I was searching for work shoes. The last place I stopped was Mieras, where I had never been. Mieras will now be my first stop, as I was very impressed with the selection and friendly service. Competitive prices, as well!

Okay bought a pair of work boots about March or so.... Had them for about 3 months and develop a red spot on my the top my foot. Thought it was socks but after it going away and coming back, determined that it was the boot. The pair of boots were two different numbers and soles were slight different and shoe laces were also different size wise. On the inside of the boot there was a wrinkle in the tongue area at the bottom where the red spot had developed. Took the boots back to Mieras had the manager and his assistance look over the boot that was causing the issue and they also determined that, that was happening. They had another pair in stock, I tried them on and bingo new boots with no issues. Thank you to the team Mieras shoe you have had my business for a long time and will continue for a long time. Thank again!

I was always skeptical thinking the boots were overpriced, yet I now understand that these boots are better with higher quality than the Meijer or Walmart versions of footwear. I am a firm believer with Mieras staff and service at this location; centrally located and sell quality brands. Many extra accessory products related to feet, work boots & shoes. Definitely and Highly Recommended.

Absolutely amazing!! I came in here for work boots and had a voucher. Wasnt sure what to expect as Ive never been fitted for footwear before. But Jerry was awesome! Almost too many shoes to choose from, very good and I dont say that very often... They dont have Red Wings I think theyre overrated and priced. I like Carolina and New balance... You can get whatever you want here...

Not impressed. Bought work boots about 16 months ago and they are falling apart not wearing out but falling apart. Went back to see what they could do and they did nothing but offer to sell me new ones saying that I would have to get a hold of the manufacturer (keen) my self. What a joke I will not go back.

I buy work boots here every year and they have all of the popular brands. The staff is knowledgeable and will accept returns if there happens to be a manufactures defect ( only happened to me once). The boots are reasonably priced. Red Wings, Doc Martin and wolverine. They have safety shoes as well. They look just like standard tennis shoes only with safety features.Ive always been happy with this store. It has an old fashioned family owned store feel.

I bought my boots here for years, and my 4 kids shoes,because they carry bigger sizes and have never given any hassle about returning something I didnt like until today when they had a different model than what I asked in stock a tall boot not a short boot. and I said well Ill try them if I can return them if I dont like them and they said well you used your one Comfort guarantee in 2014!! thats okay Ill do my shopping elsewhere I didnt mind spending a little extra to be able to go to a brick-and-mortar store to buy my boots but I guess Ill go the way the rest of the world now in order offline

Mieras is a great store. High quality shoes and boots. Prices are on par with the quality. Very helpful staff, you will get a good fitting pairs of footwear. The level of staff expertise is rare in these days. I have purchased several pairs of boots here. I will return.

Best place for safety shoes in West Michigan. They have gone above and beyond to get me the pairs I needed, and have the best selection of major shoe styles and brands. Their sales reps arent pushy, and take the time to help me find sneaker style steel/composite toe shoes with EH rating, without going over budget.

I purchased my new boots last week hoping to try a new brand that would last longer (keen). The salesman talked them up and they felt ok with a few spots that felt like they needed break in time. After wearing them for 3.5 full days and having blisters and bruises on my feet I tried to return them. The same salesman met me at the counter and said I just needed more time to break them in and suggested I try ankle pads. When he put the ankle pad in and showed me it didnt even cover the spot I had complained about. I knew right then that I was going to be owning a pair of boots I cant wear. He told me he thinks I just needed more time for break in and I replied with Ill just be buying a different pair of boots. As I was walking out the door he had to loudly say all good things come in time. Save your money go anywhere else but here, they wont even warranty a pair of boots after 3 days and blisters.

Every time Im here the people are professional and very helpful.I only needed replacement shoelaces and they were free for my Red Wing Shoes!!I have Red Wings Worx boots, they are the best pair of work boots I have ever bought.my experience has been that the sales people love to take the time to let you try on many pairs so that you get the ones that are right for you just as I did. Quality shoes that will last. Good service - got my size from the other store overnight. (If you have an unusual foot they might not have your stuff in stock.) I bought a pair of New Balance there and they lasted 2 years starting to show wear on the inside. I wore them every day and I am not easy on them. So just bought a second identical pair.

Mietas shoes is awesome been going there for nearly 50 years my mom use to take me there to get keds sneakers Great Family. My high school buddy has worked there since we went to school. Go see Scott at the Leonard street store or anyone at the 44th street store. They will take care of you.

Great Personal Service! I buy work shoes here every year and they are always helpful and patient. They dont always have the exact shoe you might want in stock, but they will order it for you and get it to you in a reasonable time.

Bad customer service I purchased all my boots from there over the years I always have a problem returning my boots all 4 of my boots have had water leaks and they find every reason not to return them. My last visit today 8/12/19 The manager was arguing and raising his voice at me in front of the customers telling me he was not going to return my boots my boots were in really good shape and less then 3 months old. Will not be buying any more boats from them.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I needed a size 12 wide in the work boot I like, they ordered it and called me when the boots came in. They also re-glued the sole of a pair of boots Id purchased there a year ago at no charge. These are good, honest people.

Ive always bought work boots at cheaper places like Meijer, TSC Etc. Turns out this is almost as cheap with professional help, very knowledgeable. It sounds like the boots will last longer too.
