I went in to buy shoes. I did. And then I left. Id had already looked at the website, knew what I wanted. They said they had them, but they didnt. Still found shoes I liked. The staff was sorta helpful, but Im pretty sure that was to get rid of me. Everyone looked to be fourteen or fifteen. Wanted shoes, and I got shoes. Thats a win, right?

An absolutely fantastic place to shop safely! Finally a store that enforces their mask policy. I recently lost my mother to Covid-19, and came in to buy some new shoes for her funeral. While I was shopping, I witnessed members of management, stop a rather rude couple at the door. Management handled them professionally, but still turned them away for the safety of the other shoppers. Im glad to see that some businesses are taking this seriously, and are doing everything they can to slow the spread of this deadly virus. Thank you Shoe Carnival staff. Will definitely be back for more! :D

My wife picked up some new Fila sneakers and a pair of boots whith a heel. The boots $10 and the sneakers $39. Awesome sale prices.

Nathan was the rudest employee I have ever been waited on by. No people skills and complains about customers while they are in listening distance. Also... Misleading to customers to put full price shoes in the clearance rack and not discount them because they are only low stock. Wont be back.

Clean store, mostly reasonable pricing, friendly staff. Pushed the rewards on me, not too much but they did.

They always have good sales plus you can add up points for your next visit.

So this is the only location requiring masks why? Its not posted on the door and no other locations I went to were requiring masks. So Im not sure why the employee felt the need to tell my family and I to leave the store unless we have masks on....We will stick to our usual Grand Rapids location from now on as it seems this location does not cater to anyone with a medical problem preventing them from wearing masks 🤷‍♀️ sad.....how do you justify YELLING at a senior to put on a mask from ACROSS THE STORE! Staff are stuck up and unprofessional, I will NEVER return to this location it is NOT family friendly or welcoming at all.

I understand the new Covid guidelines but since my family has medical conditions we were discriminated against. Followed around like we were thieves and the big stocky manager that I spoke with didn’t even care. I will be calling the better business bureau for discrimination of my health condition. Feel free to reach out. I am a general manager of a business and this is just straight up discrimination and harassment and I will do everything in my power to get this right even if that means legal action. Absolute garbage service and calling out codes to follow my family and myself.

Normally find a good deal here. Right now its buy one get one 1/2 off through the store. A pair of cute winter boots for work and a pair for snowmegedeon for a $100, not bad

Social distancing is practiced though I did not see any cleaning being done. Did not have all the sizes needed for my friends son and finding staff was impossible unless you went up to the cashier.

This is a very nice and organized location. I dont remember the guys name that was working the register but he was great! He was very nice and understanding of my 89 year old grandma. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Not only was the service great but the store is very clean. Overall very happy with my visit. I will go there for all of my shoe needs!

The store was clean the upkeep was good. The staff was very friendly I had wish thered been a wider selection however I did get what I needed.

Got a pair of low top chucks for $20! I got another pair of shoes and my fiance got a pair as well. We ended up paying $75 for all 3. Not bad!

Found just what I wanted

Very nice staff really went out of there way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Will go there again for more shoes. Store was very clean everything was organized nicely no pressure shopping.

Glad they had the size my son wanted or I would have heard much complaining. Store was clean, bright and organized. Young man at the main counter made it very clear that he was annoyed about us returning some shoes. Later treated me like I was an idiot who didnt know how to buy something. The other guy stocking boxes was very friendly and helpful.

Rude employees, yell at you if you do not have a mask on. Walked out and wont be spending any money there. Some People cannot wear a mask.

Its alright for cheap shoes, not the best place for quality work boots/shoes or Air/Merllels.

The employee at store yelled across the store.for her to put her mask on or she could not be in the store. At least have the courtesy to go up.to her personally. Some older folks have breathing issues. It drew attention and was embarrassing

We were denied a sale on a particular pair of shoes because the employee did not change the tags. You would think they would honor it that one time but it wasnt because she didnt have enough time she just said she hasnt got around to it yet. But the employee was busy up front talking and just basically standing around instead of working. Maybe if she would have gotten to that it would have been done from my understanding it was a sale that ended a couple of days ago so it wasnt like it was the same day. Terrible place to go would never recommend it to anybody.

Upon entering the store we asked an associate to help us in measuring my daughters foot and helping size shoes. Spent 45 minutes in the store without a single associate acknowledging we were there. Customer service is not good at all at this location.

The buy one get one half off deal, is AWESOME! Prices are fairly fair anyways here, but who doesnt like a great deal? They have a good selection of mainstream brands (Nike, Sperry, Adidas) along with many others. Their sock selection is great too & of course theres usually always a deal on those too like buy two get one FREE! I had a great experience here the other day & found the shoes I wanted plus getting my son a pair as well. I would have easily spent over $100 at the mall or another department store but not at Shoe Carnival, a pair of Nikes & boots cost me $70! Woot.

Poor store policies. Required mask upon entry, which is unconstitutional. I will forever take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. My children and I were looking for shoes for each of them for about 30 minutes. Not one time did an employee offer to help up.Selection of sizes was just as bad. We had to go to the check out counter to see if they had other sizes available. All they did was offer to check other locations. They dont keep stock in the back?

This location has a great selection.As always with any Shoe Carnival we shop at the prices are decent and the experience never feels rushed or pressured.

Bad experience at this location. Then I got two right shoes not even the same size. Had to go back and turns out they didnt even have my size. Had to get them shipped. Surprised that I got free shipping. Waste of my gas. Would give a negative rating if possible.
