming an African American woman was rude to her employees in front of at least 4-5 customers and I thought it was unprofessional but regardless I will be back to purchase again from Jose !!!
