They really take care of there customers at one way auto, I bought a car from them and 2 months later my starter and my key fob went bad my car was out of warranty and they still replaced the parts for free I offered to pay a part of the repair they said it was all taken care of, and they did it quick. We bought a 2012 suburban(silver) in the beginning of March. When we talked to Mo he sent us picture after picture. And a detailed video. So We made arrangements to drive 7 hours south to Grand Rapids to buy this vehicle. When we got there our suburban was shinning and was sitting right up front for us to review. Before we left the u.p. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and put a couple hundred down on it to hold it. Test drive went beautifully. Let us drive it around as much as we wanted to. This place is great and Moe was so helpful! When I came in to test drive a vehicle he was very accommodating to when I could fit it into my busy schedule. After the test drive I mentioned a few things to him about the vehicle and a few days later I heard back from him that they had replaced the muffler and brakes and would work with me on the other things. I was so floored I went back to test drive it a second time and ended up purchasing that vehicle the next day! They are very serious about customer satisfaction and had their mechanic look at some weird noises I was hearing free of charge, shortly after purchase and fixed my heated seats that had stopped working, also free of charge. Wonderful people, very helpful and understanding. I was in need of a vehicle right away and in a time crunch because I had to pick up my kids from school (I live an hour away). They put gas in the car for me while I did the paperwork and even let me take the dealer plate on it so I could pick up my kids on time (just had to bring back the next day). One way auto was fantastic!I found a car I LOVED on one of their Craigslist adds & stopped by to check it out. Unfortunately when I went the next day to put a deposit down the car was already sold... I was very upset as I’ve been looking for a new car for MONTHS now. When I told the guys about it they promised me they would find me the exact car down to the miles in a week & it would be mine. Truly enjoyed my buying experience with Moe! I purchased a rebuilt Subaru Crosstrek from him without seeing it. He sent the damage pictures and the state inspection report. Price was excellent! Bought a Kia Sportage from these guys about 2 months ago and had a problem after I drove through a heavy rain storm, the car wouldnt go above 60 mph. Took it to Autozone for a free diagnostics check. Came out to be a bad knock sensor. Could have been related to something bad or not. I called Moe at One Way and told him the news. He said dont drive the car but get it towed to them and they would take care of it. Found out they took it to a Kia dealership (foreign car) and sure enough it was only the sensor. Kia is replacing it. Now, how many dealerships do you know that would handle this situation the way that they did. I will most certainly be a returning customer and highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal on a car.

One Way Auto is great IMHO. I found a used Honda Element that Moe, their Sales Rep. had on Craigs List. The transaction was beyond smooth and they bent over backward to accomodate me. Easily one of the best car transactions Ive ever been a part of.However, as cars tend to do it had an issue and threw a check engine code 3 days after bringing it home. (had to do with the drivetrain) I was quoted roughly $300 by my mechanic and was a little apprehensive in terms of getting back with One Way. Would they do the right thing and honor the warranty? Never a doubt. Called and got Monty Yousif (Mgr.) on the phone and he was solid in his commitment to take care of my problem. I brought the car in earlier today and was in and out in about 2 hours. NO complaints whatsoever. Professional, thorough and forthright. Keep up the good work guys.
