Good selection and pricing. Depends on the month. Staff was helpful, but not as engaged. But it makes sense. If I need help, I will ask. Hate when people ask and appear to be watching you. Enjoyed my freedom to shop as a customer.

Horrible store staff!!! She must be the store manager, because she had such bad attitudes. I was at the store in Rivertown crossing mall with my friends. We all tried on a jacket, later purchased 4 jackets. My husband went to try hats on. She came up to us and said I spent 3 hrs sorting these hats. Hopefully nobody mess them up.My husband gave her the hat that he didnt want to purchase. She took the hat and threw it on the counter where the cash registers are with attitude .Dear Champs Sports! There is a reason you guys are going out of business. I have never been to retail stores where they dont like customers to go through their merchandise. Beside, we didnt left her with a mess. It is her job and the staffs to make sure merchandise area sorting nice and neat!

Champs is the best shoe store ever.. I am a single mother and the rewards system they have is the best... Working customer service does not always mean they are friendly.. BUT the way I have been treated by these employees have kept me a loyal customer for about 5 yrs..

Selection is ok. Not very keen on the staff however. Never get greeted, then when they do speak to me, they talk to you like you are uneducated.
