Larry helped me out big time especially during the exam finals week. I cracked my computer screen and he was able to look for the replacement, did the replacement and have it back in my hands in a matter of hours. Took my Dell tower for diagnosis and possible repair. First, they diagnose your computer quickly but completely and accurately, for free! Offered an affordable repair solution with used, but tested/warranted parts. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted, and a change to the work from what I expected, but when I clarified my needs, they corrected the problem. Highly recommended, honest, expert professionals!

Lot of talk but less results. One of there guys John talks a lot and shows off his knowledge. But when it comes to fixing a laptop, his typical response: sorry, cant fix, cant assemble a new laptop for you, just go and buy a new one from Best Buy or Office Depot. Well, I already know that. I came to your store to fix my laptop and not to buy a new one!

They cleaned out a Malware virus for me and they go above and beyond. since I dont have a printer, they have done that for me as well.

I am very pleased with the service and staff. Took my laptop in for a estimate and Mark found that I had a bad mother board. Mark did not try to convince me to repair it but said I would be better off replacing it. Over the next week I stopped in several time to show Mark spec sheets of different computers and each time Mark took the time to look at what I had printed out and informed me of the good and bad about each one. I purchased a new one and had him transfer everything from old computer to the new one for what I felt was a fair price. Very happy customer and will be drooping off wifes laptop for some repair soon.

I usually take my computer to another repair shop. However, Premier is closer to my current residence. I decided to give it a try.I am very satisfied with the information given to me about my computer, the manner in which the work was completed, the cost of the repair, and the result.Mark suggested an optional modification of my computer, which would have increased the cost of the work. When I decline, he didnt press.If I need a computer repair again, I will take my computer to Premier.

Imperial Computer Solutions did an amazing job fixing my computer and explaining it all. Ironically, it works better now than when I bought it 5 years ago. I guess I have the new hard drive they installed and Intels CORE i7 to thank for the higher performance.

These guys are amazing, Mark is a wonderful man! I came in, wasnt sure if my laptop had a fried motherboard or if the hard drive was burnt out. Said it was the hard drive and offered me a SSD. I came in and my laptop ran better than I first got it, he fixed its loose hinge, and he got my battery to hold a charge! The man is a magician. I highly recommend.

They have corrected many problems for me quickly and installed programs to help me avoid future problems. They use new programs to help curb future problems. Nate is the best! From the moment I walked in the door, I should have known that it was not in my best interest. I have a very complicated problem with my computer and whilst I was trying to explain it to the employee there, he just kept saying, Yep, Ill take a look at it. Assuming from the very first moment that it was my motherboard and that he knew the problem. He did not want any of the background information. He then said he would follow up the next day. Two days later I get a call Sure enough, its the motherboard. So what do I do, I order a motherboard. After the motherboard arrives and is fully installed, what do you know, the same problem occurs not even 30 minutes after installation. Unfortunately it seemed as though I knew more than the professional.

We had a hard drive replaced in the wifes computer as I didnt have the time to deal with the laptop disassembly. From hard drive exchange to OS reinstall and file recovery in a day and a half. At a reasonable price for the labor involved.
