I would not recommend AAA Fence company to anyone. They damaged my irrigation system by installing the fence post in areas that were on the original quote and or contract. They removed my boundary stake survey posts without my permission, although I paid a survey company $600 to complete the boundary survey before installing the fence . I made the horrible mistake of paying AAA Fence the full cost of my fence up front . Now they are giving me the run around and on top of it all being extremely rude . Darrel who identifies himself as the manager is rude, unprofessional and had the gal to hang up on me . At this point I feel really taken advantage of . I’ve requested a full refund and for them to pick up their fence posts, now I’m not getting a response from anyone . I paid over $4,500 up front to have my property damaged be disrespected . I surely would not recommend anyone do business with AAA Fence. They quoted a less expensive cost to do the job, however I now see you get what you pay for . In my experience AAA Fence offers poor service, and unprofessionalism and a total disregard for taking responsibility for their own errors .

August 11,2021,This is an updated customer review from my previously posted customer review, about my fence installation experience with AAA Fence.I must say I’m very pleased with the modifications that were made to my fence . AAA Fence sent two fence installers to my home today to address my concerns . The fence installers that they sent today, were very professional and pleasant to work with . The fence installers listened to my concerns and as a result my fence looks phenomenal.I want to express my gratitude to AAA Fence for taking the time to correct the things that initially went wrong with my fence installation . As a part of life sometimes human error and or miscommunications happen . I appreciate AAA Fence’s willingness to work with me, to make sure my fence got installed in the timeframe that I needed . I’m also appreciative of fact, that they took the time to listen to my concerns and ultimately made sure I was completely satisfied with my fence installation.Listed below are photos of my fence after the fence installers made the requested modifications today. I’m sitting here looking at my new fence with great admiration, everything really looks great . We knew fencing would be an investment. We did not know exactly what we needed. AAA Fence was amazing. Every single team member was kind and professional. We highly recommend them.

They did the fence around my pool and did a wonderful job great to work with.

Will not return calls

Still waiting on them to fix what they did. I needed a wooden fence extended. They took a long time to do the work and then it was poor quality. I am trying to give them an opportunity to make it right. Will update if so.Update: A second crew came out to repair the previous job.

They owner tried to work around our surveyors schedule. The installers were polite and helpful even when we changed our original design to accommodate or garden and landscape! Thanks we appreciated your courtesy (a lost art these days)!!

I recently used AAA Fence for my home project.I would recommend this company they do great work. The installation went just as planned with no issues.I was told to expect a 6 week wait however they installed it in less than 4 weeks.Weather is a factor with any outdoor project.Thanks Guys for a quality job!

AAA Fence so far is 3 for 3 in my experience. Each time they have done an excellent job. I have another fence modification coming up hopefully soon and will definitely be calling AAA Fence!

Its been a couple of years since we had our fence installed and we have nothing but great things to say about it, from the quality materials and workmanship to the durability and lasting beauty of it. They get our highest recommendation!

First waited weeks for a return phone call. Then waited a month for someone to come for an estimate. Another month later and still no fence work started. To be fair all fencing companies in Grand Rapids seem to have the same work ethic. AAA was the only company to return our calls.

The company did an excellent job on my fence. There were a few delays with scheduling but the finished job was what I wanted.
