Audi of Grand Rapids is AMAZING!!! They take care of my car how I would take care of my car. It always leaves the service center cleaner than when I brought it in and they detail the inside too. Justin is incredible to work with and he works with me to make sure I am getting the proper service and the right price. I cannot speak more highly of Audi of Grand Rapids and their team.

They overcharge for small services, nothing new with audi dealers. But they seem to be extremely hard to get a hold of. Buy the car and dont take it back, just bring it to community auto repair. You pretty much get billed the moment you show up. They did also leave part of my interior torn apart.

I love my Audi. Its the best car ever and I want to have the best service ever. Audi Grand Rapids was AWESOME! The facility was gorgeous. Justin was so courteous and accommodated my every need. I was given a loaner because he said the service would take a while. I dropped off and then Justin would contact me throughout the day to let me know how things were going. When it was done, I picked her up. She looked beautiful as always. I really felt like I was given the VIP treatment.

Five solid stars. Bought used. Less-than-good credit on my part brought excellent results on their part. Joe in finance nailed it. Big time. He found a lender, rate, and monthly payment that was way better than anything I could find online without a hard pull.My salesperson was Mike and his follow through was superb. Everything I needed from him was there with precision and everything he needed from me was communicated clearly and quickly, whether via phone call, text, or email.Perhaps the most important aspect was at the head of the bull. Christopher, the man in charge, granted me an extended test drive so that I could make sure my nanny was comfortable with the vehicle, as well.All around, bravo!

I was visiting the Grand Rapids area for vacation and my oil change light came on. Stopped in for my first ever service appointment and was blown away by the courtesy of the staff. The waiting room had awesome coffee and a smaller office to take calls in which is a rare find while traveling.Shout out to Eric Saenz for keeping me updated on the status of my appointment and taking the time to outline the generalities of future service appointments. Ive been trying to get in contact with these people about a used car I purchased from them that has been having random error messages pop up on the screen and other car issues that keep arising. They told me I am covered for 3 months under warranty or 30,000 miles, whatever comes first if something happens to the car that isnt my fault. Ive waited for over a month to get any sort of contact from their manager but have received nothing. Now I have to fork over $200-300 to get this fixed at Teslas service center.Oh, but I finally did hear back from them, and they said if I referred someone to their dealership they would give me $100. What a joke, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, they will ignore you until your warranty expires. They will only be good to you if you buy one of their higher end cars, if youre debating about looking at their used cars I would stay far away.

He was welcoming and solved my issue quickly without hesitation. I know these guys are busy and it was extra effort but the time and attention paid to help solve an old issue was terrific.

In May of 2021 I called Porsche Audi Grand Rapids (Fox Motors) to inquire about a pre-owned Mercedes Benz they had listed on their website. I asked the sales associate (Margaret) if she could verify that the car was on the lot as I was driving 2-1/2 hours to see it. I didn’t want to make the trip to see this specific vehicle and have it already be sold. She put me on hold and a few minutes later returned and told me it was on the lot and did I want to make an appointment to see the car…I asked if that was necessary and she stated it would make it easier that way and I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting for her and that the car would be pulled around and ready. I told her I would confirm with my wife and call her right back. Five minutes later I called back and told her we could leave right then and be there in 2-1/2 hours, she confirmed that it would be fine and we set the appointment.I arrived at the dealership on time and was greeted at the door by several people including the sales manager. One of the associates went and told Margaret that we were there; she came over and explained she would be a few minutes as she was just finishing up with someone else. I told her we would be milling around the showroom or sitting in the waiting area.Forty-five minutes later she came over to us in the waiting area and asked us to join her at her desk. I was really just eager to get on with seeing the vehicle, but I went along with her plan and we sat at her desk. She explained that the car was still available, BUT it was not at the dealership. She had walked the entire lot and could not find it, she thought maybe the service department loaned it out to someone having service, but that she just wasn’t sure.You can only imagine how disappointed I was to wait 45 minutes, when I was told this wouldn’t be the case with my “appointment” and then be told that the car wasn’t there…the car I called to make certain was there before wasting my time to drive 2-1/2 hours up, wait 45 minutes and then drive 2-1/2 hours back on a Saturday afternoon. She apologized, but I couldn’t help but continue to ask her if she had even bothered to checked to make certain the car was there and pull it around like she said it would be when we arrived…she had no real answer, she just kept apologizing for it.Sales Manager met us on our way out and added no kind of resolution, just patronized us with his words agreeing we should be angry. A few days later Carl Moore, their Customer Experience Manager sent us an automated email asking how our experience went and I replied to his personal email with no response. Sorry, not a dealer I need to do business with...no respect for my time.

For a Audi fan very cool facility with tons of new Audis to look at. Friendly knowledgeable staff took care of my Audi. They cleaned and sanitized my car washed it up real pretty. Aaron was awesome! And gave me a loaner because a part took a day to get here while they had my car. I would definitely go to them again.

I had the pleasure or purchasing a 2018 BMW M3 back in April that was exceptionally well taken care of, the car was basically brand new. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional to me; Chris was accommodating, picking me up from the airport and bringing me to the dealership in order to purchase the car, and Candace was a pleasure to work with. The entire purchase process felt like it took less than 30 minutes to complete and I am so happy with my car. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was in the process of purchasing an Audi R8 V10 with very low miles and needed to get the pre-purchase inspection done. I called and spoke to Justin who was super helpful and scheduled the appointment for me. The PPI resulted in maintenance items and Justin scheduled dealership’s top R8 tech to my car and priced all service items including tires. Since I was buying this car from out of town, he made sure that he walked me through the car in detail and answered every question that I asked.I give Justin and Audi Grand Rapid 5 stars for taking care of me remotely. Truly my favorite pre-owned vehicle shopping experience to date. Product Specialist, Margaret Fay, was a delight to work with. Easy going and knowledgeable. She made us aware of all of our options and put very little pressure on what my husband and I considered inessential add-ons. We’ve been in a couple of times with questions and she’s always greeted us as if we were long time friends.Aaron Rohen in the service department is also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We had a problem with installing the roof rack a few months after purchasing the vehicle. I stopped in at random and he personally installed the rack for me.Sure, you can buy a car online nowadays and have it delivered to your door, but why would you when you can have the same experience my husband and I did?Fox Audi is the best!

This was my first experience with this dealership and I wasnt impressed. I called to schedule a transmission flush and was quoted $175 and 2 hours. I dropped the car off at 9:45am. I went back at 11:40am to ask if it was almost done and was told the car had to cool down first and they had just started the actual work. When it was finished, I was hit with a bill of over $400. When I asked why it was so much, they said the oil alone cost over $200. They also said they couldnt do a flush on that car. They did a drain and fill. I was never told they couldnt do the work I requested. Most repair shops take your address, email, something so they can send you a survey or ask for feedback. They didnt even do that so Im writing this review. Overall poor experience.

Went in for an oil change. They did a complimentary car wash, but did a really bad job. I had an emergency at home during the service, but their courtesy vehicles were booked out a couple weeks so nothing was available for me. For a $150+ oil change I had hoped for a lot better.

Today; most recently I had my spark plug get broken off in the top of the head because I tightened the plug and they not only removed the bad plug. That was the only thing they had to do. They removed the plug, put in the new one at factory spec torque and put the coil in and reconnected the air intake system with the engine cover and got my engine running. I know that might be standard for them, but they always do a little bit above and beyond what is expected of their service. I have been coming here with my 2006 A3 for 2 years now since I had moved back to Grand Rapids. I read the 1 star review about someone having to come back into the dealership at a later date for a recall item that was not there during their visit. Ridiculous, people it was a mistake....They always help when they can... I have had this happen to me and they apologize and you reschedule for another visit. Simple. Also every time I am waiting for my car the salesmen are conversational and laid back and the service techs will try to point you in the right direction to save money on parts and depending on the job,labor, to head to another shop around town. I could take my car anywhere in GR to get an oil change but much like many other things I bring it back here because regardless of the normal hassles of doing business. They have earned my business. Even though my car is out of warranty and the rates are steep, its well worth having professionals working on my car. They are great. Keep it up guys I am going to continue to come back.

I would never consider bringing my car to a dealership but I bought the car from them a few years ago and was so pleasantly surprised by everything that I have not hesitated to bring it back again. Figured Id have a look around but immediately was rudely told that it was private property and they have to pay for their electricity.The other charging station was being used by a model x so apparently the staff here can afford an $90,000 car but not a couple bucks an electricity for a potential customer.

I bought a used vehicle from Rigo Hernandez he was absolutely amazing. Well actually he didnt get the sale because I Had looked up first online and it was assigned to someone else. I told him I wanted to work with him and he treated me like I was his personal customer. To receive service like this from someone who isnt paid for it is practically unheard of this day and age. As usual, I was late in getting my 10K mile maintenance scheduled, and would be going out of town for a couple weeks. I called Mike to get my car in, who said he was booked out for about a week and a half. To add to difficulty to my need, it was a Friday and I would only be in GR the following week on Tuesday (2 business days later) before I would be leaving. Without hesitation, he said if you can get it here by 7:30am, I will fit you in. I was elated. I was greeted by several employees when I arrived with warm smiles and a sincere good morning. When I asked for a shuttle, I was counter-offered with a 2014 Q5 to loan for the day. Incredible!!! I was called when my vehicle was done, and when I arrived at 5 oclock they quickly processed my paperwork (25% less expensive than the competitor I had been using for the past two years), and when they brought my car around from the back, it was freshly washed and vacuumed. Without surprise (at this point), the gentlemen that brought my car up was extremely pleasant and greeted me with a big smile. WOW, just wow, Delta knows what customer service truly is! I live in South Jackson MI, and even though I am typically only in Grand Rapids once a week, ALL of my future maintenance work and new car purchases will be from Delta.I would recommend Delta Imports to anyone without hesitation.Sincerely,Dana Jones

We were out of state buyers (From Madison, WI) and 3 months ago found a car (used) that matched our exact needs at Audi Grand Rapids. From the moment of inquiry to the very end, everyone was nothing but helpful, addressed every question we had, and they were quick in their responses. After considering all options we decided to drive to Grand Rapids to see the car and buy it, if in fact everything was as described. They were not smoking mirrors, the car as described, had few more features than listed, in excellent condition, and with a surprise set of snow wheels/tires that we were not aware of before. Everything went seamless, working with Chris and Candace was a pleasure, I particularly appreciate the fact that nobody was overbearing, or trying to sell us more than we wanted or needed. Sales conditions were fair to buyer. It was hands down the easiest car purchase that I can remember. Although we were not a fortune dropping customers, we were treated with full courtesy, Chris asked us to let him know that we got home safe which was also a very nice gesture, considering that the weather forecast was not good for that day but we had to drive home the same day. All in all, working with this dealership this was an excellent experience, I would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.

This post is long overdue. My wife and I stopped by to look at a specific Q5 we saw listed several months ago. When we walked into the dealership we were greeted by a familiar face. Rigo, who we had previously gotten to know from another dealership, recently started at Audi GR, which was a pleasant surprise and made what became a purchase much easier. While thr vehicle we planned to look at had been sold Rigo showed us a similar Q5 with even more options. Live over an hour away but had to get dsg service on my S4. Called a couple places, Audi dealers and independent shops, but Audi Grand Rapids had the most reasonable rate out of the dealers and I would trust it more than the shops which werent any cheaper so I decided to get it done here. I definitely made the right decision. My service consultant was Matt Kurtz and I recommend him very greatly! He acted very kind to me, and did everything in as timely of a manner as possible. I asked them about checking out another problem on the car, and when it couldnt get done as quickly as we were hoping, he called me to let me know what was going on right away. There was an independent shop I went to in Lansing where I had something checked out and the guy was very condescending to me because I knew a lot about my car and know how to do most maintenance myself, and thats the exact opposite of how I was treated here. From now on I will be taking my cars to Audi of Grand Rapids. I highly recommend anyone else considering it, to do so as well.

Very friendly and helpful people here. I brought my Audi A4 in for service after hitting a curb and Audi of GR was very quick and nice about getting things fixed and getting them fixed properly. I liked being able to text them from my phone to find out about the repair details. The repair bill was expensive as expected, but Im very happy with the service and repair quality I recieved.

Audi Grand Rapids always goes above and beyond for me. Most recently I had a Thursday appointment for an oil change, but my car had a mechanical issue on Tuesday. My service adviser, Dan Moon, was able to get me a loaner to keep from Tuesday through my appointment on Thursday. The repair and oil change were done by Thursday afternoon, the price was reasonable, and my car was returned clean inside and out. Top notch, I cant recommend this place enough.

We are an Audi family, having previously owned an Audi and driven it for 300,000 miles. We now own a 2014 Audi. We have had early and progressive oil consumption problems. We live 30 miles away from the dealership. They sent a loaner car for our use, fixed the problem, and worked with the corporation to minimize the cost to us.Bravo Aaron and Jeremy! Very disappointed in the service I have received over the last year at this dealership. I had the opportunity to work with two outstanding employees for over 3 years at this location that were very customer focused. There have been too many bad experiences since those individuals moved on including emails requesting service not being returned, waiting weeks for a service appointment, making an appointment a week out and being promised a loaner vehicle for the day only to arrive and no vehicle is available, and others. I would not recommend any friends or family to visit this location .

Id love to give them 5 stars, but after 10 years of changing summer tires to winter tires and back to summer, never once has a tire been labeled as to where it came from. Theyll sell me tires but not help me manage them. Service has always been what we expected.

I made the mistake of not purchasing my Q5 from Delta Audi, but that wont happen again. Ive benefited from their outstanding service work over the past seven years and could not be more impressed. I drive two hours each direction to bring my car there for service work. There is a much closer Audi dealer to my home, but their work is not at the standard Ive come to expect from Delta Audi. I had recently bought a vehicle from here and I am from out of state, Vehicle had a defect in the AC system and needed the whole AC unit replaced. When I got home, Rick Lemmen and Used car Manager Michael Hoving went above and beyond in assuring me that this was to be replaced at my local dealership. Its unfortunate that the quality of service at the new Audi dealership has gone considerably downhill. They charge outrageous prices for poor quality of work done on each of our Audi vehicles. Recently, my car had two recalls to be fixed (both were suppose to be done at the same time), but they were not forthcoming that one was on backorder before I arrived at the dealership. I will have to bring my car back in at a later date which is a considerable hassle. Ive heard from multiple other customers that the quality of customer relations has gone downhill since the new building was finished. We have multiple cars through Audi Grand Rapids, but we are also never going back there again. It is sad to see a company that should be building customer relationships is losing the trust of people in the Grand Rapids area.

I found this Audi dealerships service department to be great! Jeremy was my guy and he was super helpful. Now I am having an opportunity to use their collision services and I only wish I could say anything close to this about my experience so far. My advice if you need your Audi repaired because of an accident is to be very careful where you take it. Apparently the Fox Collision Center works with Audi to make these repairs - that is what I was told. I can not recommend Fox Collision for any accident repairs you may need. You can read the reviews yourself online....mine included.

Once again, I had a fabulous experience at Delta Imports! I had been having an issue with my turn signal on my Audi A-6 and it just so happened that I was there to check out The all new 2015 Subaru Outback launch. I walked down to service to tell them about it and set up an appointment. They asked me where my car was parked and for my keys. They handed me the keys to a brand new A3 and said enjoy the launch and we will call you tomorrow. Who does that? Certainly not the other import companies in this town. Kudos to Ryan Coe and his team for their attention to detail and over the top customer service.

This was my first time at the Audi of Grand Rapids for an Audi Care checkup. This was by far the best experience I have had at any Audi location. Dan moon went above and beyond to make this the place I will buy my next Audi from.
