Each delicious dessert takes at least 2 minutes to make, so be prepared for a potential wait; that being said, the wait was totally worth it. Ice cream was delicious, and they have tons of toppings and add-ins. It is a bit pricey, it cost 50 cents extra just to add a single donut, but well worth it for a tasty treat!

Exactly what Grand Rapids needed! Such a fun experience and the flavors are great. I stop in every time I go to Rivertown now. Would recommend!

This is an OK ice cream cart in the middle of Rivertown Mall. You are paying more for the experience and photo opportunity than taste & value. Its cool to watch how they take liquid cream and turn it into ice cream over a cold surface; however, the taste for the price isnt anything special. Fun to try but wouldnt do again. Would rather hit up Coldstone or Dairy Queen for more quality/flavorful ice cream options at reasonable prices.

My family and I were blown away by not only the awesome product but the stellar service! Merriam helped us and many others while we visited. At one point she had 10 or more bowls lined up and a couple people waiting to order on top of it. We waited a bit but we were so impressed with her attention to detail and courteous customer service that we didnt mind one bit!

The mint ice cream is refreshing. I enjoyed watching them roll the ice cream almost as much as I enjoyed eating it. The two employees behind the counter were kind and helpful, assisting a blind woman by describing the options. They are located outside Sears on the lower level.

Neat idea but over priced. The ice cream wasnt very creamy Similar to what would happen If you didnt use actual cream to make ice cream. Basically if you want the add in ice cream experience and want good ice cream go to cold stone, if you want a neat Instagram post this will give you that.

Amazing ice cream that comes with a show. The flavors are crazy good, a flavor blast once you taste it. I always bring family and friends here when they visit.

Looked cool but service was AWFUL. it took the girl a couple minutes before even speaking to us because she was on the phone. the whole time while making our order, she talked on the phone. the WHOLE time. not only that, but she was on her phone with her gloves on. ice cream tasted decent, not good enough for $6.25. the appearance is better than the actual taste, as there is little to no taste at all

What a cool place! If you want to have a unique ice cream experience Hibachi Creamery is where you need to go. It is in Rivertown Mall in Grandville Michigan just outside the entrance to Sears. Faten the owner and her brother in law Gab were so kind. They love what they do and are anxious to share this unique way of preparing ice cream with you.

This restaurant deserves a five-star rating, this person knows who she is, Im gonna put her first letter in her name, (M) You are the best server in this restaurant, you deserve an award so for that I give you five stars.

It was soo pretty, but it was pretty much flavorless. Super disappointed when I took my first bite...

My son wanted to treat me to ice cream. But young man said they were closed and its just 826.

Took over an hour to get 4 cups and half of them were not what we ordered.
