I am so impressed with Stoffer Home. I purchased several items online and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, two of the items were considered vintage or antique items and although I knew the look and size could vary from item to item, the two items did not work for my decor. I immediately called and spoke to Samantha. We worked together and she went above and beyond to replace the two items, coordinate the shipping back to her. And re-ship my new items. I am absolutely in love with the two items I got as a replacement. I could not be happier with the items, but more importantly the customer service was amazing. We are in the process of updating our entire home and I will definitely order more thanks to Samantha.

Hardware (thatcher in burnished brass) is absolutely beautiful! Excellent quality, came packaged well with all the screws to install it. Can’t wait to order more.

Always trusted Stoffer for quality but the Chicken Enchiladas (family size) sure let me down. Should have been labeled rice Enchiladas. Wont trust them again. This customer is gone

Every time I walk into this store there is always something that catches my eye. They are constantly cycling in new products that keep me coming back for more. The layout is great and they offer such a selection of home goods and hardware that will bring any home to the next level. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with anything from napkins to light fixtures.

I am in LOVE with this store. It is perfectly curated with fantastic service. While I havent met Jean Stoffer personally, I have followed her work closely, and as a fellow interior designer, I am constantly inspired by her projects. This store is the perfect opportunity for everyone to benefit from her gifts in interior design; everything in the store is curated by Jean and her team, and its all beautiful and designer quality. Definitely worth a visit!

I have LOVED Stoeffer Home on instagram and was very excited to purchase a high quality rug as seen in their inspiring designs, Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the quality--the rug up close looked nothing like the images on instagram or on the website and was almost like a hard plastic fibrous material with a graphic image of a vintage rug printed on it---the material says power loomed. I learned it was made in China and I immediately shipped it back which cost me $65.00 at the cheapest flat rate. I was charged a $163 for a restocking fee. I understand the restocking fees for furniture and larger bulkier items, but not for a rug or at least not at a $163 price tag! I was also charged and additional $15 for shipping. So all in all I paid $730 for a rug (2x shipping + restocking) and was refunded $487.50 after returning. So I am out $242.50 with nothing to show for it. Very disappointing especially because I thought I was buying a high quality product from a family company that was local. BUYER BEWARE.
