Went in on 08/13 evening...they made my life 100% better when I told them my kids needed shoes. It was awesome just letting them take over and they were very efficient and quick. My daughter who always loves to argue with me and is usually very indecisive about picking stuff out got a really nice pair of shoes, I was actually in shock because I didnt think she would end up getting any and my 6 year old loved the first pair of shoes the man brought for him he was very easy to please. They worked really hard on getting my 15 year old son shoes but because of his size and style preference it was not a winner. Felt bad but at least two of my kids got shoes. I highly recommend that you bring your kids to this place because they know what they are doing at this store and great humor along with it. We will come back for sure, and once my kids have everything they need for school I will get some for myself too!

I was in yesterday (12.29.20) and was helped by Hannah! She was so sweet and helpful and found me the perfect boots! The guy that was working with was very nice as well! Thanks for fitting me in my new favorite boots and finding me some comfy cozy socks! I will be back!

Yesterday (8/16/20)was my first and last time visiting this store. I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way, though I was the only person in the store- a white woman with her daughter came in a couple of minutes later, was greeted enthusiastically, and waited on! I was STILL not even greeted or acknowledged. I felt very insulted as a black woman. I calmly put down the shoes I was looking at, made direct eye contact with one of the young ladies in the store, who said absolutely nothing, and walked out. I have posted my experience on social media, and it is being shared - I have also sent a communication to the corporate office. This behavior is disgusting and unacceptable in 2020!

Every part of my experience was great, I came in just before closing and the very kind employees stayed late answering all my questions and helping me try on shoes. I would rate 10 out of 10 if possible. Love the high quality experience and shoes keep up the great work.

I had a great experience at Tradehome. I was looking for a very specific shoe (the Brooks Beast 18), and Tradehome was one of the few stores in the area listed on the manufacturers website as stocking it. I called and spoke with Mitchell, who was super friendly and confirmed they had the shoe in stock in both of the sizes I was torn between. I told him I would likely be in shortly, and when I got to the store, they had actually set both pairs aside for me already. Mitchell was busy, so someone else (whose name I didnt catch) helped me. He was also quite friendly, and helped me try both pairs on and guided me toward which pair fit better. Less than 5 minutes later, I was walking out of the store, shoes in hand. There are few things I appreciate more than a professional, streamlined shopping experience, and thats exactly what I got here.

I stopped in not even mentioning I was in a rush but noting that I needed new boots for work and Megan quickly got an impressive range of products I may have been interested in. These guys answered all my questions and helped me out a great deal.

Beware! Business owner rude to customers returning tradehome shoe products purchased at other locations. You will be given attitude and shot grimacing looks. As the owner, youd think of every person as a potential customer especially with 25 years XP!!Go to Woodland mall or other location if you want to purchase products.

I’ve been looking at getting some Chacos recently, so I went into the store to try on some as they’re one of few Stores in the area that have them in stock. Upon coming into the store I was immediately approached to ask if I needed help, and told the employee I was hoping to try on some Chaco sizes as I was hoping to custom order some. A manager/sales lead then stepped in asking if I was planning on ording them online to which I replied yes.Instead of showing me the options they had in store and letting me try on some different sizes, the manager said, “If I know you’re not going to purchase them here or online I won’t have my employees help you with anything.” Despite being a reseller of the shoe, they refused to help me because I simply stated I was thinking about purchasing some online.Working in customer service and sales for 5+ years now, even if a customer isn’t looking to make a purchase with us upon coming into the store, I am still happy to help them and answer their questions. Even if they aren’t looking to purchase that day or even purchase elsewhere I do so because I’m representing a company and know that good customer service can help change somebody’s mind.This location had awful customer service, extremely pushy sales staff, and is not a place I wish to shop. If I had better service, maybe I would’ve though about purchasing, but refusing to give service to a customer within 30 seconds of walking into the store is just unacceptable. If you’re looking to purchase chacos, or any shoes for that matter— take your business elsewhere.

Awful, will not return. I originally went in looking for a gift for my sister. I got sidetracked when I saw they had Bog boots for children, which I had been looking for as well. Since I had been waiting for a time that she could try them on in order to purchase them, and we were in no hurry, I thought she could try the Bog boots on and we could see how they felt on her. The associate fit her for them, and went and pulled her size. They only offered one color in the Bog boot in her size, which she wasnt really fond of. I had her try them on anyway because I wanted to see what size fit her the best since I knew Id eventually get her a pair of the Bog boots. After telling the associate I was stuck on the Bog brand (Id been researching them and we had tried many other options that she had torn through already), we decided we would wait because she didnt like the color. He proceeded to yank the boots off the chair next to her where she had placed them and tell me in a condescending tone Well good luck on that search because we are the only ones that carry them. Knowing that was complete bologna (I can order them online and Cabelas carries them) I waited for her to put her other shoe back on and we left. I will never return to be guilted into a purchase and I never did look for that gift for my sister. I also tried to contact the management about this ordeal. They never got back to me, although they claim to be focused on customer service on their website. I disagree.

I have been in this store on 7 occasions, only to be disappointed, they never have the sizes that I am looking for, but I am reassured they will be in on Wednesday their next delivery date. As a matter of fact on my Wednesday returns to the store,again they do not have sizes that I need,as I am a common size 8.5.I will not be visiting this store again and I do not recommend.
