Cashier was HORRIBLY RUDE. Snotty about coupons. If you have 10 people in your posse and 2 coupons, dont expect this lady to honor more than the 1 coupon per customer rule. Thankfully her manager allowed her to make an exception this time. I guess I should feel lucky this is the only place in the mall to get a drink. Wait, what? There are other businesses who want me to buy their stuff? Anyway...Then, she literally did not allow me to place a tip on my credit card, after I specifically asked if I could place a tip on my credit card! Oh well, I guess deep down she knew what kind of tip she deserved.Save yourself some anxiety, and visit 1 of the other hundred establishments in the Rivertown Food Court.

They didnt have any food other than ice cream at the location in the RiverTown Mall. I couldnt get any of the cool $5 meals ice all on the commercials and I couldnt try anything but any other desserts. Was disappointed but the ice cream was still amazing as always.

On December 15th at 4:15 I went to the DQ at river town crossing and was waiting in line for a while. I wasnt that mad tho because there was one guy working by himself and he looked a bit flustered. Then a women came out of the back and Rudely asked me if my order was already taken. I said no and she said that I need to stand right in front of the register if I want my order to be taken. Then she didnt say anything when I said thank you after she gave me the change. She also didnt give me a receipt. She was very rude the entire time I was there. I will not be buying from the DQ ever again.

Just giving DQ a good review because Im not a jerk. They arnt the best but are good.

I dont know if its because its located in the mall or what, but the prices are significantly higher than a DQ on the street. Actually, I do know the answer to that: because its in the mall.

I wish they would extend their Sunday hours.
