They super nice! I took my dress in to have some sparkle added and some lace from my moms dress in to have it made into a veil. They did exactly what I wanted and both veil and dress turned out perfect! She also did them with very short notice. She was one of the only wedding vendors I used that didnt give me any issues. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to take a look at some possible bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in March. Im looking for a pretty specific orange color that has proven to be hard to find. The lady we talk to was super helpful. Even though she had a group there for an appointment, she went out of her way to help us. She took us to the back room to try to find the right dress. She offered to do some research of her own to see what she could find for me, because we couldnt find what we were looking for. And she took my phone number to get back to me with what she found.I havent heard back from her, but besides that it was the best service we received out of the 4 or 5 different places we went to look for dresses that day.They do their own color dying, so I know I have the option of dying white dresses if I never find exactly what I am looking for.

Absolutely amazing, we scheduled at last minute appointment when my bride to be best friend was left mortified by a prior appointment at another store. The staff made her feel beautiful again in every dress she tried on. Theres a surplus of wedding dresses, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, prom, etc.

This store was very well stocked with all kinds of bridal and bridesmaid dresses. I went in there only to rent an underskirt for my daughters wedding dress. The owner is very knowledgeable on altering wedding dresses. She gave me lots of very good advice even though she knew that I wasnt buying a dress or even having her do any alterations. I was very impressed with both the store and the owner.

This place saved us over $300. We had a budget of $400 for a formal dress - we arrived, without an appointment which we were belittled for, and the lady was so rude my 14 year old wanted to go elsewhere. In the end, we went to Macys and got a beautiful dress and shoes for around $100. Will NEVER shop here after the treatment we received.

I fell in love with everything about this shop. This was my third bridal store and I was beginning to get discouraged. I could not believe how beautiful all the dresses were. Each of them were unique and unlike nothing I had ever seen. She was VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable. We found my dream wedding dress in less than an hour. She also showed us how we could customize the dress and make it my own. I would recommend this shop to any bride or even anyone with a special event. I dont plan on getting married again but if I did, I would go back!!!

Instead, state that you are sorry that they feel that way, it was not your intention, and you would like for them to stop by again so that you can show that it was not intentional. YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEFEND GOOD SERVICE! Original Review: If you decide to go there, make sure you have an appointment, and that you do not arrive early. We arrived less than 10 minutes early, and were greeted rudely by the owner with do you have an appointment? and then, you are early!. Once we got back in the dressing room, we could see that HER clock was set behind!. Anyway, I felt very unwelcome there. We were ready to leave before we even looked at the dresses! A group came in to the shop while we were waiting, and did not have an appointment. She berated them and said that they could look, but could not try on any dresses. She said it was because she had too much damage done to dresses in the past. Then she proceeded to talk about them to other patrons while they were looking! We should have left the first time we felt uncomfortable! She has forgotten what polite customer service can do to help a business. Needless to say, we did not purchase anything. We just wanted to get out of there!

They have everything here! If you cant find it they can create it!!!! The staff was helpful and they thought of things that I had not. I also received a discount because we purchased the bridesmaids dress there as well. Highly recommend, my only regret was not going there sooner.

Let me just say I never write reviews. After having read the nasty one the girl had wrote i proceeded to read the others and realized she was probably just a brat. So into the store i went!I was looking for my wedding dress, as many women know you have an idea in your head of what you want, as i did. I was surprised at how large of a selection there was. She had asked what i was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. She even pulled one out her self. The one she pulled i didnt like the look of it from the bag but i had a previous experience as to where you should try the dress on before you decide. So off to play dress up we went. It was just me and her and it was nice and quiet and very personable experience. I tried on the two i had picked, then the one she had picked.WHAT DO YOU KNOW i liked the one she picked the best. She placed a matching veil on my head and i was absolutely in love. If you have ever been in that moment that you find THE DRESS you know what im talking about. So i took my mother in law to be and sister in law to be in and showed them the three. We paid for my dress and it was a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend going. Shes as sweet as they come and shes been in the business for a long time, she knows what shes doing. :)

Had very few “in style” dresses and they were all 300+! My sister and I felt forced upstairs when we were looking downstairs. Online had way more then what was in the store. Highly disappointed. We drove 2 hours for this?!?!?

Great shopping experience! I was looking for a plus size Mother of the Bride dress and they had a nice selection. I was able to find a beautiful dress that fit me and it was well within my budget.

I have to say that this place is amazing! I had visited various bridal stores in search of a “mother to be” dress for our daughters wedding. I had traveled as far as Lansing. Per recommendations, I decided to give this place a visit. I was greeted warmly. I informed the staff that I was “just” looking. Dwin, then started asking me questions about the event. I had already picked out some dresses that caught me eye. Her questions made me think……The dresses that I had picked out were very loud (not my day); however, I would have been an eye site to the guests (my personal opinion!) She asked about colors and the style of the dress that my daughter was going to wear. She then said, follow me! She pulled out the most amazing floor length dress, soft in color and the back had a “V” similar to my daughters dress. I called my daughter and son-in law (to be) to come see what was presented to me. They were there in minutes. “Yup, that is the one!” A few minor alterations and I had my dress ready within the week. I had received so many compliments on this dress. I continue to recommend this bridal shop to everyone. Thank you for the awesome service!!

I called to see if we could pop by without an appointment. A man told me it would be fine and they could accommodate. Apon arrival they were rude and horrible to deal with. The dresses that were tried were terrible quality. Dont waste your time.As an addendum to this: the way the owner has responded to criticism is unbelievable. Instead of spending all this time berating and belittling others she could be creating positive relationships and attempting to fix what was observed as an issue. Extremely unprofessional.

I have always had a wonderful experience at Bella Sposa Bridal. Dwin is amazing, and I have purchased gowns from her on many occasions. Even on the rare occasions I would get a dress from elsewhere, my alterations are ONLY done here. Dwin knows just where to tweak my dress to make it the exact way I want it. When it came time for my own wedding, she made me cap sleeves to match perfectly, with the best rhinestone detail. She always takes great care of me, and I always love taking my business to this store. Highly HIGHLY recommend, as I have never had one bad experience here. Will be taking my wedding gown in to get it all fixed up after it went through the ringer on my wedding day. She is a miracle worker!! Love my Bella Sposa ladies 💕

The day before my quince, they gave us the wrong hoop. And everyone went into a panic mode and even on the day of my quince I still didn’t have the correct hoop. It was terrible service. And not to mention they charged us for apparently not turning the hoop in on a certain time. That we didn’t even know about!! And they tried to cover it up by saying they were still there till midnight but when we went dress fitting they had complained about staying till 9. I would never recommend coming here.

We made an appointment and went in to find a dress. Found one I liked, more then i wanted to spend but the wedding was planned in 3 months so I needed to get one fast. I paid for faster shipping so I would get the dress in time for the wedding. Had no problems getting the dress ordered or any service problems. Then it was time for the dress to come in. (1 month it took with fast shipping) Never got a phone call so I called to check. Sure enough the dress was in. Went to go get the dress, tried it on and their was an issue with the beading. So she said she would take care if the issue and fix it. No phone call on what was going on with the dress so I called. She said they had to order beads from China and she would fix it AS SOON AS THEY CAME IN. Obviously not her problem that this happend. She didnt make the dress which I totally understand, I was glad she would fix it for me. She told me when the beads would be in so I called that week to make sure since I never got phone calls knowing what was going on with the dress. She told me that they came in that week but she was too busy to work on it she had other appointments. 😳 I thought this would be a priority like she said it would. So now it is 2 weeks until the wedding so I just decided to show up (when I showed up the store was supposed to be open and no one was there so I had to leave and come back) and see if the dress was ready. Which it was. I seen that she had fixed the dress and it did look nice but I was so frustrated by the service and how I was treated I asked for some money back. She got very offensive and started raising her voice at me. I told her she deserves to pay me back for the Express shipping since I really never received Express shipping. She had the dress a month before I even received it. That is not my issue. I paid for it and got it 2 weeks before the wedding. Now their is no time for any alterations. She kept telling me NO arguing with me and told me she had NO MONEY TO GIVE. I spent over 350$ and you have no money to give? All I wanted was the shipping back. The customer service was horrible. Please read these reviews. Listen to how she defends herself, she talks very rude and unprofessional and thats exactly how I was treated. Blaming the customer. I am saddened to this since the dress is beautiful and I had no issues when buying the dress. If you spend that much money on a BRIDESMAID DRESS not even a wedding dress, you should get treated the right way. I would never reccomend or go back. She handled it very wrong if you wanted continued business.

The only person I have delt with is the owner. The first time I came in she was on the phone with a contractor for her rental apparment, and ignored me for almost 10 minutes, when she should of been ringing me out. Today I came to my second fitting which should of been at 6pm and my dress was not ready I had to wait until after 6:30 to even try it on. This fitting was over 30 days from the first. It is now 8 pm and the alterations that should of been done at 6 pm are not complete. I would highly advise any other bridal shop. You do not feel special, you do not even feel liked. Also fairly expensive.

As soon as my friend and I walked in the store the owner was very rude to us and had a staring problem. She made us feel very unwelcomed in the store and she got very angry that my friend had food with her, which is understandable, but she was freaking out and going on and on about it. Not only were The dresses in bags though, we hadn’t even touched anything yet. And she was talking so highly of the dresses and how expensive they are, but was walking around in socks and coughing on every single bagged dress. Never in my entire life have I recieved such rude customer service and been treated so poorly. I’m very dissapointed in how she handled the situation and just overall shocked at how somebody could be so mean to their lcustomers. DO YOU THINK I REALLY WOULDVE TAKEN MY TIME TO WRITE THIS BAD REVIEW IF YOU WERENT RUDE TO US ?!?! Dwinn (Owner) asked if I had my wedding dress with me and invited me to try it on to see if she could fix it.Dwinn immediately saw the issues I was unhappy with and very generously came to my rescue to save my wedding dress in 4 days! In the height of wedding season, she was an answered prayer and my dress turned out AMAZING. EXACTLY the way I had envisioned it! If she can pull that off in 3 days, I can only imagine what she can accomplish in the amount of time (3 months) my previous seamstress had!I thought her prices were fair and her work ethic was inspiring. In addition, my husband had her fix his custom made shirt from Mens Wearhouse that went awry and my sister also had Dwinn finish her bridesmaids dress that the other seamstress did not finish the way we would like. While all this was going on, she also was tailoring my mothers Mother of the Bride dress. Worst experience of my life. I got married almost a year ago and I still cant get over how rude and unprofessional these people are. They made me, the bride, cry and more than once. I sincerely regret giving them any of my business. I wish I had known about all the trouble and heartache I would suffer when I walked through that door because I wouldve ran right back out. I still get emotional remembering how I was treated. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!
