I had a wonderful experience while buying a bed. We were looking for a new king size mattress. The salesperson was very informativeand not pushy. We feel like we got a fair price and great service. The delivery was on time and faster than anticipated.
Kyle is hands down my favorite sales person Ive ever met. My husband and I went into the store with a little knowledge about what we were looking for and Kyle was able to find us a great mattress right away. We both have different mattress preferences but that wasnt a problem. Kyle was super nice and wasnt sales pitch-y so we never felt like we were only dollar signs to him. I 100% recommend people to shop here! Also, i should mention he went above and beyond when he showed us how to properly use an adjustable base when he heard we have had one for use and never use it! He wasnt trying to sell us a new one so he wasnt obligated to show us but he wanted us to see how much our sleep could improve from using our current one! Thank you Kyle!

Me and my fiancee just bought our first couple purchase with him. He didnt rush us, allowed us try each bed. He dosent shove the most expensive bed in your face. He makes sure your getting what you need, he truly cares about you. I repeat, if your looking for a bed. This is your man!!
I purchased three mattresses from Sleep Doctor. We paid about $4,000 for two of the mattresses. The mattresses were described to provide better support for your back. We have not found this to be the case. I ran two full marathons prior to buying the mattresses. After sleeping on these mattresses, I have developed back problems that I am not able to run, despite multiple chiropractor visits.Our request to return a mattress was rejected because the law tag was removed. I would never purchase from this store again or the mattresses they sell. We now have two mattresses we cannot use.
Went searching all around town for a mattress for my mother and she instantly loved the one she found their. Along with her purchase she bought the adjustable base and knowing she can put the mattress she likes with that base made her happy. Kyle at the 44th st location was super sweet and most of all super patient! Made buying process super essy. Weve already bought 2 mattress and very happy.

Dan was incredibly helpful and not only helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my bad back, but went out of his way to spend the time to educate me on the differences between all the types and counts of springs, materials, and warranties that places will offer.They have a 60 day love it or get a different one deal and combined with everything else, that made me really happy with my new mattress, to have the assurance that if I made the wrong decision, I could try again after getting a better idea of what I really want.When I went in, my plan had been to check out a few different mattress stores. Sleep Doctor was the first store I tried - and before long, I didnt even want to try other stores. The experience here was just that good.I highly recommend Sleep Doctor stores.p.s. They have some *amazing* pillows.
Jason and Michael Foco are customer service heroes. Although I was in a rush and picked the wrong mattress, they found a way to make it right. I compounded the error but they went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. Take your time, lounge around in privacy, pick a mattress and youll be delighted.

I purchased a bed from sleep doctor mattress on 1/13/17 at the 44th st. location. In just under three weeks the bed sinks down to the box spring and is very uncomfortable. So I contacted them on 1/30/17 to find out what they will do to remedy this and they said that a third-party will come to my house and inspect the mattress in order to credit me back if they determine it was a defect in the mattress. They said I will receive a call the next day to schedule a visit. I didnt receive a call so I called them back and now they say it could take 5-14 days to receive a call. If I could give a lower rating, I would but one star is as low as I could go. I also learned if your bed is not defective and you dont like the quality of it you will be charged a $200 restock fee when you exchange it. Do you you really want to trust your money with these people? Dont get screwed over like me.
On January 27, 2017, my husband and I purchased a queen mattress and also an adjustable base from the Holland, MI store. It was delivered on February 3, 2017. The two guys arrived and we went upstairs to show them our bed frame/base. Our bed has 3 drawers underneath, so it is a bit higher to begin with. The delivery men agreed that the base would make the bed way too high (our ceilings are only 8 ft. high) They said that they will return it and we would be seeing a credit on our account. It is now July 17, 2017 and as of June 17, 2017 we received a partial credit, which didnt come willingly. I had called every month and asked what was going on and my husband and I both got excuse after excuse...oh it should have been credited, or you will see it next month yada yada yada. I am now waiting for the $109.00 more that needs to be credited to our account and I have called and spoke with both gentlemen at the Holland store and i get nothing but LIES. I was told the receipt of the rest of my credit was mailed out and as of today, I still have not received any mail. It does not take a week for mail to go from Holland to Holland. I have used Sleep Doctor at my place of work, and I will NOT recommend using them anymore. They officially lost my business and confidence in their people. I have never received such terrible customer service and telling out right lies is not a good trait. Alejandro Carpentier and a guy named Ryan are the two men that I have been dealing with. I dont think it should take 5 months to receive a credit for something that was never taken out of the delivery truck and brought back to the warehouse. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We came into your 2730-44th Street SW location on May 17th and purchased a matching set (matt and bxspring) We agreed on the 24th of May for delivery and paid 50.00 extra for delivery. The 24th came and went as did the 25th and without listing every gruesome detail of a deal gone bad, let me say that I was ready to cancel the transaction. On the 26th I was finally given the product I paid for. The delivery guys were young and smelled of tobacco which I dont think contributed to them being behind in their deliveries. Here is a list of issues for you to contemplate as to why we wont purchase from your establishment again. 1) A breakdown some where in what is being told to the salespeople who work directly with the customer. Either delivery is changing things or the sales people dont understand how delivery works.2) Telling the customer over and over that their purchase will be delivered only to have the complete opposite happen pretty much means youre lying to the customer......and it doesnt matter why you are not telling the truth, poor customer relations isnt a good idea.3) Also, there has to be something terribly wrong in your system as to have employees trying to help the customer on their own time. Success means you can make a transaction and keep it with your customers. Very poor experience and we were ready to cancel the transaction right down to the last minute. I hope you all fix your internal problems.In todays economy we the people dont want to be told that a delivery is coming and be made to wait all day long for a delivery that isnt even on its way. Then to make matters worse, your told that it will be delivered for sure tomorrow and it doesnt get delivered..........How long does Sleep Doctor think a customer should wait? I dont blame customers at all if they cancel transactions with your company because your company doesnt know how to speak to customers. Im very disappointed with your delivery people and management of that. Ive done business with Sleep Doctor in the past and was always completely happy. What has changed?
