Ordered a gun online and had it shipped to an authorized dealer in California. Turns out this gun is not allowed in California. After leaving several messages without a return call, I was informed I could return the gun at my own shipping expense and was offered a refund minus the 15% RESTOCKING fee. When asked why they would send a gun to a state that wouldnt allow it, they responded with Theres no possible way to know what all the laws are. Theres 50 states. 🤔 So apparently Mr Gun Dealer doesnt know about gun laws but does know how to rip people off.

Ive been purchasing firearms, and ammo from Mr. Gun Dealer since 2019. They are my #1 choice for shop online shopping. I recently recieved a shipment of ammo and it arrived very fast and correctly packaged unlike some other online stores. If you ever have any issues theyre very quick in correcting the problem.

Everything went smooth. The website makes it easy to see what they have so you don’t have to keep stopping in. Not the most friendly or talkative but this was at the peak of pandemic and there was a 20person line outside. They were swamped.

Terrible experience. I bought a gun through GunBroker.com, which included 2 magazines. With no communication at all, they shipped the gun with no magazines. When I reached out to them, the said, oh we believe that those magazines arent allowed where you live.When I asked what accomodation could be reached, they said none. They wont refund me any money. They wont issue store credit. They wont let me give the magazines to a friend out of state.All this, despite a written policy saying they guarantee you will get exactly what is promised and will work with you to resolve any issue. Apparently this means just saying, no, tough luck, were keeping your money and the promised product.. Incredibly frustrating. I recommend that you avoid them if possible.

Had very nice and fast shipping, as well as responded to emails quickly. I ordered a brand new gun off of them from gunbroker. It is illegal to receive magazines over 10 rounds in Maryland but not illegal to own or have modified. The firearm I purchased was supposed to come with a specially 18 round magazine and a 15 round magazine sent with the gun. My dealer is supposed to modify the magazines to fit 10 rounds or take the mags and exchange them for 10 rounds. Mr Gun dealer never sent the magazines with the gun, so I am stuck with my gun with no mags at all. Every single magazine type is sold out for this gun online. They didnt offer any reimbursement and refused to send the magazines to a family member in Virginia. This really pisses me off because I know for a fact they took the mags right out of my case and put it up on their shelves. There was also a lot of stuff missing inside the gun case that was supposed to come with the gun.

Saw their posting online. RCVD quote from them via telephone. I drove to the store and within that 45 minutes the price was $30.00 over the quote.I spoke with a friendly employee who basically said oh well. This was passive -aggressive bait and switch pricing nonsense.Ill put up with some bull, but not in my face disrespect. You can spend your cash there, but I wont. I found better ammo when I got home and saved 20% too. It cost me 3 days to order on line elsewhere.Hope this helps you make the right choice.

I was told that a brace I bought was in stock, and would have been shipped out within 3 business days. I got the tracking number through USPS quickly, meaning the label was created. But nothing was shipped. It took these guys 9 days to tell me they over sold my item. Which was the SBPDW brace for MP5/HK53 clones. 9 days!!! I dealt with another company and it was at my house within a week. So I would steer clear of these guys. They say they have stock on hand, when in fact, they do not. This is now the second time they’ve emailed me asking for a review, and here it is, don’t think they’re gonna want this review. I’ve done my best to not include expletives, as this made me very angry. Especially the email I got saying it was over sold. It was rude, and extremely unprofessional! Over sold items doesn’t concern me, kinda par for the course with regards to gun parts. How they handled it was the worst I’ve had to deal with to date! I’m paraphrasing here, but the email, 9 days later stated, we over sold said item, you have been refunded, the end. No alternative item, which there is one, nothing. Not even a signed off email. Really nice to have great service and low low prices. After placing my order I had not received a confirmation email. Called Mr. Gun Dealer and they were happy to send another. Turns out the first was sent but went to my junk folder (my fault - I should have looked). Anyway they were very nice on the phone and found my order right away (if you need to speak to someone I suggest calling the store phone #, not the service number). Transaction with my FFL was swift and merch was delivered on time and quickly.

A few things to know before you go.1. Sign on door declaring No Mask No Service. However, this does not apply to the employee working behind the counter. Not cool!2. They only allow 3 people in store at a time. I waited 20 min in 23 degree temps to get in. (My Choice so thats not the problem) the problem is when I finally got in, I see the store has a completely open floor plan that will EASILY accommodate 2x than number all maintaining more than 6 feet of spacing. But instead this business chooses to make people wait in the cold.Clearly Poor mgmnt based on un-scientific nonsense and giving no thought to providing a positive customer experience.I heard good things about this store, but I see nothing special about this place. The lack of true concern for their customers and illogical (and hypocritical) rules for COVID earns this place a 1 star 0 if possible.Too many other great gun & ammo stores to support for me to shop here.

Do not order from here! I ordered a pistol online 11 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I paid with a credit card so that there would be no waiting period on the shipment. After placing the order I immediately had my ffl send their information over to mrgundealer and mrgundealer confirmed they received the information. Then mrgundealer even sent out an email notifying me they had everything they needed to ship my order. Now here we are after 11 days and still have not shipped my order. When I go to their website and look at the gun I ordered it says it will ship by tomorrow if you order one today. How does that make sense?After posting this review I was emailed and they refunded my money. “They oversold the gun” even though as of this morning it still said in stock on the website.
