Truck driver came to pick up seven boxes In-N-Out in 45 minutes..... You must circle around the building to get to the dock.

Its normally clean, but lately they have been a bit slack. I never experienced any type of draft or any leaks. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We booked our truck early with a reservation. We wanted the biggest truck because we were moving out of town. The day of we set up the truck with the woman at the front desk, we let her know the miles, and that we would be returning the truck to a different location. We paid that day and bought some other supplies and were on our way. We moved the 1st of October. The next day I received a phone call asking if and when we were returning the truck. When I informed him that we would be dropping it off here soon at this Wichita location. He was instantly enraged and went on to accuse me of stealing the truck and saying I was going to have to pay extra for all these fees, he was so rude. We then went to return the truck and the lady was confused at the contract because it was in fact for an in-town visit. We were confused because we just set it up with the original U-Haul telling them exactly where we were going. We were extremely dissatisfied with the experience, but that wasnt the worst part. A couple days U-Haul had charged my account $750 right out of my bank account. I didnt authorize this charge and I certainly wasnt notified before hand. On top of that I was charged $900 in total plus $85 in gas when I returned it. this caused so much disarray in my life and they were not willing to help at all. Will never use this moving service and will never recommend to anyone. Just wanted to save the next sucker 1000 to move to a new home.

Was very easy to get information from employees to do what was needed to be done. No problems. Storage space is easily accessed, very clean, protected with personal code security system with camera surveillance. I would refer this company to others.

The best uhual experience Ive had yet. I showed upeup for my pickup and the truck was sanitized, pulled up front, and even cooled down with the A/C going. The man inside was very kind when checking in and making our payment. I will recommend this location!

It is the most annoying thing that you can NEVER get a person at the location to answer the phone!!! Nor do you ever get a call back!

Very RUDE!!! I reserved a truck the day before, when I got there they informed me that they gave my truck away to someone with the same last name as me. I told them that I have all of my information (reservation #, ID, and the card info which I provided over the phone to reserve) but they said they gave it to this other person and it wasnt their problem. I they continued to tell me that they wouldnt have another truck until 2 days later. I told him that I shouldnt have to wait for their mistake, he told me I could call the customer service number and see if there was another location that had one. When I called customer service I was on the phone for 45mins and they finally told me they could get me a truck but it would be smaller than the one I had reserved. They said I could pick it up before they closed. So I go back to the same store with the same RUDE guy and he was clearly not happy to see me cause he greeted me with a yeah what. He goes on to tell me that they wouldnt have one until 8:30 in the morning and the customer service rep did not even call to see if they had any available and again it was not his problem. I told him it is their problem that they gave my reservation away. He had no empathy or concern for the fact that they messed up. The worst EMPLOYEES EVER!

Very nice facility! It has wide aisles which made moving our things easy. Its always quiet with a very clean restroom!!!

Can’t get so much as a returned phone call, I’ve been over charged and sent countless emails and phone calls and nothing. Don’t waste your time use someone else.

Worst place, I ever saw... they, cant answer the phone, when you finally coming, they dont have any reasonable explanation, WHY THEY Cant, provide Service!

Travis was extremely rude to my fiance and blamed it on his military career for his behavior. Call center was no better. Asked to speak with a manager and the lady was rude and disrespectful. She transferred us, but to another representative. This has been awful!!!

Reserved a storage and it was not what I reserved it was a office space the lady was trying to give me and they cant rent those I was told when I got there didnt find out til day of had to cancel and it was a huge inconvenience so I had to stay where I was currently 🤬
