Horrible customer service by Jesse and Parts Giant. I have been a loyal customer of this eBay shop for years, due to the fast shipping speeds. The first time there is a single item missing in a multiple item order, The seller refuses to do anything to help, Without sending me any further inquiries. No working anything out, no investigation into the shipper, just a good old “we won’t help you”. I made the mistake of patronizing this business for years and encourage you to not do the same!

Website is user friendly, tons of products to choose from and great customer service!I had ordered an item that had a manufacturer defect and they immediately sent out a replacement with no questions asked.5 Stars!

I have to say I was so excited to see they offer pink plastics for My dirtbike. I completed the information and it said they would fit my bike. I bought cool new graphics and we put them in the pink plastics only to find out the rear fender did not fit and now neither do the side panels. I was told I could cut the fender to fit but instead they sent me a black fender. Now to the issue with the side panels- looks like they aren’t willing to do anything. They parts don’t match what they say and now I’m stuck with pieces that don’t work and graphics that I have to replace! Terrible terrible

Mike in customer service was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping me choose a battery replacement for my Kawasaki that met my needs. He took the time to hear my concerns and explain the pluses of a different brand I had not considered, as well as the simple process involved to submit warranty repair/replacement if that should be needed. Highly recommend Mike and the team at Parts Giant for helping me once again.

Worst shopping experience ever.They will cancel your order on purpose, because they dont have them in stock. Then make up excuse like Sorry, your billing address is invalid.Trust me. I asked my friends to order the same part, and results are the same.Long story short.They are dishonest sellers. I received the battery. It would not take a charge. I understand you can get a dud every once in awhile. After a few emails back and forth to customer they sent me an excellent new battery. I received the new battery in two days. Great and fast communication. Would highly recommend.

So I was having some troubles with a magura clutch and this guy Jesse noble was super helpful throughout the hole thing so if anyone has any sort of issues I highly recommend you ask for him. If there was any way to rate his service any better then a 5 I definitely would say 20 out of 20 for him

Called in to verify ship date, claimed if i placed my order before 11 it would go out that same day (via there website not the ebay listing) placed the order (10:00 am) and didnt see any tracking updates all day. Called in at 6pm to be told it was shipped and i will be recieving a tracking number. Got the tracking number and its not valid, called in and they again said it was shipped. Well checked back now and the label was just created. Called back to try to get to the bottom of it and again was told its already shipped..... And the item still hasnt shipped, only reason i purchased was because i would see it in 2 days via ground shipping. Now im stuck not recieving my parts in time. I ship ups and fedex daily, packages are scanned upon pickup and uploaded instantly, stop lying to customers. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere! Matt

I must say I will never order from this company again. I ordered a part a month ago and still have not received the part. They rejected my home address as a shipping address and the tracking number they gave me shows my package being sent all over the country except to me. When I called FedEx they said the tracking number was invalid, not sure what I have been tracking all along. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back and when I asked for a refund they refused!

Let me start by saying Ive been riding and wrenching on motorcycles since the 1970s. Ive covered a lot of miles and maintained or repaired a great many machines. In that time of course, Ive dealt with many suppliers of motorcycle parts. Some are a joy to work with and others lets just say theyre not even close.A few months ago I stumbled across Parts Giant. I am very glad I did. The customer service is over the top. Prices are very competitive and the fast, free shipping is the ultimate icing on the cake. As the neighborhood motorcycle guy I order a lot of parts for myself and others. Parts Giant is my new, go-to outfit for everything I need to keep my bikes (and the neighbors bikes) running just right.And special kudos to Michael at Parts Giant. A certain special purpose motorcycle tool Id had only a short time, broke in normal use. Two emails to the manufacturer got me nothing. Not even a reply. I mentioned this in passing to Michael not asking for anything specifically. It was his idea to contact the manufacturer on my behalf and you know what? Ive got a replacement tool on the way, directly from the maker. Thats customer service done right.Thanks Parts Giant!

After placing an order of duplicate parts (2 right side vs 1 right and one left), Parts Giant reached out via email before shipping to confirm whether I wanted what was ordered or if I wanted 1 left and 1 right (which was what I really wanted). This headed off any unnecessary back and forth shipping expenses and returns. The extra mile taken here is why I will use Parts Giant again!

Great product, great company my vtx 1300cc sound and rides like a completely different bike. Way more throttle response no more popping at high rpms and downshifting. Product came packaged perfectly. Was missing the crome covers, texted them they took care and sent out the covers same day. Never get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. I had 2 things go wrong with my order. Neither issue was because of Parts Giant.First, I had to return part of the order. The return process was very smooth, and handled quickly.Second, part of my order was delivered to the wrong address. Parts Giant contacted UPS to handle the shipping claim and quickly sent out a replacement part.This is the kind of customer service that more companies should offer.I highly recommend Parts Giant, and will use them for future orders.

Very bad experience. Ordered a Galfer brake line kit from Ebay, via Parts_Giant / Rider Discount. They processed the order, shipped it. Never sent me a tracking number, (the first seller not to do this in my 20 years on Ebay), a week goes by, Im expected to receive the brake lines to install for a track day, and guess what? They dont arrive, seller claims they were lost, my ebay transaction was cancelled, (so I could not leave them proper feedback), they item is relisted at a HIGHER PRICE. This is how they will treat you. A V O I D this scamming company.

Excellent customer service. After I ordered online I noticed one part I ordered was for the wrong bike. I called and they answered immediately and checked to see if the part would fit my bike. I ordered on Sunday and received one part on Tuesday. I then emailed to see when I could expect the second part. They responded to my email within minutes. I then received the second part on Thursday. Less than one week from ordering parts to having bike back on the road.

Canceled order immediately after purchase. They wait for hours then tell me the item has shipped and they will not pay return shipping when item gets delivered to me. The CS person named Michael was a real wiseguy. All I know this place could have canceled order but choose wise guy. I know it was my mistake ordering part to begin with but when I canceled immediatelythey should have canceled order. Would never again buy from them and would not recommend them . I have learned the hard way but if a seller doesnt have a perfect rating they are not a company that deserves consideration when it comes to spending my hard money. Stay away .

I received a damaged part for my motorcycle upon first ordering. I sent a message to have it replaced and received a reply from Micheal in the service department. Within a few days I received a new, unblemished part with no issues at all. Michael was professional, efficient, courteous and completely understanding of the problem. I ordered 2 ATV batteries from Parts Giant in March 2020 but never got around to opening and using them until the middle of July. One of the batteries would not hold a charge for more than a few days so I reached out to parts giant to see if there was anything that could be done. I was contacted by an associate named Michael who told me he was there to help and explained to me (step by step) how to do a warranty claim. After a sending 3 pictures of the battery that they needed ( for proof) and $9.95 for shipping and handling, Micheal said they would be sending out a new battery ASAP. I love the convenience of ordering online but was always worried about what to do if I got something defective, what flaming hoops would I have to jump through trying to get a refund? Well I can honestly say after the awesomeness of Micheal and Parts Giant having my back I will definitely be ordering from them again! 2 big thumbs up guys, one for great employees and the other for your outstanding customer service.

Not only did I save a lot (35%) on my parts (as compared to buying them direct from the manufacturer) they also took the time to email me and ask for a call back to confirm that is was not a fraudulent use of my credit card. I had to give 1 star. I ordered weeks ago and still havent received my parts. Ive emailed and all I get is that they have approved to ship. My deadline for parts is today. Work on my bike begins tomorrow. They have been told this and still havent shipped. Think.it may cost a fortune now as I will have to reorder elsewhere and use overnight or expedited shipping. 10 out of 10 would buy elsewhere.

I ordered some motorcycle grips for my bike. They arrived in a timely manner and I was excited to put them on. But then I noticed a minor defect that wouldnt come off. I thought screw it Im putting them on. Then I realized it was on top and visible every time Id look or ride bike @$!#::! I thought well Im not getting a new pair for awhile. I was wrong, I sent email with pic that night. The next morning I had email apologizing and with a shipping label. I ordered approximately $485.00 in parts around 5/27/2020. One item shows up 3 days later. The bulk of the order never did. So one week later I called customer service (which they do not answer) so I asked in an email if they could help. To make a long story short after numerous back and forth they said that UPS lost the parts and they would need to wait until UPS did an investigation to realize the parts were actually lost before They would re ship the parts so that UPS would reimburse them.well finally 4 weeks later they shipped the order. Okay 5 months later they email me saying that UPS sent the original order to me a month later! (Which I never recieved) and wanted to send me a shipping label to send the parts back to them!! STAY CLEAR OF PARTS GIANT!!! My first and last!!

Bought a fuel tank in mid April through EBay didn’t fit, sent back on my dime no problem, it’s been delivered and signed for for a week now can’t even get an email back now....

They called me to let me know they lost my order promising it would ship out that same day because the order was lost and there was a stocking discrepancy which I said okay to I understand, problems happen.That was a wednesday, the order did not officially leave the facility until friday. With the understanding I was being upgraded in shipping due to the issue, which I was not...I then asked to remove an order item (before it shipped) because it was too late and I found one of the parts else where and they said theyd put in for the refund. I ultimately got my parts just over 2 weeks in total after it all, and it took them until today (a month later) to honor the refund. I called them twice over the refund issue but not even a call back was ever received in between the time and just had to check my account daily until I saw the refund.. I will not be a returning customer.

Ordered from them on eBay due to them having the lowest price for the part I wanted. Upon receiving the part it appeared the supplier had mistakenly sent the wrong item. I contacted parts giant and John responded next business day. John was very professional with getting the issue resolved. It does not appear this is a common issue and I attribute it to higher than normal volume from COVID-19. Will buy from them again.

Ordered Radiator core support for 2001 Chevy Silverado, Upon receiving the item found the box had been patch worked together was falling apart and had no packing material whatsoever. Upon inspection of part found it had sever damage, dents and dings everywhere and support brackets bent. Item was made of very very very poor quality and had made in Taiwan stickers on it when listing clearly stated direct fit GM product. Once i contacted customer service i was told sorry to here that and they could possibly get me a replacement but couldnt be held responsible for shipping damage. Contacted shipping company and they stated this is how customer shipped the product it was not damage from them. Upon further investigation found this company is famous for this. Buyer beware . There is a video i put together to show exactly what i received, how i received it and the message response form the company. Dont say you werent warned. Complete Junk from Complete crooks!

I have never experienced such good customer service! I had purchased a throttle cable from Parts Giant a few months ago and it recently broke. I reached out asking if I needed to contact the manufacturer because it wasnt a recent purchase and their customer service offered to take care of that for me. They simply needed a picture of the damaged part and a description of what was wrong with it. Within an hour I received confirmation from them and the manufacturer that a new part was being shipped. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I have to share this story!!!.Im doing a restoration on a 2001 KTM 250SX. Sourcing Parts was a two month plus ordeal. The KATOOM had a seized piston rod big end bearing. Not a big deal right....WRONG!!. No one makes a Crank kit for this Bike, Even OEM from over seas doesnt exist, at nearly a $1,000.00 for the parts if they did. I finally found an after market kit, and was stoked to see it arrive. Yep...WRONG SIZE!!!. Even after talking to their Tech he said I was wrong not them.I got ahold of PARTS GIANT and their SERVICE TECH JOHN went way beyond what I thought was possible. He asked for the measurements on my Nuked Crank and went to work. Two days later he gave me a Kit Number from a later KTM year 200 EXC. THE NUMBERS MATCHED. New Kit is on the way.Life was given back to this project thanks to Parts Giant, and a huge THANKS TO JOHN FOR HIS EFFORTS.THE KATOOM QUEST MOVES ON!!!!
