I had several questions about my moms car since she had to be placed in a home. The service was wonderful. The service man took his time and was so kind. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Initially had a good experience purchasing a 2016/72K mile/$20k used car from the Grand Rapids location. A couple of days after purchase the car needed to be jump started. We got it into Dan Pfeiffer and they replaced the battery free of charge and quickly. This was great service.A couple of days after that and within a week of purchase we discovered some of the window controls do not work. This time when we called Dan Pfeiffer, we were told to go get it looked at someplace else.We understand that its buyer beware when purchasing a used car but these issues that came up 7 days post-purchase should have been caught in the dealers inspection. It was sold to us as having everything checked out.I am rating them a 2 because the initial service was good but we are definitely displeased that the window controls dont work on a $20k/2016 used car.

Best dealership that I’ve been to hands down. I had gone to probably 10 dealerships and was honestly burnt out from pushy sales people. When I walked in I knew it was a small owned dealership. Coming from a small town, I wanted the small town feel of good and honest people which I got at Dan Pfeiffer. Tom was great, super nice and not pushy at all. I knew what I wanted and he helped me get there. Raymond was the financial side of the deal and he was super cool, laid back guy as well. Made the process way more easy than I could ask for. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest people. Thank you!!!

The use car manager Ethan Angus is an amazing person and will help u with absoulty anything..With his car sales men use car department and especially the New car department like Kim Winkler these sale men know there stuff about any car on the lot u need a vehicle something that suits u and something that u wanted for a long time this is the place to get it..Thanks for reading . Took my Toyota Sienna in for a rotation and balancing. Staff was courteous and professional and took care of the process very quickly.
