My check engine light came on. Ive always taken it to the dealer, so I called the dealership and they couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. I called another Ford dealer, same thing. Took my car to an auto store to get a diagnostic report. My purge valve needed to be replaced. I learned this is a common problem for Ford vehicles and that there had even been recalls. Called the dealership back and they just told me to drive like that until I could get in. I called M&T and they also had a full schedule for a week out, but Dave listened to my problem and concerns and worked with me to get me in that day. They got my valve replaced and got me back on the road quickly. I drive a lot for work, so they literally saved the day for me. Im so grateful! Theyll get repeat business from me, as well as referrals. Highly recommend!

We have used them a few times for my husbands Jeep. But this past time, my husband was working, so all the communication was done through me on my husbands behalf; I was so pleasantly surprised. Being a woman getting work done in most industries can be frustrating. There have been multiple times where I will call and ask places for a quote, and its VERY different from the quote my husband will receive. This place was outstanding, I felt so comfortable talking to them, they did not talk down to me or make me feel stupid, they were amazing to work with, and the jeep feels brand new! I am so pleased with this place and we will be going back for all of our car needs! 10/10 recommend!

Very nice place, I had to buy two new (to us) cars, one for me and one for my wife. We live a few blocks from this place and didnt even know it was there. I decided to give them a call to see if they would check a car i was very interested in buying (10 Chevy Traverse). They guy on the phone tells me ot would be $30 for a full check, i was cool with it since any other place asked me at least $50.Once they checked the car and gave me a detailed list of things that it needed they didnt even charge me the $30 with the promise to give them my business in the future . I bought that car and didnt have any problem with it. I brought the car to get the things they told me to change and they charged a normal amount. I recommend this mechanic shop to anyone that is looking for a good trustworthy place where to bring your car.

My 19 year old son is a student at GV, was driving home from a guitar lesson and oil light went on. He called me and I googled the closest mechanic, this place had the best reviews. Not only did they fix his car quickly, they told him about a student discount. As a parent who is 3 hours away, it was nice to find a mechanic that was honest and fair and didnt take advantage of a teenager. You have added a repeat customer.

Personable employees. Immediate quotes. They will work with their suppliers and you for best price. Very professional work, which they stand behind. It’s a small shop with no waiting room, but they get right on it and the mechanic will call you if there’s any changes in repair as he works on it. That’s right! You speak to the person who’s working on your vehicle. Very easy to setup an appointment. I’ve been highly recommending them. At least they’ve done well for me. T& M is my go to vehicle, I have a van, service.

Hospitals are near capacity with covid-19 patients, and I did not see any employees wearing masks. This place is an absolute embarrassment to any public health measures being attempted.

These guys did a great job at a great price. My car had trouble about 150 miles from home, but I was extremely lucky it was near these guys. They were quick, smart in their diagnosis and very reasonably priced. It took a long time for me to find a good, trustworthy mechanic at home, I was very fortunate to find one on the road. The company I work for has just recently begun doing business with Dave at M & T and Im really impressed. We do a LOT of service on our vehicles and I couldnt be happier with our experience. They got our van in very quickly and diagnosed the problem, then got it repaired and returned to us for lots less than we expected. Well be using these folks again!

Highly knowledgeable & honest. Only place I am confident to leave my vehicles for repair. Started going here in 2013 when we needed a new engine in an Explorer. This was the only place (after calling at least 20 others) that would give a warranty on the engine. We had a Jasper engine put into the vehicle with a 3 year 100k warranty. Our son is still driving this with well over 200k milage. Honest, and fair pricing. Highly recommend

My truck started running very rough on my way home from work and these guys made time to look at it even though it was almost closing time. They diagnosed the problem and got me going again quickly and reasonably! Thank You very much!

This is the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair place. My wife called them with a vague description of a sound the motor was making. They were patient with her and listened to it with her to figure out what she was talking about. It turns out it was just the AC compressor engaging. They took time out of their busy day to explain what was happening and that it was nothing to worry about. Im certain they could have sold her blinker fluid if they wanted to but they were completely honest and didnt charge a dime. I will absolutely go back with any car repair from now on. Thanks M&T!

I have used M and T Auto Services Center a few different times. I trust them. They do a good job at a fair price. They have a short turn around time, fixed the issue and didnt sell or fix things that were not needed. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and after my experiences there, I will always recommend them. I have used a couple of other garages for things before I heard about them. I am 100% pleased with the work done there.

In addition to the great service (dropping me off and picking me up at my home while a multi-hour alignment was performed), they were quite open to answering questions and showing me the areas needing to be worked on. The price was quite reasonable (about $20 cheaper than what was quoted to me elsewhere).I learned a lot about my car and its servicing in my first visit to M & T, and they will probably be my first choice for any future mechanics work that I am not able to perform.

Unimpressed. They charged $80 for a diagnostic, came back as a simple part to fix. They wanted a 100% mark-up for the part, and $100 in labor, which took me twenty minutes to replace. A job they quoted as $400 cost $115 to complete myself. Plus their diagnosis, which I could have gotten done at autozone for free. Do not recommend.
