What a bunch of rude people. They will run you through the ringer before they let you cancel your contract. Everything was paid off and was out of contract. Just do yourself a favor and go to Verizon. Believe it or not I saved $30 a month

My husband and I were going to get 2 new phones but when we arrived, the employee was sitting behind the counter with his mask only covering his chin. Its been over a year of wearing masks, it takes less time to potty train a dog. He put on his mask once he saw us but we decided to take our money elsewhere.

Excellent service at this Sprint store. They helped my family find the best plan and spent extra time to get us all set up. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We do not live near this store, but travel about 30 minutes for the service. Highly recommended

Have been using this store for probably 8-10 years and always get fair and honest service. Ash has always treated us fairly and knows his stuff! Mo helped us add a line and re-configure our plan last night and was impressed with him as well.

Lets start out by saying Ash is the perfect “model” of “owner operated “Too many owners sit back and allow locations to be ran by employees and they don’t get to see what’s truly going on within the 4 walls.I have purchased many phones from this location and Ash has been part of every deal.Thanks again for making every purchase seamless and easy.

Just needed a little helpful info. They didnt try to push anything on us. But they did offer a product that we might consider for the future though not in a pushy way.

No stars for this Sprint store, the worst service. Tim is the rudest customer service person. I have gone in three times and NO help!!! I call the Sprint Corporate and found out my account was not even correct. He never did the buy one get one free, it took the customer service rep 20 minutes to make all the corrections. Also registered a complaint with Corporate.Will never step foot in this store again!!!!
