I came in as a walk in looking to replace a flat tire as I thought I just had a defective one due to previous air leaking issues and these kind people instead took the time to check out the tire to see if it could be fixed. The reason this stands out to me is that they could have easily sold me tires instead and ignored the fact that the issue was fixable, but they tried to help me out instead. They removed a nail from my tire, patched it, and sent me on my way at no cost to me at all! A wonderful experience and I have had no further issues with the tire so they fixed it well. Go in early if you are walking in and you may be lucky enough to be in and out within an hour or two like I was. Because of the fast service I was able to make it to a trip I thought I would have to cancel due to my flat.

While on a family trip with a rental car we had tire issues. We found a Belle tire and pulled in. They did a full tire check for free and got us back on the road quickly. Very good service!

Walked in with a front end wobble after traveling across the state and they had me good to go in half an hour and didn’t even charge me. Can’t argue with that level of service.

I brought my car in for a nail in my tire and was given an estimate of a 1 1/2 hour wait time and drove out 25 minutes later. They were friendly and took great care of my problem.

So so much better than Discount Tire. Belle also does some car maintenance at a reasonable price. Best of all was that they did not push me to buy a full set of tires. I only needed the front. Actually said my tires are in great condition.Seating is 6 ft apart. Would recommend dropping off.

Got my car super clean

I paid $900 for a brake job due to the extra stuff and when I picked up my car, it braked worse than before. They told me it was worse because the new parts don’t work well because of another issue that costs another few hundred bucks. After my experience here, I’m down a thousand dollars, have my car in worse performing ability, and I am truly disappointed in this Belle Tire. The salesman was a know it all too which made the whole experience even worse

But the exceptional quality that keeps us coming back is the personal and professional service. They always provide options and explain the benefit of each. Your vehicle is done on time if not before the promised completion time. The staff at the counter works hard to get your vehicle in as soon as they can; no excuses or putting you off even if its just for a tire rotation.

They changed all of the frozen lug nuts on my moms vehicle and replaced them all for under $40.00 to the solid one piece lugnuts. And they did it quickly. Thanks guys

Absolutely worst service. Wouldnt change a slow leak they didnt repair last week and refused me service. Said they only put brand new tires on Sundays. Wish I would of never purchased anything from here.

A salesman Aaron was helping me. He didnt seem very knowledgeable. I had breaks and calipers done. He called me 15 mins before they closed to come pick up my car. He could have given me a little more of a heads up. Could not provide me with a detailed receipt. All 3 men working were rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I will never return to that location.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I brought my Jeep in for an air conditioning repair. It ended up costing me much more than I thought and it was a stressful situation for me, but Aaron really took care of me! I brought my Jeep in last minute without an appointment and he worked extra hard to have it done that night (right before close on a Saturday!). When I went to pick it up and pay the bill, he dropped the price a bit from the estimate he told me on the phone. To top it all off, I accidentally gave him $100 too much (paid with cash). Aaron counted the money, realized I gave him too much, and ran it out to my car before I left! Outstanding service, reasonable prices, and honest employees. I’ll never go anywhere else! My first negative experience was when I got my tires put on. They claimed some of my lug nuts were stuck and they couldnt get them off. Im not sure how my husbands tools are more powerful than Bell Tires. I had to pay for Bell Tire to torch them off. Two years later, one of my tires keep leaking. I brought it in to get fixed but 3 days later it was low ago. I scheduled another appointment and every went fine. Until I got back into my car to discover they searched through my center console and moved my belongings. It was left wide open and objects that were in my center console, were now in my backseat. My car does not require a special lugnut to get the tires off. They had no business going through my console. I went back inside to inquire why, I was told if anything is missing to let them know. Even though I dont believe anything is missing, there is absolutely no reason to be searching through my car. It was unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable after the whole situation. Definitely will not be returning to Bell Tire for my next set of tires.

Ive brought several sets of tires in to be balanced and mounted. I typically drop them off at the start of the day and they are ready by the end. They once had a center cap break, and ordered a new OEM one for me no charge.

Air machine never works right

They were extremely busy on Saturday morning but they still got my loose wheels and tires mounted and balanced for me by early afternoon ! Don was very pleasant and helpful and gave me a hand unloading the tires and wheels from my truck. Thanks for the great job once again!

Had an emergent issue with my sons car (failed starter). The salesperson (Don) got me in immediately once the vehicle arrived by tow truck. Diagnosed and corrected the starter and an additional brake issue. Both were corrected in a few hours. Great store. Unfortunately I live across state and cant use their services, but I will definitely have my son continue to patronize them.

So at first the visit was great and everything went well. Then almost a year later I find out that someone welded my tire rim and this Belltire never said anything. I found out from a different Belltire in Lansing. Apparently its causing leaks in my tire. So when we called to ask what happened with this they said they didnt weld it and they dont know if the person who worked on it saw it or not but the manager told us if they had they probably wouldnt have said anything because they would have assumed we knew.... how would we know that someone welded something INSIDE of a tire rim?! This is not what we do for a living, if we couldve done the service ourselves (and seen the issue) then we wouldnt have needed to come to you!

Store Mgr., Terry Smith was my service agent. He started with a warm friendly greeting and got right down to business. Our flat was not repairable. The good news was, it was in stock, just not at this location. Being only one driver and one car, we were pretty much committed to wait. We did an oil change and rotation, while waiting. Terry said the tire was covered by the warranty purchased when new. He had suggested staying with the brand and model His candor was appreciated and we were thanked for our patience and continued business. We remain Loyal to Belle Tire ever since they came to west MI. Others should give them a try.

Great service! Had to go there twice for emergency tire replacements (thanks allot Michigan roads) and both times they were able to get me in same day. One day they knew it was my only vehicle so the techs stayed late to make sure I had a car to go home/to work with!

Everyone working there was great, in person and on the phone, very friendly and helpful. Pulled 2 nails out of one of my tires, fixed it up, and had me back on the road for free. The waiting area was also convenient with lots of seating and an option to sit at a table with outlets so I could get work done on my computer while waiting. I wish all my car problems could be as easy and stress free as this experience was.

I recommend the Grandville location. Never been good at rotating my tires. I get it done regularly now, at no charge, with my oil change. Quick, friendly service. They said it would take 1.5 hours. They were done in 1 hour, 11 minutes.

A great place!! Always take care of anything I need. I have been getting my vehicles maintained at this Belle Tire for several years now. I wont go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone!!

I called this Belle Tire location the afternoon before I needed my vehicle serviced. I shared the information about my vehicle with the technician who answered the phone. I needed a spark plug change and the engine in my vehicle is notorious for the spark plugs breaking. I was aware of this and asked the technician if it would be a problem. I was told that it would not be an issue and to bring in my vehicle the next morning. I brought my vehicle in the next morning and was told that the wait could exceed three hours, so I got a Lyft home. As soon as I got home, I received a call from a technician and was told that they would not do the job because the spark plugs were prone to breaking. This is the issue I was told not to worry about the afternoon before. So I then got an Uber back to Belle Tire and picked up my vehicle. I am disappointed that I was deceived and wasted my morning and money to not have the service performed that I was told could be done. I will not return to this location and will be sure that others I know do not either.

I came in for an alignment. There were multiple things wrong with my car, and I couldnt afford to get it fixed, but Rob was really professional and courteous and provided me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. That was refreshing in a world where so many garages use shady manipulative tactics to strong-arm customers into doing business with them. Belle tire is a trustworthy professional establishment.

This Bell Tire is the best around because they are by far the most honest of the other four locations around them. I can get in and out. The only thing is that it is best for scheduling a appointment at this Bell tire because this one is soo busy.
