I had the most amazing time at Bridal Elegance in GR! I was nervous when I walked in and wasn’t sure what to expect but all of the ladies warmly greeted me and made me feel so special. Lisa took her time to help me find my perfect dress and never pressured me. She gave me lots of time to take pictures and for my family to take pictures. I wasn’t planning on finding my dress today but it happened and it’s my dream dress!! It’s absolutely perfect and couldn’t be happier.

They did a wonderful job with my wedding dress! They made the fitting process very simple and their team knew exactly what needed to be done so the dress fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend going here if you need alterations!

Found my dress on the first trip. I had my bridesmaids and Mom with me, so we started with everyone picking a dress. My stylist Emily was great to work with. She asked good questions as we worked through our picks, and would magically appear with new dresses based on feedback and my reaction to the dresses I was trying on.The store was super cute and cozy, and it felt pretty private although there were other groups there. If you want to make an appointment, I would recommend calling the store to verify current party size limitations, as they are not listed on the website. I opted for the upgraded appointment, which ended up being a good choice because I needed the extra time. Also, the parfait bar was a fun touch. We really enjoyed it.Overall a very positive experience :)

Lisa was absolutely incredible as a stylist. She Made me feel so comfortable and calm during the process of finding my perfect dress. The entire staff was lovely and you can tell they really love what they do. They also have a great selection of really beautiful dresses. I recently purchased my dress from Bridal Elegance at my first and last appointment. I cannot say enough good things about my stylist Jess. Jess was EVERYTHING for my appointment. I enjoyed choosing my dress at Bridal Elegance. The stylist I was paired with was phenomenal, and super sweet. The lady who also performed minor alterations was very accommodating and personable. However, the store is absolutely filthy. The room where I tried on my dress for the first time + alteration appointments was absolutely filthy. The floor was covered in dirt, debris, lint, and safety pins. The rug in the room was also covered and was black from all of the traffic. I did not want my dress to touch the floor because of how dirty it was. My shopping experience was great, however the lack of cleanliness declined my experience.

Emily made my first time trying on wedding dresses absolutely amazing! She knew what I had in mind but she also knew I was open to any dress and she was so helpful with picking some out. I actually think my dress is one she picked lol. She made my family and I feel very welcome and comfortable. I had such a hard time picking my dress and my bridesmaid and mom liked a different dress than I did. Emily made sure I picked the one I wanted instead of shifting my opinion to theirs. (Which I tend to do often) I will always recommend this place and we’ll be coming back for mother of the bride/groom dresses as well as bridesmaid dresses!

From the moment I walked into Bridal Elegance, my experience has been beyond amazing! They have made the wedding planning so much easier.My first appointment was for my dress! As a bride, you want to look amazing on your big day and these girls found me a dress that wasn’t what I thought I’d want but I am in love with my dress and it looks so much better than what I could have ever imagined! There is one alteration I wanted to make, and they haven’t questioned me or tried to change my mind. They actually gave me several options to choose from!Also, with our groomsmen & dads, we went to another business that wanted to charge $100+ for each vest. We asked for options, they gave zero. I reached out to the girls at BE and instantly were there to my rescue! They cut the price in half, over half! The process is also super easy!It’s been a blessing to work with these ladies, they are angels! I would recommend them over and over!Gina, Emily, & Nicole are the 3 I have worked with and they are god sent! Personable, caring, and will listen to what you want and are looking for. You feel like you’re part of their family! 10/10 recommend!

Just amazing. I made an appointment with Bridal Elegance because of the amazing reviews I’ve read and I experienced it first hand. Before my appointment even started I was treated like the mostly loyal and VIP customer with goodie bags, and answers to all of my questions. After finding out a dress I desperately wanted to try on was not at this store I was so upset, but this staff messaged me the next day to tell me they got it in and pulled it straight from the box and had it waiting for me to be the first person to try it on!!Stephanie was my stylist and she took such great care of me. She picked the most beautiful gowns according to my taste but had me try on other silhouettes just to check all our bases. She let me have my moment with my entourage but then when we went back into the room listened to my opinions and reassured me this was my decision no matter what. She even took out dresses I didn’t want very discretely to not offend any of the other guests.This staff takes amazing care of their brides and even better care of the dresses. I found my dress from my first appointment and bought it off the rack because it was in such perfect condition and the discounts they offer are second to none!Another detail I would like to add was that none of these dresses had the actual dress size on them. I’ve never been one to care much about that- but the fact that I didn’t have to see that number made this day even easier.The whole staff was so friendly and personable I knew I would be in great hands no matter what.Thank you all!

My dress was actually on mannikin and was the only one they had so she pulled it off with no questions asked. It was a perfect fit.I actually said yes to the dress on my 2 day of dress shopping and only my third shop. I called bridal elegance on sep 27th and got in the same day which is not normal but I was thankful. I had the wrost experience at Davids bridal right before calling bridal elegance. I wish I would have canceled my first appointment and only went here. But, it made me appreciate the amazing job the ladies at BE did even more. I felt so welcomed and nothing but positivity and acceptance during my appointment. I never felt rushed, and let me tell you I know I tried on the same two dresses multiple times. I came in with photos of what I was looking for and both Stephanie and Gina pulled the most beautiful dresses that were exactly what I described.

The best, sweetest staff EVER. I had an unconventional timeframe for finding my dress and they scheduled me for a one-on-one appointment to look through the dresses and made sure it fit PERFECTLY before my reception. Through COVID and the stress of wedding planning, this team was incredible. Shout out to Jessica and Aubrey for making this part of the planning so easy and beautiful!

Jessica was so accommodating and showed me where to find some halter-style dresses (the look I was going for). There was one dress I thought wouldnt fit my style, but Jess was so flexible with me trying on anything that looked remotely interesting. I was so shocked to find out that I actually loved the dress once I tried it on. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel beautiful and gave me her honest feedback.My mom and I had other wedding dress stores to stop and check out after Bridal Elegance, and Jess gave us all of the information we needed if we decided to go back and buy the dress I fell in love with at BE. She even mentioned a few other wedding dress stores around town, which made me feel she wanted the best for my wedding and genuinely wanted me to find the dress Id love most. Well, it turns out that after many other great dresses, the one I tried on with Jess was the one I couldnt stop thinking about. We returned another time for final thoughts and another try-on, and within a week I knew I needed to get the dress.Im so thankful for Jessicas friendliness, being so genuine with trying to help me out, and remaining flexible and open to trying on any dresses (of all shapes and designs!). Having toured so many wedding dress stores around GR, beyond the fact that I found my dress at Bridal Elegance, the people I worked with made this one one of the best experiences.

Nicole assisted me over the phone very well. I didn’t have an appointment (walk-ins are welcome but jeopardizes you’re one-on-one with a stylist), luckily Jess was the only one in the store. Although she had to answer the phone and other things she was VERY attentive and more than willing to assist me and my mother. The dress I tried on was nearly 5 sizes too big but Jess knew where the fabric would rest on my body in my correct size will confidence. All three of us had a great time!!

They also offer great discounts which allowed more dresses to be in my price range. While I didn’t end up going with the dress I picked out from here (it was a very close second), I highly recommend you come here to try and find your dress.

Im so glad I went to Bridal Elegance in search of a wedding dress! Right when you walk in, it feels very special to be there. You remove your shoes in order to preserve the stock dresses. My consultant, Angie, asked a lot of questions before showing us to our dressing room, which was massive! It had its own mirrors and pedestal in addition to those outside the room. We were allowed to select several dresses from the racks that were all sorted by style and price. My consultant also pulled a select few from my Pinterest board, as Id done my homework before going in. I tried on the first dress and liked it, tried on the second and liked that one even more, and when I put the third one on I was blown away! It was the first dress on my Pinterest board too. Angie asked me which one was in second place and then took the other dress from the room; in an effort to help me narrow down, this was super helpful! I tried on two more dresses after that and knew right away that the third dress was the winner. Angie had the seamstresses come out with the dresses I liked the most and gave suggestions on what they might do which I thought was super nice. Once we drew up the paperwork and I got everything settled I was given a folder with everything in it, and a mug with Mrs. on the side which is adorable; AND Angie made it! Nothing but positive vibes from my experience here, would recommend to anyone!

Had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Bridal Elegance today! Went in with my Grandparents as a humor them type of thing and had absolutely zero expectations of getting my dresss. Gina was wonderfully patient with me as I THOUGHT i knew what I wanted and instead fell head over heels for something completely different! Highly recommend!

Bridal Elegance was our first stop and I had ZERO intentions of buying a dress yesterday. Our wedding isn’t until September 2021 and I figured I would take my time browsing selections. BUT I took a dress home yesterday and I’m over the moon! We had such a great experience working with Emily. She was not pushy and knew her stuff! I had sent her a picture ahead of time of my dream dress and she had selected a few for me before we arrived. She then mentioned there was one on their manikin she thought I would love. That was the one! I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend!

I got my bridesmaids dress from Bridal Elegance and the whole experience has been exceptional. The staff goes out of their way to help me, and I have had great luck with the seamstress, Loraine. They go above and beyond and are always very pleasant to work with! Definitely consider this place when dress shopping.

I said yes to the dress today! Jess was so unbelievably helpful, and when we found the dress of my dreams I didn’t even hesitate. I come from a sales background and was so impressed by the low pressure but high excitement environment. Every single dress offered was unique and beautiful, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I can’t even stress enough how fabulous Jess was, though. I brought along my three year old and she was so patient and kind. It feels wonderful that my dress is coming from a wonderful store.

What a fun day! Found the perfect mother’s dress for my son’s wedding. Everyone was so accommodating. I would highly recommend going for all your bridal needs. You will be treated like a queen! Thank you Emily. You are wonderful.

Well, I called Bridal Gallery (off of Eastern and 44th) and was able to get in very quickly. I was actually late (Bridal Gallery). When I called I asked if they had plus size dresses, and explained that I was a street size 20. They said yes. Well, that was not the case. They had a handful of dresses.... mostly samples... did not have many beautiful choices above a size 18. Personally I like to be able to at least try on a dress to envision myself in it. When I called I even told them the type of dress that i wanted. They said yes, its there. Problem is it is only in a size 18. Formal wear you have to size up. Coming away from this, I wish the shops would be up front and say if they cant accommodate you.... instead of just trying to get you into the shop. The person I had initially was very nice. The least person that helped me had a frown, or could have been frustrated. Go figure. How do you think I feel as a customer? I went to my car and called Bridal Elegance..... and they indeed had many dresses that I was interested In, and in plus sizes. I have been there before. The staff is amazing, accommodating, and they had all the dresses in plus size availble to try on. It was extremely clean, and you cant even wear shoes in Bridal Elegance. No frowns in there. I would definitely recommend Brides in the Grand Rapids area of any size to go to Bridal Elegance instead of Bridal Gallery. Also, Bridal Gallerys Sample Dresses were extremely filthy...... not the case with Bridal Elegance. I went back and asked the young lady with her furrowed brow (Rachel) about an Allure Dress I had seen another young future bride. She gave me the info. Ive already called Bridal Ellegance.... they have many dresses in my size. Im glad I came to Bridal Gallery..... cause it gave me the experience of what a future bride does not want. Definitely would not recommended Bridal Gallery to anyone.

Emily. Is. Amazing!!!! This was my first and last stop for my dress. I went in with my best friend not expecting to find a dress and just going in to kinda just get some ideas of what I liked and didnt. After striking out on 4 dresses that I picked out all in the same cut, Emily gave me the look and said she had a dress in mind if I was open to a different shape . So I said yes. Immediately seeings the dress I was in love and as soon as I put it on it was a wrap!!!!! Im so in love with my dress and if it wasnt for Emily and her ability to connect with me so well and really understand my vision, I would have left empty handed. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and I look forward to coming back for the bridesmaids dresses!🥰

Fantastic experience!! Emily was wonderful, attentive, patient, listened to what the bridesmaids wanted and worked hard to bring dresses that were exactly what she described as well as was conscious of her budget. Nichole was wonderful, helpful and so much fun. Many nice extras, a much better experience than another local bridal shop we visited.

Great experience!!!! Loved all the dresses!!! A little on the pricey side but they do give discounts..My Consultant was Emily she was so nice Highly recommend her! I really felt that one on one experience made me feel special and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all in the fitting room with her. They had enough chairs for all the lady’s that came for this special day I had 8 people and they could relax well I was in the fitting room. The only complaint I have is they are not curvy friendly. But all around great experience! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!

My little sister and I made a Pearl Appointment here, and it was such a wonderful experience! There was champagne and an adorable parfait bar with muffins, and Angie was super sweet and helpful on the floor. We both said yes to the dress, her wedding dress and my maid of honor dress. Definitely recommend this store!

The staff was super helpful with finding different items and looking at modifications. They carry plus sizes and have a decent variety of larger bridal dresses to try on. They prefer to have appointments set, and I highly recommend it - it was great to be there during the day and essentially have the store to yourself and the consultant. My consultant was wonderful with running with the modifications to style I requested. I would highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

I had such a great experience with Bridal Elegance. We did walk-in, instead of an appointment, because we went last minute. At first, we did not have stylist and tried on a bunch of different dresses. I knew vaguely what I liked, but had trouble finding dresses that were flattering for my body type. Heidi came in to help us and within 5 minutes of talking to my mom, she brought me THE dress. She pointed out reasons why it was flattering that I didnt even think of!She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and a perfect fit for her job! Skip your other appointments and come to Bridal Elegance!

Bridal Elegance was the first and last place I went to find my dream wedding dress. My dress was the 3rd dress I tried and I fell in love. Angie was nothing short of amazing! She wasnt pushy and I loved that she allowed my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law to intially pick out dresses with me. She then kept taking my bridesmaids back out to pull more dresses. She also stayed well within my budget. Angie knew exactly what I wanted and listened to what we all were saying. The experience I had was unforgettable and just simply wonderful. 9 and 10 years ago both of my sisters found their wedding dresses there and had great experiences too! I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone who wants their bridal appointment to be fun and not stressful!😁

I purchased my dress from Bridal Elegance back in December of 2017. The ladies at this location have made the process SO easy for me, even when I live in another state! I have to say though, that I am MOST impressed with the seamstress, Oleana. She tailored my dress to be EXACTLY like I have imagined it would look like and she really made me feel like I was her only customer because she took such good care of me and made sure the details of my dress were perfect. Bridal Elegance was the first shop I went to find my wedding dress. Ellie was so helpful and really knew her stuff! I found a dress there that was the dress to beat. I went to other shops to see if I could find one I liked better, just in case, but none of the dresses compared to the dresses at Bridal Elegance. The service at those other shops were good and friendly but no where near the incredible and personal experience I had at Bridal Elegance! I found The Dress at Bridal Elegance and I am eager to go back to find my bridesmaids dresses :)

I am so happy with the customer service at Bridal Elegance! I had a horrible experience at a different bridal company and was feeling kind of down and out about shopping for wedding gowns. I had the pleasure of having Hester as my stylist. She was AMAZING and made my dress shopping experience a one of a kind. It’s places like this that restore my faith in costumer service! Also the collection that they had there was stunning, well made, and affordable. I wouldn’t suggest anywhere else to go!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at bridal elegance!!! They greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. I wasnt sure what kind of dress I was looking for before coming in but Marina was more than helpful and narrowed down my search quickly. She was just so sweet and made the experience for me. The second dress I tried on was my dress. We had questions about alterations that Marina wasnt sure of so she went out of her way to get the owner and the owner was so kind and answered all of our questions. This shop saved my wedding. I ended up here (per the recommendation of my sister in law) and I’m so glad I did! I was frantically looking for another dress after a local seamstress (recommended by another shop) ruined my dress. After speaking with Nicole she quickly brought in Jamie the shop manager to have a look at my dress. I thought it was a goner but with the expertise of Jamie she brought it back to life. Can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Jamie and this entire shop. From start to finish my experience here was outstanding. This was my one and only bridal appointment, and Im so glad for it! My consultant, Emily, was absolutely fantastic and pulled the perfect dress for me within the first 4 dresses I tried on. I upgraded to the Pearl appointment, which I would reccomend for a fun surprise for your friends/family joining you. We started the appt with a sparkling wine and mimosa toast and enjoyed a lovely parfait bar and more. I also appreciated the extra time they gave me for my Monday appointment because of the Pearl upgrade, so there was zero stress that Id run out of time finding the dress for me. I was impressed with my experience at Bridal Elegance the moment I spoke with Nicole on the phone. She answered so many of my questions right away and was genuinely helpful. Great team working there and a lovely boutique!

I hadnt ever heard of Bridal Elegance until I was searching online for wedding dresses and came across a brand they happened to carry. I decided to set up an appointment to see what the store had to offer, and I was not disappointed! From the moment we walked through the door, Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was not pushy at all and allowed me to make my own decisions regarding dresses. As I tried dresses on, she asked me to offer my thoughts and concerns and entertained my ideas of transforming the dress (making a dress strapless, adding a belt, adding straps to a dress, etc.). After we tried a couple on, she began to understand what I liked and went upstairs to grab a couple dresses she thought I would be interested in. One of these dresses turned out to be the dress I said yes to! I was able to take advantage of all the discounts the store offers with dresses and this took 20% off the cost of my dress. I would highly recommend trying to find your perfect dress at Bridal Elegance- you will not be disappointed!

I am not the typical bride -- I am a little bit older than most brides, skeptical of the bridal industry, and dreaded looking for a wedding dress. My experience at Bridal Elegance was outstanding, however -- in large part due to my stylist, Nicole. She was creative, patient, and had a great sense of humor. Most important, she helped me to find a lovely gown that fit my sensibilities and budget. Im really grateful!

I had a wonderful experience with Bridal Elegance. I stopped at a different bridal shop first and didn’t get that “bridal feeling” that I was hoping for. The minute I walked into Bridal Elegance, I felt like a bride. I worked with Jessica and she was beyond my favorite person to work with through this whole wedding process. She gets so involved with you picking your dress that she even cries with your family when you find the right one! We absolutely loved her and the whole experience. I did end up finding my dress elsewhere but I made sure to come back and have it altered through them. They were so good to me and they are my absolute favorite bridal shop so I had to give them business 😊

Wonderful staff. Found my dress here as my second stop on the search but it was out of my budget so left determined to find something more affordable but no matter what I tried on I couldnt stop thinking about this one dress.I went back to the store and with the discount to they offered me and the help of my generous mother I was able to get the dress of my dreams. The staff was friendly and professional and really worked with me to make my dream come true. They also were personable and remembered details about me from the previous visit when I came back. All in all I had a great experience and I will be having them do my alterations as well. Cant wait!

My daughter and I went here and it was an awesome experience they were very friendly and didnt keep us waiting due to being overbooked like some other place we went to. The stylist Amber was great she gets an A+ and my daughter set up an appointment requesting her again, good job.

Had a great experience. I wanted to wear my moms wedding dress but was nervous about how it would turn out. After my first consultation I felt immediately relieved when my seamstress seemed confident she could do exactly what I wanted. The process was easy and quick. Throughout the process I had several fittings to check the progress which left me feeling more at ease. Upon every visit I was always seen immediately and experienced friendly service at every encounter. The final product was perfect!

I loved this place! The woman who helped me, Jen, Was EXCELLENT! She really listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses that fit my idea and tastes. She was Patient with me, and really explained to me how the dress would fit when it was in the proper size. I appreciated everything they did for me! She helped me pick the most gorgeous dress! The store itself was warm and welcoming, the staff was professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dress shop to anyone looking for great, high quality dress. Incredible! I said yes to the dress at Bridal Elegance and was so impressed with the service that I received! Sarah was very professional and helped me find my perfect dress. They are very accommodating with appointment set ups and making sure the bride feels very comfortable. Also the discounts that are given while buying a dress helps a bride stay in her budget. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance to other brides who are trying to find the perfect dress.

Went here to buy a bridesmaid dress. The workers were friendly and helpful and I liked the selection. However, I paid $200 for my bridesmaid dress and the matching belt didnt fit. Now, the dress was a little too big on me but the belt was way to small. It was like they matched a size 00 belt with a size 6 dress. When I asked them if there was anything they could do, they said they could do an alteration to the belt for around $40. Seriously? I went somewhere else and paid $5 to fix the belt. If youre going to charge that much, I expect a quality product and not highly-inflated prices for alterations. Will never return.

With my wedding being only 2 months away and me without a dress, Bridal Elegance was one of the most helpful places I visited. The location is very clean, up to date on all different bridal fashions and the staff was extremely professional and patient. I tried on about 20 dresses and Amy was so so willing to let me and my family discuss our thoughts and give us time before moving to the next dress. Bridal Elegance really gives you the mini version of a Say Yes to the Dress experience. Everyone was friendly and my consultant was helpful and very nice and honest, but in the best way. After being disappointed at 2 other bridal stores, this was very refreshing, and they really have a great variety of beautiful dresses. Not only that, but I have set up other appointments to try on my accessories and to get a veil and they treated me just as great as when I came in to find a dress. I would suggest this bridal store to any soon-to-be bride.

I had my first wedding dress shopping experience at Bridal Elegance, and it was Great! I can say I got the perfect dress, and an all around great experience. Antoinette was my consultant, she was very sweet. She made me, and the three friends I brought with feel right at home. The store is very nicely laid out, not overwhelming with too many dresses that you get lost. The wedding dresses are set up in the store by price range, so its nice to know you can afford what you are looking at! I did buy my dress the same day I tried it on in the store, but never felt pressure from anybody in the store, which made it all the better. Theres many discounts that add up fast. Great experience, I would recommend this store for any bride looking for that perfect dress!

I had a wonderful experience finding and purchasing my wedding grown. Our sales consultant, Alexis, was amazing. She caught on to my style, and ended up bringing me the dress that turned out to be the one. I couldnt be happier with the experience. Scheduling an appointment made the process seamless, and the dresses were extremely well priced.

I loved my experience at Bridal Elegance! All of their dresses are beautiful and they take very good care of them. I was paired with Ellee who did a wonderful job! She really knew a lot about all of the dresses and which ones would look best on me. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and I ended up finding my dress! OK, yes, its weird that you have to take your shoes off. Aside from that, my appointment with Nicki was perfect from start to finish. Theres enough of a selection to try several different dresses on, even with me being a size 12, I found lots of dresses that fit/even were too big! I didnt buy my dress that day, but ended up coming back and purchasing the first dress I tried on. The entire experience was perfection. The dress I chose was by a private designer, and surprisingly affordable given the stores Cascade/Ada location. The entire staff is warm and friendly and really made this a special experience.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! I am getting married in three months so I knew I was really pressed for time in regards to finding a wedding dress that would work with our low budget but also make me feel beautiful. After going to four different stores, I felt very discouraged because none of the dresses made me feel like a bride-to-be. Most were too expensive, others just werent my style, and some wouldnt even get over my hips even though they were my size. My fifth and final stop was Bridal Elegance and they completely saved the day. First of all, my appointment was scheduled for five oclock in the evening and I did not leave until about seven thirty and even though they close at four, they did not make me feel like I had to rush and all of staff were genuinely ready to assist me. That should already tell you something. Second, the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Hillary was the associate who assisted my mother and I with finding the right dress. She asked me questions about what style I was looking for and was not at all afraid of taking action and picking dresses that I might like as I was looking in another part of the store. She really took her time with us and answered any questions we had and did not make us feel like a burden at all. As for the prices...I still cannot believe I got my dress for such a wonderful price; especially since this place is not a discount store, but a rather elegant boutique. Finally, they were all very helpful in explaining how the fittings and alterations would work out. Although I have no plans on buying a wedding dress again, I would most certainly go back to this shop if I had to. At the very least, I strongly recommend that any bride-to-be check out this boutique (:

NOT CURVY FRIENDLY. I was so excited to go to this shop, it has great reviews, and on their website they say they carry a wide variety of dresses and designers. When we got there, the selection was very unimpressive (compared to other shops in the area), But I began to dig through dresses with my mom and friend, and realized they all looked VERY small. I am a plus size bride, (size 18/20 in bridal world) and when i asked my consultant, Taylor, where all the other sizes were she said “These are sample dresses, so you try these ones on and we order it in your size”. I totally understand, that’s how most places work, but how am i supposed to order a dress if i can’t even try it on? Most places have sample gowns in all sizes so you can at least try them on before ordering. Her response to my question was “we can just hold it up to you”.... It’s not her fault, she’s just a worker, and i could tell she was a little uncomfortable with the situation as well.I LOVE my curves, and never feel ashamed, but this place made me feel very uncomfortable. I would say this place is great if you’re a size 0-8, but anything over that, good luck.

I had a great experience, especially as I was unsure what to expect. Jen was fantastic. Ask for Jen! She was knowledgeable, and friendly, and honest -- and not at all pushy. She helped me find the perfect dress. The rooms are private and spacious, and the options are great. Im so happy my MOH booked me for Bridal Elegance before we tried any other bridal shops!

I didn’t end up buying my dress from here but I did take my dress here for alterations after Insty Sew messed it up & the alterations lady was not only the sweetest lady & so easy to work with, but she did a fabulous job! I couldn’t be more happy & appreciative! She essentially saved my wedding day by saving my dress. It fits me like a glove now! Thank you Bridal Elegance!!

I could not have had a better experience at Bridal Elegance! I had been to 2 shops already and was feeling a little discouraged about finding THE dress that I LOVED. We had narrowed down the style and look I really liked, but hadn’t found anything I loved that day. The previous shops had their dresses separated by price, and Bridal Elegance had them separated by style, which made it SO much easier! I only had to go to one rack and found a bunch of dresses that were exactly what we had narrowed down that I liked. And guess what.... THE DRESS was there and was the first one I tried on. It was everything I could have possibly wanted in a dress! And the other ones I tried on I liked better than the previous shops! Very high quality, beautiful gowns! Gina was my consultant and she was so fun to work with. I still tried on other gowns just because, but I knew that was the one. At the end, I put it on again and Gina found the PERFECT headpiece and veil and my look was complete!! I said yes to the dress and we had a little party! It was such a relief and such a pleasant experience after being let down at the other shops! Oh and the best part... they had a deal for 30% off in-stock gowns that week and mine was in-stock! Plus I got 5% off everything for it being a weekday, 5% off everything for it being more than 9 months before the wedding, and 5% off everything for it being my first trip to the shop. I ended up getting the gown, headpiece, & veil for under $1400 when the gown by itself was originally $1725!! I could not recommend this shop enough! Beautiful gowns and a great experience! Gina was my favorite consultant of all the shops I had been to and was genuinely fun and excited about me finding my perfect dress.

First, Ill note the exceptional courtesy given to me upon entering Bridal Elegance. Customers are required to remove their shoes and neither food or beverages are allowed. I explained that I have little to no feeling in my feet and it would be helpful if I could leave my shoes on. Additionally, I had a clear nutritional drink with me because I have glucose crashes due to diabetes. As I was explaining that my shoes were new, I was going to remain seated, and my drink wouldnt stain; the receptionist didnt hesitate in telling me it was fine and they preferred that my needs were met.My gorgeous daughter is not easily sold on any clothing, concept, or sales pitch. Our goal was to begin to narrow down what type of dress she liked. The woman assisting us asked my daughter a few questions about her general style. Five styles were pulled and the second dress she tried on had her glowing. Within an hour we had completed what I had guessed would take over a month and many bridal store visits.Two months later 8 bridesmaids went to be fitted on a rather busy day there. They had an appointment and were all impressed with how well they were treated, the details provided, and the staffs knowledge regarding size changes that can occur in a 9 month time frame. One bridesmaid is excepting her first child two weeks before the wedding. She was given a baby bump, and great advice on what changes may occur with her figure.Thanks Bridal Elegance! The second visit to Bridal Elegance was a much improved experience totally because of Ebony. We were fortunate to find exactly the right dress for my daughter. Ebony was fantastic...understanding, polite, friendly, helpful...in fact she bent over backwards for us...I cant say enough about her. The store has a very nice selection of gowns without it being overwhelming. I would recommend making an appointment and going in...and ask for Ebony!!!!

This store isnt fancy but my experience was still good. My consultant was friendly and willing to help as much or as little as I wanted. Since I had my sisters there, they helped me into my dresses but my consultant stayed by me and kept pulling dresses in line with what I was looking for. Yes the decor is a bit shabby but the dresses are very nice and well priced. They also have a large selection and wide variety.

I know some people had some issues with their consultants but I can honestly say from the moment I went there I had a wonderful time. The girl I was paired with let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to. Even ones that were going to be a bit small, and I was concerned if I could fit in them, she assured me that I could get in and out of them. :) She even picked out the dress I ended up going with and the prefect items to go with it. One stop SHOP!Alternations have been a breeze and even some last minute changes they were able to accommodate. Fees are very reasonable and they want to make sure that everything is perfect and want you to glow as any bride should. They are really wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.They have unique dresses even for your bridesmaids. Really you couldnt ask for a better spot to try.

I worked with Lauren. The first time we went, we made an appointment and got in right away. I found a dress that I loved, but decided to look around at some other places before I purchased it. The second time we went, I purchased the dress! Since I was only interested in trying on the one I originally liked, I did not make an appointment. I would recommend making an appointment if you can, especially if it is a Saturday. They are very busy on the weekend. The pros of Bridal Elegance compared to other bridal stores are that you can look through their selection and not rely on only the worker to pull dresses for you. My mom and sisters loved being able to look at the dresses too. Some places ask you what you like and go pull dresses without letting you browse them yourself, which is what makes it fun. I also liked how they allowed me to try on the dresses with the help of whoever I was comfortable with. A couple other places I went to did not give me an option and the lady just came into the dressing room with me. It is a very pretty store and nicely set up. You do have to take your shoes off before entering, which kinda caught me off guard, but I understand that they want to keep the dresses and carpets nice. It was a snowy day, so the room you take your shoes off in had water all over the floor so unfortunately our socks were soaked. They will also try to work around your schedule, making appointements after hours if workers are available.
