Zero stars. Bad experience. Ordered for curbside pickup.. when I got to the store, there was no way to check in online, called the store & kept getting disconnected. Had to go inside, where they had only 1 person service the pickup area & checkout, and they had several people in line. That person never greeted me, she kept ringing up the people in line when clearly I was standing there at the pickup area. I kept calling the store while I was standing there and heard the calls get disconnected again & again, and no employee made an effort to answer them or fix the phone issue. I finally had to ask the 1 employee to get more help (she didnt think about it herself). She called 1 employee over, who went to a register and checked people out, while both of them continued to ignore me. A third employee finally came up, got my order, and had attitude when I asked her to carry the package out, since it was curbside pickup AND it was bulky! Terrible! Quick curbside pickup turned into a 20 minute disrespectful ordeal. I wont shop there again, clearly business is not appreciated and they dont have the staff or customer service skills needed to be open. By the way, my order was $170. You are welcome.

Only went in to pick up an online order but the young lady that helped me was super friendly and my order was ready within a minute or so. I was in/out in less than 2-3 minutes total. Great service, thanks!

B.B.& B. is one of my favorite shopping places. They have not only essential items, but they have lots of fun things interspersed throughout the store. I am so glad and grateful that the 28th. Street store was not one to be closed!

I have never received better customer service in my life. Noah in particular was incredible. I will remember my experience in this store for a very long time.

The last time I was there, it looked kind of bare, but now it seems fuller. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to our concerns and questions.

There were several assistant on the floor and EVERYTIME I asked for help, I was directed to an area. It would have been nice for help trying to find the items I was asking for.

This has to be the most well organized store my brother took me to two different locations within 2 days and I could have sworn I had entered the first one we went to 2 xays prior. everything is organized the same so if you see something you want and go back a month later at a different store, you will very eaesly find it just by walking up to the area where you saw it in a different store. Also they are very well stocked unlike other stores i visited were it was hard to walk through the isles becouse they had employees stocking at 1pm

Terrible customer service,bought an item only to find out at home,thAt the box was retaped and missing an important part inside!Lady at the checkout was rude,i had to ask for a bag,she didn’t even apologize instead she was annoyed and was rushing me out of the store.Never going back..

We stopped by for a specific item and found it fairly easily although the stock was low. We were pleased to see the price crossed out so that meant that it was marked down. We also had a discount coupon (almost always available online) so the item checked out at almost half price. Pleased.

Lazy, rude, and worst customer service, from multiple employees, that Ive ever experienced at this chain. Ive shopped here for decades. Ill be looking for a new place when Im in need again.

BB&B has very good sales..add the coupon and you can really score. u received fantastic help locating the sale item I was looking for. sales floor staff were great as well as the checkout clerk. all were very personable and helpful. I like be this store.

Very clean store and had exactly what I was looking for and it was on sale! The only downside was the lack of employees I had a question and I had to hunt down someone to get it answered.

We came here to do our wedding registry, and we were really nervous. From the second we came in the staff was very friendly, and accommodating (fiance is on crutches. They were very helpful in finding an electronic scooter, and storing his crutches). Also, the two managers that helped us with the registry made us feel very at ease. They kept joking with us, and helped us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this store!

The place is great. I just wish they would give the option of getting coupons on the app. The mailed in coupons are different and better than email or app ones.

Noah was exceptional with his customer service, as was every employee today. We walked in with an exchange/return and it was seamlessly handled. We were so impressed. We live closer to the Alpine store, however, considering our service today a few extra miles to visit this 28th Street location is so so worth it.

A product was listed for $79.99 on the Bed Bath and Beyond App but in store it was $99. They said they would give the me product for their lower listed price but couldn’t use a 20% off coupon because they were doing a “price match”...of their own app. I suggest just using the app, it allows you to apply 20% off the lower listed price, the in store employee just wouldn’t.

They have a wide selection of linens, kitchen supplies, dishes and unique gadgets. They arent the cheapest, but they have great coupons. Make sure you bring it to the store with you. They arent as nice as they used to be about giving you a discount. Its a wonderful place to shop for showers and weddings because theyll ship your gift for you, and if you want, you can wrap your gift for free before you go.

No complaints in regards to this store. One of my favorite places to shop. Always a lot of interesting inventory. If you need a gift for that hard to buy person, this should be your first stop.The staff might be a little scarce at times, but when you find someone to help they are always very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for you to get an answer or find a product.I also love that they mail, text, or email coupons.Last visit I bought a pair of sheets for my new bed. Felt like I got a good deal and loved the choices they had.

Bed Bath and Beyond are always awesome. Staff can be sometimes hard to find if you have questions, but whenever you do manage to track them down, they’re always incredibly friendly and helpful. Watch for coupons! This company has a wonderful return policy -a little more strict than it used to be, but still lovely and forgiving all the same.

Ive always been a fan, but having recently shopped at a competitor, I definitely prefer Bed Bath & Beyond. The store is clean, they have everything you would expect - and then some. The prices are reasonable and there were people available to help when needed. When the checkout line got long, they even called some associates up to the front to help check people out. Not all the places do that anymore, so it was appreciated.

The wedge-shaped memory foam pillow I had brought out to my car from an on-line purchase. It was excellent and helped me heal quickly!

Disorganized, poorly stocked, no one to assist.

I went into B B&B looking for a blender and juicer. The prices were compatible with other stores, plus they offer a 20% discount from retail me not..plus items were on sale. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help except for one of the cashiers, she was not pleasant at all. Other than that, I wouldve rated them a five.

Great service. Wonderful club to join and save 20% on ENTIRE purchase every time you go. No paper coupons needed. They can even look up your account by your phone number or email.

I only went here to use the 20% off 1 item coupon & we had a gift card to use. There prices are high on many items. Sale prices were pretty good. One employee was very friendly and helpful but the cashier was really cranky and unfriendly!!

They are always so helpful. I was looking for a specific USA bread pan, which they didnt have. A nice young man ordered it for me and the shipping was free. Dont forget you have a 20% discount also.

Descent Store with a lot to offer. For the amount of inventory it is hard to find staff for help. But when found they are quite friendly and helpful.

Bought the non stick copper pans (Gotham Steele) and believe me they more than stick. No one wants to replace them. Always thought this was a good store. I was wrong.

Normally love the store but we got a low quality wine bar there. We took several months to unpack it due to a renovation and now they dont carry it. Scratches, dings, running stain, gaps between pieces.
