Joe managed to get our fence installed way ahead of schedule which is impressive considering how busy they are and with all the supply issues generally lately due to COVID.The crew worked extremely hard and did a phenomenal job! Everyone I’ve dealt with at Fence Consultants of MI has been very responsive, professional and helpful!After installation, a landscaping crew accidentally damaged a panel. They reached out to Fence Consultants who quickly came out and replaced the panel.We love our fence. It looks fantastic and the whole experience with Joe and the team at Fence Consultants has been exceptional! Our neighbors recommended them to us and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence and great service!

They did a great job communicating during the whole process. Installers were courteous and professional and the chain link fence looks fantastic. They went out of their way to make custom gates for our slope which gave us a nicely finished look. Pricing was right in the middle of the 3 quotes we received. We feel lucky we used them as our neighbors scheduled their fence before us and now ours is done and theyre still waiting for theirs. Couldnt recommend Fence Consultants more!

Could not be happier with our fence or the experience!We did a lot of research and had many quotes from companies around G.R., but Joe and his team were the only ones who helped us get the best bang for our buck! The fence is absolutely perfect, Joes team even came back to replace a board that was slightly out of place (we didnt even have to ask!). Jenn was incredibly helpful by providing details and calling to keep us updated with the process as we battle Michigan weather!We could not possibly recommend this company more. 10 stars.

Fence Consultants use only commercial sized fence components. This was very important to us as the other companies we received quotes from used flimsier components. We like the more substantial look of the heavier components. The four man crew showed up on time and ready to work. Replacing the fence around our pool was scheduled for three days but ended up only taking two. They were very careful with the demolition of the old fence with no damage to surrounding landscape. The four man crew were very skilled at what they do. The new fence is rock solid and straight as an arrow. Where the ground slopes the fence shows a uniform slope without any up or down spots. One thing I am especially grateful for was how they spaced things on the sides where the length didnt come out even. Rather than use full length sections and then just chop off the last one, they cut each section so that every one was evenly spaced - thats craftsmanship! When finished they cleaned up after themselves even to the point of getting down on their hands and knees to scour for dropped screws. We highly recommend them.

Filled out an online request for a quote. No response. Called a few days later thinking maybe it didn’t go through. Jen said oh yeah I just saw that but you’re closer to the Holland location (I am not) and said holly would call me back because she was with a customer. Still waiting on that call, guess they are too busy for me.

Fence consultant put my fence in, Chris the sales rep that we had was great and knowledgeable. The guys that came to put the poles in were very nice even when I had to interrupt them with letting my dog out.The guys that came to finish it they were very nice as well they let me know when they were done and everything only thing that I would say that they should work on is not having a bluetooth speaker blarring just in case the customer has little kids in which I have twin 20 month old plus my husband works 3rd shift so the music did wake him up. I didnt hear it till i turned the TV off. Other than that I have no complaints.

Fence Consultants gave me a detailed quote in a timely manner, scheduled my install quickly, and provided a great finished product. I had a small job, but they charged me a fair price. Their crews were friendly and respectful. My backyard now feels more inviting and has much needed privacy.

Everyone I have encountered at Fence Consultants have been very professional and kind. At my current home, I needed some custom work performed on my deck and they did a great job meeting my needs and expectations!

I had a great experience with Fence Consultants of West Michigan. I got several quotes for my fence project. Joe came out for the Fence Consultants of West Michigan. I thought he was very personable easy to talk to, prompt in providing a quote. The quote was competitive with other quotes I received. I was able to finalize things by phone and email with Joe. We planned to have the fence project follow our landscaping project. Unfortunately all was delayed due to COVID restrictions. Despite that Joe was wonderful in keeping in touch with me by email. Joe was able to coordinate things on his end to start the fence project the day after our landscaping project was complete, which was perfect and exactly how we wanted it done. We replaced 280 feet of chain link fence around our pool with new aluminum fencing. The guys worked very well, finished very quickly. Installation was awesome. They evened out the fence exactly how I wanted even though the landscape was a little hilly. The new aluminum fence looks really nice!! Overall, I am very very happy with the project and my wife is very happy too. Great experience all around. I would highly recommend Fence Consultants of West Michigan

Fence Consultants did an excellent job removing our old fence and putting up the new fence. They cleaned everything up and were very courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They did not waste any time and were done in two days.

Fence Consultants have done 3 residential fencing jobs for me over the last several years, 2 chain link & 1 privacy fence. Joe was thorough, professional, & easy to work with. His crews were on time & did excellent work. We are very pleased with the quality & expert installation of our fences & I strongly recommend FCWM.

The fence is beautiful and workmanship is 1st class! It is straight and solid and looks like a resort fence! The crew was amazing, friendly, and passionate about giving us what we wanted and more! On top of that, the pricing was way below anyone else! I would recommend Fence Consultants and their team to anyone!

I called them attempting to get an estimate to repair fencing at my home. I was pleased that I received a call within two days stating that they had been to my home and had inspected it. Over the phone I received a voicemail to which I replied and spoke with the person and told them EXACTLY what I wanted. He said in the next day or so I would receive an estimate for the repair. Since then I have texted that person 6 times and and have not received an estimate or any reply at all. That was six days ago, and every attempt to contact him goes without response. I suppose that my job is not worth the time for them.

I contacted Fence Consultants and Joe came out was very prompt in coming knew exactly what to do and answered all of my questions. We were in contact quite a bit as I kept changing my mind on what I wanted and he was totally patient with me and done his best to fill the request of added changes with much patience. Whenever I emailed him his response was very prompt.Brandon and Jeff were fantastic!! Kept right at it even when the weather was so cold. Lifting that cement and mixing it, hauling water and wheelbarrow of cement was not easy and being so windy just made it colder outside-but they done there job with good spirits.Great sense of humor and very personable. I would definitely hire Fence Consultants again and give them a very high recommendation!!!

We did not have a positive experience with Fence Consultants on our residential fence installation. They did a terrible job with setting the posts (the posts werent evenly spaced at all) and we requested they fix the issue, which delayed the project even further. The fence installation itself took months to complete; we were told it would be a 3 day job. The gate took even longer. There was no communication on when they would come out to install. As a residential customer, we feel they just put us on the schedule when they had a slow day in their commercial business. We werent a priority and were treated as such. Their fence was a premium price and I simply would have rather spent my money elsewhere for a better overall experience.

This was one of the most satisfying decisions weve made. Joe was a complete pleasure and the installers were polite, courteous and prompt. Great experience

This was the single worst customer service on a renovation project I have ever experienced. A simple gate repair took over 40 emails to complete - and I had to initiate nearly every e-mail. The team was unresponsive and did not follow through on their commitments or deadlines. The neglected to place an order for my project as promised. When they finally did order the materials they ordered the wrong materials. It then took weeks for them to come up with a solution. The final product was poorly installed (you can see the shims that do not match on the post and there are missing bolts) and the gate latch area is discolored and damaged. I have been endlessly patient in working with Fence Consultants. They promised they would look into the quality of the final install and never got back to me. I even sent them a reminder e-mail before writing this review. Truly unbelievable.
