It was a great experience working with this company from start to finish. Competitively priced, detailed personal service, outstanding communication. I got several quotes, and one was a bit less, but the communication with this company was superior so I went with them and am glad I did. Paul is very attentive to detail and thorough. Sydneys communication every step of the way was great--very professional and thorough. I installed a piece of soapstone that I was totally in love with, and Paul let me come out and choose the orientation of the stone for my home before cutting it. I love the results. Please note this review is only regarding the quotes only. They have not done any work for me & I hate to leave bad reviews unless they really asking for it. After seeing all the good reviews I decided to go to them & get some quotes to upgrade our kitchen. Drop off the drawing with measurements & info on the stone we picked from the wholesaler. He said he will get back with me next day with quotes. 2 days later I called 3 times but no answer so I left message, never heard back. Tried again couple days later no answer then I tried from a different number he answered & said will get back with by next day if not then I should call him, he never called back so I tried again but no answer & then I left a message again. Today is probably been about 2 weeks no quotes & no call back from them yet. At this point if he gets me quotes & even cheaper then others I would still not use them. Since they are so unreliable with quotes don’t know what they will do after getting the deposit. I hate to leave a bad review but if are so busy all you have to do just denied the job when customer shows up. They wasted my time waiting in the quotes.

We were very impressed in working with April and Paul as we navigated this project. They were very patient and professional as we navigated the choices in our new counter tops. They offered up suggestions in types of stone, sink, and how to get the most counter top for the slab of stone we purchased with as little waste as possible. The worker (Josh) that they sent out was very professional with his attention to detail in his measurements for the granite, and how he installed the counter tops. He was very professional to work with, answered all of our questions, and did a terrific job of managing our expectations.

From the first visit to the showroom to the installation of my granite counter top I was treated with courtesy and patience. The folks at Styles Stone gave me all the time I needed to select my color and choose a sink. Their visits to my home to measure and advise me of the process were professional and thorough. The final visit was efficient and the results were spectacular. I absolutely love the new look in my small kitchen, and it is a joy to walk in and admire the classy granite. The cost was less than many competitors and less than I had expected, but the results were top notch. I couldnt be more pleased. Got referred by a close friend. I think there are some organizational issues combined with a buzy covid environment. I wanted to spend money locally and hire a countertop professional. However, after 3 weeks and two different people failing to get back to me with details, I ended up going with Home Depot. Two days later I have selected a stone, paid and have an in home measurement scheduled with the big box. I tried.

Styles Stone Design was very helpful to me in making important decisions about counter tops and kitchen remodels. They only work with excellent materials. They offer very professional service. Time commitments were kept. One of the kitchens they did for me was my own kitchen, and they treated my own home very respectfully. Prices are very competitive.And the final product is beautiful.

Paul and his team were awesome, top notch. Styles Stone installed our marble bathroom counter top in a 100+ year old home with plaster walls. It came out great!

Our project was a main bath and a ½ bath remodel and we used Styles Stone Design for the counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. We met with Paul twice as we wanted high quality with low maintenance and he was extremely helpful in showing us what was available before placing our order. We changed our sink option in the ½ bath three (3) times and Styles Stone ending up making two (2) trips so there was an additional $100 charge for the second trip. Paul, his office and installation staff were all helpful and responsive to our questions and changes, both installations occurred as scheduled and went very smoothly and the bathroom counters and sinks met our expectations. We plan to use Styles Stone Design when we get ready to remodel our kitchen.

I am VERY impressed with this company! My home is unique in that we have antique sinks and we have also turned antique pieces into bathroom vanities and a kitchen island. Styles Stone worked with all of these unusual issues and did FANTASTIC work! My quartz counter tops look AMAZING and are so easy to clean, I just love them! Also, I was a very indecisive person when selecting my counter tops so I borrowed many samples and contacted them many times with changes. Their customer service was just perfect, not once did I receive anything but graciousness as I made changes and dealt with them in my unusual home. I purchased 4 counter tops from them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, they want to make their customers happy and truly go up and beyond to do so!

I found this company on Craigslist which made me a little weary, but from the first communication I could tell that fear was unwarranted.
