I was soooo impressed with the staff here! We brought my 4 year old in for his birthday and immediately upon entering, the woman who greeted us was so kind and friendly. They really engaged with my son and made it memorable. Thank you so much. Highly recommend and will be back with my daughter when she’s old enough!

My husband and I bought our kids and our friends kids this afternoon and we had a great experience. Each of them picked out their own bears, clothes, and they did recordings. Izzy went above and beyond to make sure the kids all had fun. We left with some very happy kiddos!

I love this Build-A-Bear, Ive been coming here since I was a child and now I bring my little sister and my fiancee. The service is always amazing, the women that work there are some of the nicest people youll meet.

Brought my daughter in today and they made it a fun experience for her.

I got Light Fury from How To Train Your Dragon, and the Harry Potter Hufflepuff cloak and scarf for her. The staff is extremely friendly and engaging. My sister got an Elsa bear, and her son got a Minion.

Kids can watch as their little fur friend they picked out get stuffed and then the kids can bathe it and if mom and dad can afford it, buy a little outfit for their fur friend to make it come alive. Ive been there so many times, received a couple of bears for gifts, so parents, that means its not just for kids. Customer service is awesome. I love BAB especially for birthdays. Your child can also name their fur friend and get a birth certificate. Have fun shopping and picking out your childs next fur buddy.

The staff at Build-A-Bear helped my son pick out the perfect sleeping buddy. After our dog chewed up his favorite one I brought him in to get another one and the staff was so kind they helped him pick out the perfect teddy bear. All of the cute stuff they do when youre making your bear makes the experience memorable. He sure loves his bear!

Its always a good experience at this BAB! On our last trip we had forgotten our sons birth certificate for his bear. A call later and they offered to send it so we didnt have to make a trip back. Jenni specifically was awesome when I took one of the girls for their birthday bear.

I would recommend this place to anybody, coworkers are so kind and sweet so generous when I went in making a bear I am older but they never questioned it... one employee really stood out to me during my visit her name was Hannah i believe, she was so welcoming and she gave me really good advice for the reason I was making my bear, she was easy to talk to and was nonjudgmental for my reasoning which I respected so much. If I were that girls store director I’d give her a raise or a lead role. Thank you Hannah for making my experience great.

The girls (wish I got their names) that were working here last night had amazing customer service. I came in right before close with my one year old and they exceeded my expectations. Not only was one making the bear and ringing me up but the other girl was playing with my son who would not let me hold him. We will be stopping back in for some bear clothes tomorrow. ❤️

We love coming here. The lines may be a little ling for the summer 2018 because they have an online coupon for $15 off any bear, some bears are as cheap as $12 making them free. Also the birthday bears are a huge deal as well, making the price of the bear as much as the age of the birthday kid. My daughter was 2 so her bear was $2. We waited an hour before getting to the front of the store. I also tried to call ahead to see and their phones were not being picked up by any employees. I found that to be aggravating. Once done we total spend $7 and 2 hours for 2 bears. Hoping they can be more helpful in the future and at least take phone calls for customers to let them know the wait is long.

I received a ticket valid for 2 pay your age, but I have 4 little kids. I contacted built a bear support team telling them the situation they put me through, an automatic email said that they received my email and they will get back to me soon. It has been more than a week and they have not returned my email. What a disappointment!

Took 4 year old. Staff is super friendly and interactive with my little princess she was very comfortable and enjoyed it! 100% recommend this location.

My daughter got a gift card for Christmas so we went to spend it. Im so upset I cannot remeber the girls name because she was amazing! My daughter is four and chose a cat to build. She totally got into her world of imagination with great expression. I wish employees everywhere gave it their all like she did that day!

Not impressed! We went in for a birthday bear for my son, but they were all out of birthday bears and probably about 10 other bears. I guess we picked a bad day to visit. And they didnt even offer anything else special for his birthday, even though thats the whole reason we came. So we ended up buying a different bear and paying a lot more for it since we told our son we were doing this special thing for him. Its expensive and the bears are only cool if you can buy the accessories for them, but then you end up spending about $50. I probably wont ever visit Build a Bear again. It was a disappointing experience for my family and a rip off.

We had a wonderful time getting all of my boys birthday bears! They were quick and awesome with my boys even on a Saturday.
