Cameo countertops did an awesome job installing our countertops we ordered through the Home Depot! The measurements were very precise and Joe and Josh were very professional installers. A job well done and highly recommended.

I would give a negative 10 star if it would allow me to, but since I cannot I gave it a 1 star review. Take this review as your warning to stay away from this company and do not use Home Depots counter installer for any projects. Home Depot should seriously consider partnering with a different company as their installer for counters because Cameo is not helping their reputation and image, the seams in my counter are black and stick out like a sore thumb, cameo refuses to correct their wrong. TERRIBLE QUALITY WORK, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. POOR QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORKMANSHIP. The owner, Tim is very rude and will not even listen to your concerns, instead he talks loud and over you while you are trying to explain and he refuses to except the truth as you speak it actually going as far as telling you that what you are saying took place or was said to you is not true. I will be taking matters to the next level, and I will be taking CAMEO to court to get resolution to my new counters being ruined, and I will be reporting this business to the BBB. The glossy finish surrounding the seams has even been dulled and damaged in addition to the new grout that was installed by the backsplash installer being damaged by Cameos employee who tried to fix the counter seam. Look at the photos I have attached, and they say this is normal and within Specs......and they tried blaming it on the manufacturer, when in reality it is due to improper prepping and cleaning of the edge prior to applying the adhesive

They installed the granite countertops for the kitchen in my new house. Everything looks perfect! Great crew, they know their trade and did an excellent job.

It seems a lot of their customers experience the same horrible customer service, and abismal craftsmanship. Cameo Countertops is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will surely not be in business much longer if they keep up their unsatisfactory business tactics. Would highly recommend looking else where for your install.

I just had my new Quartz counters installed. They look amazing! Every interaction I had with the sales folks and installers were great. Id highly recommend them to anyone.

They were the worst part of what was a pleasant kitchen remodel. After waiting an extended time for scheduling and ordering, two days before the install was scheduled, I was told it was back ordered and pushed the install multiple weeks. Eventually, the product was installed sloppily where there were angled gaps between the appliances, which they argued but reluctantly addressed. The product was mismeasured which impacted the waterfall piece which would not fit. After multiple calls with no solution, they then charged me additional to create a piece of a mismatched varying thickness so it could balance their mistake. I still look at it and wish I wouldn’t have settled as this was supposed to be my dream kitchen and it was clearly just another job to them. Unpleasant to deal with and poor quality.

Installation of our now 2 year old quartz counter top went great. However, there has been a small piece in front of our cook top that the seam would not stay attached. They came out the first time and reset the piece. The seam let go a second time and an installer came out and struggled with getting it to adhere but got it together by using a different adhesive, he again did a great job.The same piece has come apart again, and the owner has now said for a $150 service fee they will come out and look at the piece. This is not a new issue! I would not recommend them to anyone living in the Ada area.

Worst experience with no resolve. We originally got a quote from this company to install a countertop on our 10x5 island. Their quote came back higher than any of their competitors. While shopping around, we ended up checking our local Home Depot and they actually had a sale running on the stone (quartzite) that we wanted. We have purchased countertops (granite and quartz) through Home Depot twice in the past 5 years and have had good experiences. We got a call from the installer (Cameo) a few days later and set up our measurement for about 2 weeks later. I came down with the flu and had to reschedule my first appointment to the following week. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away that week and the funeral was scheduled for the same time as the counterop measurement. I called Cameo to see if we could move times and they said that they were too busy and would still plan on being to my house between 11-1. Since we are living without a kitchen, we did not want to put our project out anymore. I had my wife stay home and wait for them, thinking she would just be somewhat late to the funeral. Cameo did not show up to our house until 12:55 and then they were there until almost 1:30. My wife missed the entire funeral waiting for them and they didnt even have the decency to call to say they were behind. Then, the following week after the measurement, we get a call from Home Depot saying that Cameo wants to charge us an extra 400$ because the stone is large and they need more people to bring it in. We had already received our quote from Cameo, which had a large slab fee of $150. After arguing with Home Depot, and explaining our bad experience with Cameo already, they decided that they would split the fee with us and we each agreed to pay half of that. The next day, we go into Home Depot to pay our extra $200 install fee, mind you we have been without a kitchen for 3 weeks already at this point waiting for countertops, and Home Depot informs us that Cameo no longer wants to do the job because the slab is too big for them to handle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After talking with a lot of local countertop installers, our island countertop isnt anything out of the norm. We called another local installer and sure enough they were happy to take the job, cheaper and are excited to install and see the end result. If I could give a negative star review, I would!
