I had been looking for toner for my moms fax/copier and couldnt find it. This was 3rd Best Buy I went to because its the furthest from my home, the young man was very helpful and took the time to research and search for me to get the right toner. I wish I got his name, I was so grateful!
4 TVs and 3 computers, Ive purchased in this store, over time.Service is great. Sale prices are great. Love the Geek squad.I dont take chances on large purchases.This is my store.

I came in knowing exactly what item I was looking for. The friendly staff member was able to double check that they had it in stock, even when it wasnt in the area he thought it would be in. After a couple quick checks, he was able to locate the item for me. Check out was quick and simple as well.
It’s Best Buy. You know about them already. They have all the electronic things you need.I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I put in a confused and distressed expression and a worker came to my rescue. Thanks worker guy!

Not the best best buy Ive been to, given the size and inventory. But easily one of the nicest. From the greeter to the cashier, every person is kind and helpful. I also really like how they just let you browse. Biggest pet peeve of mine while shopping is getting asked by 10 different associates of I need help finding anything? And this store doesnt do that. Quick and reliable.
Got a new phone there and the sales rep outright lied to me and told me my phone was worth more on trade-in then it really was. After the phone was purchased, I had to log-in to verizon to request the trade-in and it was only worth a fraction of what I was told.
Recently purchased a washing machine and had the Geek Squad come out to deliver and set it up. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Much better experience than I had with Home Depot with my oven. Will purchase appliances from Best Buy again! What a great experience!
Bought a Samsung tv Monday the 11th of October for a little over 500 and i got home to set it up and I was given the tv without a power cord or tv remote now I gotta go back and see where the confusion was when I bought this tv!
Starts good, ends poorly.Salesperson was nice. Helped with our purchase but failed to put in the price match. I caught it before we drove away. I went back in and the teens running the show did help in the end. But their approach at understanding and acting like managers is lacking. The problem was solved, but i wont return to that best buy, ever. The teen even said its only thirty dollars! Yeah it is, but its my thirty dollars that you are trying to take from my family after i came in good faith to your place if business. No wonder it was dead compared to 28th Street. Lots of employees not a lot of customers... Now i know why.
Pre-ordered a phone through them. Did not show up on the promised date. Waited for weeks patiently to find out the order was just cancelled even though a previous email said they would call if there were any issues. Spent over 2hrs on the phone with Best Buy just to be told that all I could do is reorder the phone... Lesson learned, just google Best Buy preorders. You will see that they routinely dont deliver as promised and also will just cancel your ordered without warning.

I got excellent service... and promptly too! A gentleman, D was working in the cell phone department (probably not the official name but idk) and quickly understood what the problem was and went to work to try to fix it.The problem wound up taking a bit of time to resolve but D was having to chat online with multiple reps from the mobile phone company. D saw it through until the issue was resolved. (For the record, it was not a problem with Best Buy, but with a cell phone device & its carrier.)D was very pleasant and I felt that he took my problem seriously and really kind of did more than he had to in order to make sure that I was satisfied. He even took a moment to show a coworker what the situation was and how he was resolving it in case of future situations.The store was very clean & masks are required (like every retail location in the state) but I dont think they required a temperature check. I was greeted at the door by an upbeat employee who immediately got me to the right person & place. The store wasnt very busy at all but I was also there at a weird time on a weekday afternoon.All in all, excellent experience, would depend recommend to others.

I buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy. I really like that they price match Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com, Dell.com, HP.com and TigerDirect.com, which is definitely something you need to do any time you purchase something there. Also, after you have purchased an item, you can get money back for any sale they start within 15 days of your purchase. Just bring the receipt in and tell them that they have a lower price on the product you purchased. Theyll look it up and give a refund. Staff can be a little annoying because theyre always following you around but its not too bad. Also, I wouldnt recommend taking advice on a product from Best Buy employees. Most of the time they are simply trying to make a sale and they might stretch the truth to get you to pay more for something you dont need. Do your own research online and know what you are looking to buy before hand.

Went into the Grandville store not knowing what I wanted. Justin came and helped me figure out what would be a great fit for me and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Customer service was great and am very happy with my purchases.

Your standard Best Buy. I originally went to hunt down a rare keyboard. I didnt find it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of computer products available to browse close to the entrance.

When you first enter, you are greeted and asked if you need help finding something. If you say yes, the will walk with you to the spot, or direct you to someone who can help. If you decline, they say if you need help, ask.

I bought a computer. It needed to be shipped to me. Was told it would be delivered in 4 days. Got an email stating it had been shipped and gave a tracking # for UPS. The tracking info states UPS has yet to receive it. Went to the store a week after we were told it would be delivered. Customer service checked and said it was lost in limbo and there was nothing she could do and told us to call corporate. Called them and got a HUGE runaround and got hung up on 6 times!! Finally got someone to not hang up on me. I want a refund. They cant just refund the item they lost. I am out over $1K and have to just wait on an email for who knows how long to know if they will issue the refund. This has been a really disappointing situation and I will no longer be supporting Best Buy.
I just can’t seem to get help there. Every time I go there I wait and hover around the products I either need out of a cage or have questions about but nothing. I was looking to buy the Bose quietcomfort earbuds and they are in a case. I was there for about 20 mins and nobody wanted to help. However a good looking girl came into the isle and was jumped by associates. This is why I buy online

Super disappointed. My Oculus elite strap broke. I was just about to fill out the Oculus refund policy online. So I call it Best buy just to see if I had purchased an extended warranty. They said yes I did. So I stopped the refund online so I could drive up to Best buy. Only to find out that I dont have the extended warranty. So Best buy had me drive up to their store for absolutely nothing. Wasting my time and gas money.Friendly customer service but not informed at all. They are just going through the motions. Do not trust them for any technical advice or information on your own extended warranties they will have you jumping through hoops for no reason...

Only best buy I regularly visit. Usually a great source of what I need. Lately the store has stock problems but that could simply be the virus causing issues.Customer service here is usually great though I do think sales members need to let customers look without constantly forcing products on them.

Was greeted per usual when coming in. Always nice! Buuuut after not so much help. Sat in the auto electronics for over 40 minutes no one stopped by. Employees walked in and out of the door right near and no greet or inquire if we needed anything. Figured maybe they were busy? Went over to computers and the same. Employees standing around, on phones or just hanging out and got zero responses from anyone but just a point. Headed BACK over to auto electronics, maybe the wind changed and someone would want to help. Sat again for 15 minutes and nothing. Walked out and left. I get COVID is a thing and so many folks are purchasing online, but a courtesy “hello, how are you” or “can I answer any questions for you” would have gone along way and would probably have gotten my $1500 purchase. Off to Extreme Audio for the car audio and bought a laptop across the street at Costco.
They had a samsung rep there. Was very helpful
People at this location who fix tvs are a joke bring in an older style tv and they kick my friend out of the store because they thought it was a prank smh
Inventory was low. Couldnt find a someone to answer questions. Might as well order from online for less $.
I like Best Buys return policy if you return your purchase within their two week policy. It saved my bacon as I returned a purchase that I was told would work without looking myself. It wasnt possible to install. I got my money back without a problem.

Feel like Best Buy is going downhill. Wasnt happy with the service at either Best buy. The one we waited like half an hour to get help, to find out that we had to go all the way to the one down 28th. And they werent ready. Wat seemed like should have been an in and out was another 10 to 15 minutes.
Best Buy has been spot on this whole COVID holiday season. Ive made several purchases including hard to find items and Best Buy made the process pretty easy. Curbside pickup is thee best! When you know what youre after, only way to go! Thanks for a mostly wholesome experience!

Best buy can be great for displays, cool toys, games, phones, electronics, appliances. They did change the checkout to the customer service desk area. Alright during slow times but can be painful if store is busy.
Terrible place with even worse customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going here the people here have terrible attitudes for no reason.

This used to be my favorite store, but I feel like everytime im here I could have just stayed home and used my phone to purchase what I wanted. The staff seem more plentiful but rarely engage me, after walking through every department, twice I left and shopped on my phone from parking lot
My husband and I recently built a new home and needed appliances. We got an appointment with an in-home consultant (Jesse) who led us through the whole process and kept us informed of our installation appointments. He was very helpful and made the process run smoothly!
Got what I want swiftly. They have adapted fairly well to Covid. The one thing they could do to vastly improve is start kicking people out that are to stupid to wear a mask properly.

I had a gift card that I wanted to use towards an Apple Series 3 Watch. Although to most people getting something like this is no big deal, I am somewhat technologically challenged. Mohydeen took time to explain to me how to do it in simple terms. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.
I am definitely not one to leave a negative review . However, this time I hit my breaking point. I purchased a $1k hp laptop. All of this during quarantine. Within a month of purchasing it the motherboard failed completely. So I brought it in and they sent it to be replaced. All of this took ONE MONTH. Which I tried to understand because of quarantine and all the restrictions in our state. Well not long after that my laptop started Making terrible sounds. I brought it in to have them hopefully replace it because there is no reason why a $1k laptop should be such a POS within 3 months of purchase. Needless to say we will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. To bad I can’t give a 0 stars review.

There is nothing wrong with Best buy. The store is clean and its efficient placed for what you need. The only issue I could say is they didnt have much stock in the way of gaming pc parts and auxiliaries like mice and keyboards, but thats more due to covid issues rather than their fault. Store was neat and clean and they follow safety guidelines for their employees and customers safety.

Currently need to check-in because there arent enough associates to help. I knew what I wanted, and was immediately ready to purchase, but had to wait. After 20+ mins, I couldnt wait any longer and had to get back to work. Told the person checking in I was leaving, and he finally told me to go to customer service to get taken care of. That should have been an option in the first place.
