We love using our storage unit at Devon Storage. The warehouse is always spotless and climate controlled. Driving into the building is a bonus and so convenient for loading and unloading. There are carts to help us take our things from the car to the unit. We feel very secure leaving our things there from the entry into the building to the locks on our unit. The office personnel made signing up a breeze, gave us a tour of the building and our unit, and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend using Devon Storage if you are looking to store anything!

New facility and clean. When things are running as they should, it is easy to enter the building and drive to our unit. The building seems very secure.I really hate to give a bad review, but they ask people to give a good review while people are getting set up with their storage unit for the first time, so there are a ton of great reviews based on first impressions. My first impression was very good.Unfortunately, there have been several issues with the garage doors. Three times over the past two months, it has been impossible to enter the building in my car. Instead, I was asked to park outside the building and haul my belongings through the building to my storage unit. I had arrived alone for what I hoped would be a quick drop off with my three very young children (including an infant), so this option is not only inconvenient- it is impossible. We’ve had to arrange additional trips without the kids to drop off our stuff, which is very inconvenient.The customer service was good when I first signed up, but since has been completely unimpressive. No offer to help somehow, no discount of any kind for the inconvenience. Just “Hopefully things will be fixed in the next few weeks. You can take your things to another storage facility.”

This is a newer indoor stage unit business. It took over a shopping store. It is huge and clean. Climate controlled. Many size units. Cameras also. Can pull in with your vehicle and trailer. They sell moving supplies and locks.I had trouble on the website signing the lease. So I called the store and they said I could finish it there. So I did. It was simple and fast. Tabetha is the employee who helped me. She has super good customer service personality. Honest and friendly and funny. I definitely recommend this business if you need one. Prices are good also.

This is my first time using a storage facility and I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and security of the building. I can actually drive into the building and right up to my storage unit. I feel good knowing that its only accessible during certain hours. Also, I greatly appreciated the kindness, helpfulness and knowledge that Cody extended. He truly represented the company well.

Only reviewing because I received an automated text from Devon asking for a rating and it specifically referenced the manager Cody. His help was non existent during an issue with major time constraints. Also, when told a large and heavy metal arm bar in front of the drive through doors was missing the screws that keep it safely locked into place… he told me he knew all about that issue as he was bruise off to get me off the phone. There was no notice to customers that that bar was unsafe as to use an alternate entrance.

I met with Suzanne in the office. She was very freindly and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She showed me the the storage unit which was surprisingly clean and well kept. Told me about the security for the facility and how its climate controlled. So now I am happy to say I have a storage unit. Kudos to Suzanne and the work she does! Six stars!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the amount of security in this place. Cody was very friendly and helpful; he showed me how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Right after I signed the lease I was able to move a few boxes into my storage unit, and the carts that were provided helped make moving boxes by myself very easy! I definitely recommend storing your items here!

Honestly, some of the worst service I’ve gotten.I was called in the middle of the day and accused of leaving garbage inside of the building and they demanded I come take care of it and threatened to charge me $200. And then when I asked them to confirm via video it because it wasn’t me, they were like oh my bad yeah it was somebody else.And then they gave me a unit with a giant pillar in it and didn’t tell me until after I’d already finished all of the paperwork and paid for it.When I called and asked for a quote there was absolutely no mention having to pay for my own lock.And they haven’t fixed their doors which had made accessing the storage unit and moving stuff in it a much bigger hassle than it would be somewhere else.I do not recommend.

Im signing a lease here and looking forward to using the unit... its a very professional place with good rates, excellent security, nice big spaces, and perhaps best of all, very honest, personal service where they know your name and answer questions like human beings .. I think that matters a lot especially these days. It reminds me of excellent hotel service, to be honest.

The staff are customer-based, personable, and understanding. All units are rather pristine with drive-up indoor access featuring phenomenal security. There is an affordable one-stop-shop conveniently located within the office. I highly recommend leasing a self storage unit here as well as purchasing a cylinder lock within the shop for extra security. I seem fake, but they really are that great. Just go and see for yourself!!

Talk about excellent customer service I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Tabetha. When I tell you she was an all around rockstar knowledgeable, friendly, professional, engaging, energetic I could go on and on. This is my first time using this storage company and I wish I knew about them sooner I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All I’m saying is if your looking for great prices with awesome service this is it. Definitely will spread the word to everyone I know. Also Tabetha should get a raise or promotion.

This is a top-notch Brand new facility. Everything from it being indoor storage, temperature controlled, large units, and great discounts and specials. In addition to The great building they also have world-class, professional and friendly staff. My wife and I were only planning to have the unit for a month but because we are so welcomed and acquainted with Suzanne and Tabetha we are now on month 3 and even upgraded to a larger unit! Highly recommend.

Building and grounds look great, recently updated. Staff reported problems with internet access. I had to make two trips to get my lock and secure my items but staff were apologetic and the delay. Overall it went great and access seems easy and safe.
