This Biggby is my favorite! The staff is so nice specially the girl at the window!

It pains me to have to write this review. I love Biggby and I frequent this location because I work right around the corner. It is insane how slow the drive through is. I can go to Starbucks with more cars in line and still get out in a quarter of the time. I went last Friday and pulled in line at 9:34 with maybe 6 cars and I didn’t pull out until 10:10 which made me late for work. I was hoping that they were just randomly understaffed that day because that is the worst I’ve ever seen it but my coworker went to get us both coffee today and pulled in at 9:27 and didn’t leave until around the same time 10:10. They left her sitting at the window so long (about 10 minutes) that she had to call the store to see if they had forgotten about her. With the constant price increases you’d think you would get better service. I don’t know if it’s management, being understaffed, or just straight up lazy employees but this location needs to get it together.

Laziest baristas in the corporation, they hardly ever put sleeves on hot coffees and when you get a drink that requires a straw the customer has to ask for the straw most of the time. Every time I’ve had to go inside to get something the staff is either sitting down or playing on their phones and not paying attention to customers or making drinks which is why they’re so slow. Management should be replaced if they can’t handle keeping their employees productive or their customers satisfied.

The slowest biggby ever. It is drive thru only currenly (nbd), but I was the only person in line and waited about 14 min to get my iced coffee w soy milk. Very very simple drink. Partly why it took so long is that 3 or 4 cars pulled in behind me and the worker took all their orders before greeting me at the window and then still very slowly gave me my change and drink. Slowest service for no reason

This is the worst Biggby I’ve been to. The drinks are inconsistent and they have the longest drive through wait. I pulled into the line today at 9:27 with about 5-6 cars in line and didn’t get out of line until 10:12. The person in front of me was at the window for so long with no service that they just pulled away. I was up at the window for about 10 minutes with no service so I had to call the store to see if they forgot about me. When they brought me my items they tried to say they had a group of 20 people come in which could be true but also could have been a cover but regardless I’ve never heard of people inside the store getting service before drive through. They also didn’t discount anything and made me pay full price for everything. Worst service ever.

Definitely a change from dunkin and Starbucks. Thank you. Really enjoy Michigan coffee.

This is by far the worlds slowest Biggby, I waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive-through and not one car left, it didn’t even move. This is a common problem at this location I don’t know if it’s the level of training or understaffed but you would think you could at least get one car’s order done in 15 minutes

Been an everyday BIGGBY coffee drinker for years, but this location is THE slowest. I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drivethru. I love their coffee and I can’t complain about the coffee, but the wait time makes it hard to seem worth it! If they improved wait time, they’d keep a lot more customers!

This location had the most amazing service a few years back and now that there’s new staff, things have changed. No matter the time of day I visit, I wait no less than 10 minutes for a simple coffee. Idk what the old employees did that these ones can’t get the hang of but it’s a bummer. I used to really love this place. I hope one day they’re able to figure out a way to move more efficiently and quickly.

I have been to this location numerous times and the service is ridiculously slow. Either it’s severely understaffed or they need more people working in the mornings.

The service here is always great! Even on days they are busy, they always have a smile.Plus- they are always so sweet to give her the pup cup of whip cream. When I pull in the driveway she gets SO EXCITED!

I cant tell you how many times Ive been here and received amazing excellent service. Great atmosphere!

Staff is okay, love the coffee

One of the better locations of BIGGBY in town. Lots of good indoor seating and a few outdoor tables. You dont feel crammed in like other small locations. The outlets outside were broke on my last visit which shorter my stay. Baristas are always really friendly. The subway inside the same location is closed permanently I think.

Convenient for my drive from GR to Grandville. Definitely a frequent stop.

First visit, staff was helpful answering my questions and friendly. I will go again.

I am Biggbys biggest fan, but each time I use this location, Im in the drive thru for what seems like an eternity. I dont know if they are extremely short staffed or what🤷🏻‍♀️

This location is always busy, but the staff is friendly and professional. Also, the lattes and bagel sandwiches are fantastic. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

I always go to this bigby, its right down the road from my house. All staff in the window drive thru are so friendly! Always smiling, fast and great greetings. Thank you bigby coffee and staff for keeping me going during the day!

They always seem short staffed. Short staffed to the point that if you arent the only car in the drive-thru, you should expect to wait at least 15 minutes to get your order... Even if there is only one car in front of you. The quality of the drinks are still good, just very slow.

Pretty slow service. I think I waited in more than one occasion over 30 minutes in line in the drive through. The coffee and food are alright, but dont go if you need to be at work on time.

I love this place stop there on my way home often. My only thing is I wish they were open later for the 3rd shift people.

Amazing... i could hear her clearly because other places i would have hard time hearing them.. i have hearing aids and for this place i could hear her clearly.

First time trying biggby coffee and I love it! The cashier in the drive thru took care of my coffee due to a wait in line but I very much appreciated it!!!

They have never messed my orders BUT every time I go in they are always playing around, laughing, talking to each other on the intercom. Its like they are high School kids, all of them. Yes its great if you can work in a nice environment and you can like or I love you your job bit this is a business and you as workers are in the public eye and you need to learn customer service!

I go to this Biggby often before work and the staff is always very friendly. However, today they went above and beyond. I went to get coffee and a bagel before work today and the girl working the drive through was very enthusiastic, saying she loved my order and couldn’t wait to see me at the window. When I got to the window another man was working there, and they gave me a large drink for no upcharge, and they wrote me a note on my bag that read “You’re the biggby best! ❤️ - Your AM Biggby Crew” The staff truly exceeded all expectations I had and this experience absolutely made my morning. Thank you to everyone at biggby!!

I got the frozen caramel apple cider which i was so looking forward to all summer. I love this drink specially with some whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.

I only get one drink at bigby for the past six years. Same order every time. Being the only car in the drive thru, they messed up both drink orders and the girl that handed me the items had an attitude, told me I was wrong about the drink and screamed (after walking away from the window). When she brought the correct drink and I handed her the wrong one, she just let it drop and said oh well. Im very sorry youre having a bad day, but that was very unprofessional and discomforting for me and my girlfriend..

Amazing employees who go out of their way to make customers happy. I’m pleased to say this is a frequent place for me to come multiple times a week!

Raw cookies and burnt coffee are not what I hope to enjoy at a coffee shop. They quickly fixed the problem but the place was a mess.

I go to this location often because I work right down the road. They tend to be very slow but from what I’ve noticed it looks like they are understaffed. They have never really messed up my order too bad but this morning I got an everything bagel with sausage and cheese and a grande iced teddy bear. My sandwich came with egg on a English muffin and my drink tastes like it had absolutely no flavoring in it, it’s just very strong espresso. The employees are always very pleasant and very nice but for the amount of time I wait in line it would be nice to get what I’m paying for.

Good coffee and Easy in and out. Staff is always friendly and you get quick service. Watch for coupon deals in the paper and mailers because they can really make a difference.

Quick and efficient service.

Being from out-of-state, I met a friend here to visit. The service was timely, workers friendly and the coffee hot and delicious. The atmosphere was such that you could tell the employees genuinely liked where they working, who they were working with AND for. A rarity, and so nice to have such a positivity from the people who make your drinks! Cannot recommend this spot enough. If youre ever in the Holland area, come here to catch up with friends, on a date night or to get some work done or study. Would give this place TEN stars if I could!!

The staff is sooooo friendly and sweet! Anytime we come through with our dog they offer him treats. Great service!

Others Biggbys make quite a lot of things dairy-free if requested. This one wouldnt even take the time to work with me on making things dairy free. They seemed extremely rushed and rude. Just told me that has dairy in it etc.Extremely dissapointed.

Whats not to like about coffee.

I used to come here but then the service started declining, they were under new management that didnt accept mobile coupons (its 2017 lets get paperless people!) And the lattes started tasting worse. I stopped coming and now I go to the one on 28th st in Wyoming. A much more positive atmosphere and great tasting drinks

During Construction when the drive thru is closed, it is not very business savvy to only have 2 Baristas behind the counter. The back up and excuses were ridiculous and decided to ask for cups and grab regular coffee instead of waiting longer....customer service and quality has gone downhill. Sorry to see this happen.

I was the only one in the drive thru, it took almost 15 minutes for 2 lattes. 😳 the gal at the drive thru disappeared and when we did get our drinks, she gave no apologies or explanations! I will not be returning to this particular Biggby.

I usually love this location. Waited 28 minutes today and then had to leave without my order. When I pulled out, cars were lined up out of the drive thru.

First time going to this biggby, waited 10 minutes to be served by a new employee who didnt know the menu, there was no one in line either. Then waited another 10 minutes for my drink only to have them mess it up and have to wait for a new one. These employees need to be more experienced and knowledgeable before being left on their own.

Biggby:Please recognize Trinton, your amazing barista for the social skills, compassion, kindness and love that this person exemplifies.Trinton has become like family to me (because of how many times I frequent this location) and even though I always mess the name up, Trinton is always so light hearted and smiling.All of your baristas are this location are spectacular, I just wish I knew all their names to give each one of them credit.I’m always greeted with smiles and great recommendations and beautiful conversations.But the barista who stands out the most will definitely be Trinton.Also, if you’re reading this review people, treat everyone with kindness ❤️

I love coming here, usually go through the drive thru, but went inside one day last week. While waiting for my coffee, I noticed the employee working the register was handling money with a pair of gloves on. After taking a couple orders, she continued preparing food with the exact pair on. I asked to talk to a manager about it, come to find out, she was the manager. That is disgusting and unsanitary..

Still love this coffee place used to buy a lot of coffee from them however these days I dont go there as much as I used to do to my banker shifting to a different job at a different bank well still love checking out that coffee shop however its disappointing that Subway is not there anymore hopefully when they do put a new sub place its a sub place that can reflect Grandville neighborhood and bring more of a unique flare to the neighborhood hopefully it ends up elevating the neighborhood even further to success still love Biggby

I would give 5 stars, coffee is good, but the price is ridiculous. $5 for a small mocha?!?!?! Starbucks isnt that expensive, and I want to support a local company, but I just cant afford to pay that much for small cup of mocha!

Greate atmosphere, I like the location.

The drinks are good but the drive thru was extremely slow, far slower than one should expect from what is supposed to be an expedient and convenient experience. The prices also are higher than necessary, but then again this is a luxury which they have every right to charge for at a high price point.
