Very professional on time and my request for a paper receipt was sent to me like they promise I love them

This company has the best prices and best service that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve used them to replace a windshield in my Ford Expedition, Toyota Tundra, and GMC Sierra. I normally don’t leave reviews, but it’s only right to support such an excellent local business. Thanks Pat!

I was blown away by how good my experience was with West Michigan Auto Glass. To put it in perspective, a competing business quoted me $400 for replacement of a new windshield, with a $35 convenience fee for coming to my house to install it. These guys did it for $220 installed, and they came to my house for free. The pricing was almost too good to be true...which made me skeptical until i saw the finished product. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs a windshield replacement or repair.

Overall I have mixed feelings about this place.Positive: they saved me money by being able to get the job done without having to actually get a new windshield installed.Negative: upon driving home I noticed they got my lighter interior stained with their adhesive. I am left with black stains around the area where they worked.Nothing seems to be remove those stains...Wish they would’ve been more careful with that.

Originally got my quote done by Safelite but figured I should call around to some local businesses also. Came across West Michigan Auto Glass and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!Fair pricing, faster turn around, excellent customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and quality work.I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I know where Ill go.Thanks for the help Emily and John!

I was excited to be using West Michigan Auto Glass for the first time as they were recommended from my dealership. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The reason I gave this one star was because I had an appointment for today scheduled from 1-4pm. I was told they would call before hand and come to my work to replace my windshield. They never called nor did they show up to replace the windshield. Finally after 4pm since they never showed I called the office only to get a voicemail. I left a message asking if I should assume they werent coming now since they never bothered to show? Asked for a phone call back today and never received a call back. That is unacceptable. Def wont be recommending them to anyone and will be letting the dealership know as well.

This company was great to work with. Despite being a busy holiday week, they stayed in communication with me to let me know how soon they could fix my rear window. Called and arrived promptly. Amanda was the installer and she did a fantastic job. Courteous, professional and answered all of my annoying questions with a smile.

Had Troy come to my work a couple days ago and install a new windshield. He was very professional and kind. My rear view mirror mount was cleanly applied, and my new windshield looks great. The staff was also courteous over the phone. Quoted $45 less than another popular shop.

Never answers the phone, doesnt return messages left, responds to email 3or4 days later. Works great if you want to take 12 days to schedule a windsheild replacement. Or just call a competitor and pay $3 more, and get a window same day.

I always use WMAG and theyre always on top of things. Very well priced and they come to you, it couldnt be any easier. Also the staff has always been very friendly and I have NEVER had a problem with them or their work!

My back window shattered on Christmas Eve. We called around & West Michigan auto glass was the first company that was open between the holiday weeks. They came out and replaced the glass. When I mentioned that I had full coverage auto insurance they seemed irritated, but my cost then lowered for me by $100. They guy left glass in my door and said it would eventually fall out(still hasn’t happened 6 months later; LIAR) The glass left in the door ruined the latch causing my interior light to stay on. I had to jump my car each time I drove it because of this. We tried to contact WMAG to resolve the issue only to get the runaround. We had to replace the latch and the battery. Sinking over $200 and lots of time into fixing the problem they caused. If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. DON’T use this company!

Fantastic service, prices and quality! The prices were better than the competitors and they came to me to swap the back window out of my truck... AND they did the job in a little more than an hour when everyone else required that I bring my truck to them and leave it for the day. Not only that but the new window looks just as good as if it came right out of the factory! Don’t go anywhere else! Friendly people!

If I could give this company lower than a 1 I would! First off the reason why I got a new windshield was because it would be cheaper to fix my seal that was broken. Ok, lets go for it! First attempt, the guy was standing on my hood hammering my windshield till it shattered! After all that, the seal wasnt replaced. They just glued it back on. Also, they glued it horribly on the inside. There was glue all over the inside of my windshield, he got glue all over the inside of my car and didnt bother to clean it all up. So as I was driving home I could hear wind inside the car. Why do you ask??? Because it wasnt sealed correctly. And then when I was checking the seal the seal was off the window. I could put my whole hand underneath the seal on both sides of the car! That was attempt one! Second attempt, they came and put ANOTHER new windshield on and still glued on the same seal, and it was still popping up. I told them 4 times! 4 TIMES! The reason why I got the new windshield was because of the seal!!!! How many times does it take to get a windshield done!?!?!? Youre telling me that youve been doing this for 30+ years, and youre giving me this 30+ years of work? Are you kidding me??? So, he says hes going to order another new seal out of his own pocket. Fine 3rd time better be a charm! NOPE!! It sure wasnt. He ordered the wrong seal, and refused to order me another one on his dime! I paid them $148 to do a windshield! A job that they are apparently supposed to know how to do. I had to have another company come in and fix it at the auto shop that I go to. They ended up sending the company the bill. So, he calls me to ask my why they received this bill. So I explained it to him, and I told him that I wanted my money back for 3 attempts to fix a windshield that you couldnt fix. His response Im not giving you your money back and paying this bill. I will give you your money back, but then youre going to have to take care of this bill! How dare you! NEVER AGAIN!
