Very nice store.. very near Metro Hospital.

I go there all the time and always get excellent service and sometimes most of everyone who was in there working is doing more than one persons job and they are excellent and always awesome.

Very nice associates; great pharmacy, prices are higher than the local Meijer but the convenience and the quick in and out for your “short” grocery list is worth it

You can get in and out very quickly compared to other grocery stores in the area. Plus, they have a great deli/bakery.

I bought some Sushi 🍣 it was the Chefs Special. I Loved it! I took my Elderly Aunt, she loves Family Fare. But their prices are higher than Meijers. Hence the 4 out 5.

Good atmosphere and helpful staff. Could have more diversified products that other stores in the area have.

Husband likes the Our family diet cola for work but thats the one flavor they stock the least.

Hard to find things and small selection, but good for a quick trip.

I can remember a time when your groceries were packed with grace and not tossed like trash. I hate to spend money and self check out but I guess thats what Ill have to do.

They dont take responsibility for the lotto machine that ate my money.But the store is great.

All the staff are very nice. Especially the young woman at the gas station. I didnt catch her name but, she had short hair and glasses, and very cute. She went above and beyond both visits to help me out finding something. Prices and products dont matter as much as nice and helpful employees and this store and accompanying gas station has both in spades.

After Burlingames FastLane shopper kept botching our orders, and never texting us about out of stocks which we could then ask for substitute items so we could complete our meals (which also help add to the total of the bill) we switched to Grandville. Just went to make dinner and look at what the FastLane shopped for us.... If going to travel over to this side of town, may as well just shop Meijer; over Spartan stores...

I so appreciate this store. I hate going to the all under one roof stores. F.F. is ideal if youre like me and just want to get your groceries and be done!

It was family friendly. They help you out if you dont have a yes card for the discounted prices. Granted thats prolly due to the poimts they get off you. Decent selection of product though shelves were a bit disorganized.

Convenient close to my home, however the bottle machines are filthy and not working properly. The employees dont seem too happy. Hmmm

There are never more than three people working here at any given time. The customer service counter is always closed. If the bottle return is full or you need assistance with anything else forget about it, neither of the employees have any time for it.

Mainly go there for prescriptions. Insurance doesnt cover Walgreens anymore. If I want a grocery store to get in and out if Im in a hurry Family Fare is where I go. They have a Starbucks inside

Come here often when I dont feel like dealing with the crowds at Meijer. Really like the remodel, seem to carry anything you could need. Autumn who works the customer service is the best employee. She is super helpful and always has a smile on her face. The lines can get pretty long but nowadays that is to be expected. Having a Starbucks is a nice convenience as well.

I posted my disappointment over their lack of needed items! I was In the store the next week and there most of the items were! I just wish they could order items before the customer asks for them. I am happy tho with the friendly and helpful staff!

Some items are super easy to find, but others take forever. You know where they should be but you just cant find them. Friendly staff and always clean store.

Good store to do shopping and good produce

Many shevles r mant times empty & one entrance hampers social distancing. Family Fare is not providing good behaviors for patrons. Also one entrance is poor choice for best practices when sanitizing stations are at doors of the only entrance & exit. I will greatly limit my stops at Family Fare.

A very well organized, clean, and well ran store, the employees are always courteous and professional, they work hard to bring us the shopper a good shopping experience so I appreciate all of them. The selection is really good considering they are not a mega store. I appreciate the effort they put forward.

The shelves have been a little empty lately. Overall its a get in, get out experience and I like that.

Im a little biased, but I like that this store is closer to my home than either Meijer nearby. Not only that but its typically very clean and they update their image every few years. The store doesnt seem to have a high turnover with their employees so it seems like a very good store overall!

I get doughnuts here sometimes before tournaments at my high school, awesome service and a great Starbucks. Good for full grocery shopping trips or just to grab a gallon of milk, lines are never too long and people there are nice

This store was very clean, price looked nice, people were very friendly, they didnt have a big variety of hard ciders to choose from which was disappointing.I didnt go far through the store as I was just grabbing a couple items. I would go back and I would recommend the store.

I prefer shopping family fare for most of my groceries. The meat by far is better. Produce is excellent. If there is a name brand on sale, I will shop any store that has it on sale but freshness is the key here for other food.

First visit to this location and actually my first visit to this chain. This location during my visit was clean and I was able to use the self checkout and leave quickly. I have no complaints.

I stopped by to purchase some seedless red grapes that was on sale... I decided to look around when I spotted the swedish meatballs sauce that Ive been looking for around town but had no luck finding any at the major box stores... So I purchased 6 packs of them so I will have them for a while .. Thank you Family Fare out in Grandville...

This place has little to no service! The place was pretty dead when I got there, so I thought there would be plenty of employees to help me. I went to the meat counter and no one attended to me for 3-4 minutes. No one came until I walked back behind the meat counter and shouted. Will not be back. The Family Fare on Byron Center Rd. has very good service.

Fastlane is the best purchase Ive ever made. Using it at this Grandville location is especially great. I can order things I need for dinner and kids lunch and pick up a few hours later on my way home. They go out of their way to get everything on your list and make sure to text or call if they have any questions. I just use the app and order right on my phone!

If youre looking for steaks, skip here as the selection is laughable. Was once a great D&W, but gets trashier every year. Even Walmart is better.

The service was incredible.I lost my keys and the manager and worker there (I forgot their names. Two women around 9:30pm on 11/16) helped me until I found them. They didn’t hesitate to help and I really appreciated it during this frustrating situation. Will definitely be returning on the service alone.

Family Fare is good for their short checkout lines and a less crowded shopping atmosphere. However a few blocks away there are additional grocery stores with better prices on the same exact products.

Employees are friendly and the store is a convenient size.

I usually shop at the larger supermarkets in town, because a lot of times I need more than just groceries & figured they were less expensive, but I happened to stop at Family Fare the other day. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I saved with their YES CARD! But what I was most impressed with was their customer service! I forgot how nice it is to have your groceries bagged by an actual bagger and not having to rush to get everything on the belt so you can get everything off the spinning bag receptical at those larger stores. I could actually concentrate on working with the cashier and paying my bill. It is the little things in this high tech world that make such a difference! Personal touch and real customer service! :)
