They have all 5 stars for a reason - they are 10,000% committed to making sure what you get from them is at a minimum as good as you expect.In my case it was exceedingly greater. I bought an 1894 Winchester 30-30 and I could sell it today for more than I paid for it just 1 month later. They didnt give it to me - they are making money and have a successful business. Point is they are FAIR. The owner himself is in my I Phone contacts now. I was looking at guns on gunbroker and he took the time to explain differences and educate me. I wasnt a customer yet. He wasnt trying to sell me on his collection. He just wanted me to have the best deal I could have. Since then, he has communicated with me regarding decisions on other firearms. Vintage Firearms of Grand Rapids is the finest small gun shop for high end firearms in this region of the country. The folks there are friendly experts and they also have outstanding gunsmith and restoration services. I will be there tomorrow to pick up a dream rifle...cant wait!

Jay was terrific at answering my questions and the description of the gun was right on. He deals in the highest quality firearms. I would check in with Vintage Firearms first every time I look for a firearm.

The transaction went very smooth. Payment options made paying for the shotgun smooth and secure. Communication was excellent. Shipping was priced reasonably and the item shipped to my FFL promptly. Unfortunately the item was not advertised correctly. The condition listed in the auction did not match the actual condition of the item. Flawless and Like New are descriptive words for something that is in perfect conditions with absolutely no flaws. The item I received is flawed with two blemishs on the stock and a scratch on the gold seal located on the underside of the stock. The case the item comes in is used and far from being like new. The big issue is the scratch. Its highly noticeable and completely unmistakable. This is why I give three stars. When purchasing online, the description gives the purchaser the confidence to buy. Pictures alone can not fully depict all items and many times leave out the most important details. I purchased based on the description and was unfortunately miss-lead. I most likely will not purchase from this seller again.
