Bed bath and Beyond is beyond any store of its kind the staff are great they answered all the questions I had it is sad to see that it is closing however.

Walked in with mask opening 9 people standing around not one asked if I needed anything or help finding anything. Went though store also saw 3 others say good morning then turn back around to there conversations. Worse store ever been in.

I love bed bath and beyond. Its a fun store to just browse. Their stock was low right after Christmas, but Im sure theyll be back up to speed soon!

Store is going out of business, but currently only has 20% off and does not accept coupons! Still corporately owned and get same deals with coupon on line or at another one.....no need to rush.

My 82 mother went in to this location to get my daughter a wedding shower gift! Customer service on the evening of 4-26-18 was exceptional! She had come in with some things to purchase and they were not available in the store. So salesperson printed her registry and helped my mom find other items plus helped her wrap them all. My mom was so very pleased with how much help she got! Thanks to customer service for my mom--top notch in my book!!!

Frustrating experience with returning something I purchased online. Took three associates when I already had everything pulled up and ready for them before I got to the register.

They have a wide selection of goods for the home. It is very seldom that they dont have a coupon printed somewhere, or you can sign up for their online list to get them on your phone. They offer free shipping and I like it that they will sent gifts for you. They offer free gift wrap in the store which is a nice touch.

We had a return to make and they were excellent in helping us. The store is highly recommended.

Good store but I liked it better before they added all the personal products like hair, toothpaste... But still a an ok store I just shop there less now.

Kind of expensive store. They do offer coupons and they except them even when theyre expired. They have a bunch of neat stuff that would make any home exciting.

We have shopped at this location for years, and have always found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. Sometimes we need to walk down a couple of aisles before we find someone to help us, but its never been a big deal. We dont expect the staff to seek us out.

It is okay but I always feel like the prices are marked up 20% so they wont lose money when people use the coupons.

My husband and I visited the store today to purchase window treatments. We managed to be completely invisible to every employee who walked passed us. We were not greeted when we walked in, not one employee entered window treatments, even as we walked out of the store, we passed 3 employees at their register, and an additional employee on the sales floor, not one said anything to us. Not even have a nice day. Customer service has drastically declined from what I remember. We went elsewhere to purchase our window treatments.

Always very helpful, usually I can get what I came for, they have wonderfully soft bed sheets reasonably priced and when I have extra money I buy J.A Henckels knifes the best knifes around the world.( they are German). Recently merged with Zwilling.And their coupons and sales are great.

I had wonderful service starting at the gift registry desk,first confirming that the bride and groom were registered there,then printing out the list for me to shop.Although the checkouts were busy,I was attended to quickly,coupons gladly accepted and directed to the wrapping station,where I took care of my purchased gifts.Seems every experience I have at this Bed Bath and Beyond is pleasant!They are all helpful and kind.Thank you!

We went shopping for my dorm room, and decided to sign up for the Beyond Plus membership, which ended up saving us over $100 (after subtracting the cost of the membership)! Were also very happy that it includes free shipping to ANYWHERE, meaning that my mom can ship things to my dorm when I need them. Were very happy with our purchase, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were concerned that because if the individual prices of everything we bought, the total would be very expensive, but we were very pleased with the deal we got thanks to the membership.

They have great Christmas deals and it always smells so good.

We bought a coffee pot for our son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. After a few months we returned to the area for a visit to find out that the coffee pot was mostly broken. We took the pot back without the box and they were super nice and let us exchange it for another model. (they no longer had the pot we had purchased) My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service we received at this store.I have also had wonderful customer service at the Wausau, Wisconsin Bed, Bath & Beyond store as well.

We are looking for some curtains to update the living room. Took us awhile to find somebody to help us out. When we did, she was a little put out that we had to call for her. Unfortunately, we did not find anything to our liking. Seems to us, this place is going downhill a little bit. Or that they just have grumpy employees.

Im very fond of BB&B, their products hold up to their name and there is always a coupon out there I can locate, making the trip here worth it. My main complaint is that products are not always available in-store, too many times have I gone to BB&B looking for a specific item only to find it out of stock.

I got followed around the store by an old lady that works there. I assume she thought I was going to steal things. She followed like 5 feet behind me, staring, in complete silence as I went from aisle to aisle across the store looking for my items. She only stopped following me once I got in line to check out. Needless to say, this experience was very unsettling, and I will not be visiting this location again.
