I have been storing my belongings here for quite a while now, the facility is always clean and cared for. Heather does an amazing job at keeping this place running.

I didn’t want a storage unit, but circumstances forced me to get one. Heather made the process super easy. Also it’s a 90+ degree day out and I know my stuff is much safer in the climate controlled unit then it would be in my garage or some other storage place. Thank you!

Good prices for climate controlled storage. Indoor space for loading and unloading is convenient when people dont just park there for extended periods of time. I wish the climate control had lower humidity. I dont trust it with anything that is sensitive to humidity.

Have used the service less than a month, but so far, so good! I enjoy the flexibility of coming and going, even on holidays. Appreciate the indoor unloading option! Also appreciate dollies, carts, and pallet jacks available to use at the facility. Finally, thank you for taking the time to make sure I understand all fees associated with your storage rental!

Absolutely LOVE this self storage! Pat Polk is the best!! The facility is extremely clean, very well maintained, easily accessible, conveniently located, very affordable and the inside unloading area and pull carts make unloading a breeze. I havent been renting for very long, but so far, Im loving it!

I decided to rent a storage for my grandson that attends Grandvalley State University instead of lugging all those items back home just to have to take them right back in August..Well the two women that run the place were so Pleasant and Professional the place was extremely clean and its about 15 mins. From his school.The only negative thing I have to say falls on me for waiting until the last minute to get the storage and all of the small units were taking so we had to go with a bigger unit. This is my first experience I know it will not be my last. one year down three more to go.

Very friendly and well priced. The facility is comfortable. Everyone seems to be happy with the work environment witch produces great work ethic and satisfied clients.

I have rented 2 different units from here over the last 5 years. During that time they have had numerous name changes, policy changes, and not to mention my 10x10 unit started at $79/month and is now all the way up to $180 (all within a year). This also includes insurance costs, which we never were originally required to have. I also went uninsured for about a year because even though management had my email address, she told me they just never sent the information to me declaring things changed. In the past few months since it’s changed to S.R.O.A I have had absolutely horrible service. Not to mention the phone system and phone numbers to call and get ahold of the property manger never ever work. Although of course it works to pay my bill. You have absolutely lost my business. This multiple instances of having to sit on the phone for 45 minutes trying to reach someone is absolutely unnecessary. I’m tired of it. I just told them I was switching units & then told them WHY.......they offered me nothing. What an absolute joke. Never ever ever store here. Mini storage depot just opened in Grandville down the road. We are moving there and our monthly price is $89 instead of $180!!EVERYTHING changed when Pat left. She was an absolute delight.

I love this place, its neat and organized. The only complaint i have is the garage unloading area. There is only one way in tucked into a corner, and only fits one car at a time with room inside for two cars to unload at a time. Its a little frustrating to have to wait on people to leave until you can get in with your own stuff.

Loved the GM! The storage is perfect! You pick up your belongings the same way you dropped them off!
