We purchased a bed from here approximately one month ago. We love it and feel its one of the best life purchases weve made. I also want to say a big thank you to our sales representative. Paul was the best. He was so nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable and gave us space to discuss the different options and helped when we needed him. We never felt any pressure and even after the purchase we had questions and he was quick to respond with answers and recommendation. We highly recommend his service and the product. Very clean store! Employees are very knowledgeable on the products. The experience feels more like the salesman is letting the product speak for itself and that always speaks numbers about an items quality. Very highly recommended.

We worked with Alex Myers over the course of a few months to test several mattresses and pillows. This store was great at keeping us up to date on promotions, so we got the best deal possible when we were ready to pull the trigger. The team reminded us they don’t work on commission a couple times, and it truly showed in a good way! We’re set up with a bed that’s right for OUR needs even though it’s not the most expensive on the floor.

We were not excited about going mattress shopping. It is never a great experience, always feels like walking into a used car showroom. This was a completely different experience. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and courteous with all our questions. We did not feel pressured at all. Never slammed the competition. Looking forward to receiving the bed!

Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the Tempur-pedic product. He listened to our needs and sleeping styles and guided us towards the best bed for our needs.I will say that Tempur-Pedic as a company has a terrible policy regarding promotions. They offer promotions (25% all pillows) and ($300 of accessories with the purchase of a bed), but only allow for one promo to be used. It’s a little tacky to sell a $5,000 bed but take away a promo if buying a bed and pillows.

I can’t say enough how great the staff at this store is and how good Tempur Pedic has been. We originally ordered the Active Breeze and tried it out for a couple months (part of their 90 night trial). Alex was great through the whole appointment, answering all my questions and trying the various options. Great customer service! Unfortunately the firmness just wasn’t for me. I called and they returned the mattress no problem at all. Today we spent another hour+ today with Robert figuring out which mattress would work. Appreciate the patience and customer service!

Robert was very professional, and informative with the advancement of mattresses and sleeping habits.

Christian was the sales person we dealt with and we were less than impressed within the first 2 mins. Although he was as detailed, the cussing that came out of his mouth within the short min we were there and in front of my kids was very unprofessional and really made me not want anything to do with the store. We only stayed and listened to him because we needed a new mattress and knew very little of the tempur-pedic mattress. We ended up purchasing a tempur-pedic from another store. We might come back as long as we dont have to deal with Christian for pillows.

I have been stressing over buying a new bed. I went into the Tempur-Pedic store today and Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the differences between beds. They are taking every safety precaution in the store. If you are debating on a new mattress check out the store and great products. This will be my second TEMPUR-Pedic.
