I worked with Eric to switch my service from T Mobil/Sprint and he was wonderful. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us select a plan and phones that best suited our needs. He was able to help us complete the switch with the least amount of financial impact to us as possible, which was the most helpful part. The process went quickly and smoothly. I went into this Verizon location with my husband and MIL, and two of us were upgrading phones and I was switching carries to be added to their family plan. We entered the store and Becca greeted us and from there she took care of everything. She ported my phone number, she set up our new phones, she put on the cases and protective screens. We were there over an hour! It was like full concierge service and Becca did it while being incredibly personable and so kind. I was never treated this well with my old carrier and had been with them 10+ years. Huge thank you to Becca for being so knowledgeable as well as just being a wonderful human being to work with. You are great at what you do.

I came here for help with transferring my information from my old phone to my new one and Eric helped me with the whole process. He made sure that my emails texts pictures and contacts all came over to my new device. He even showed me how to use my new device. If that wasnt enough, when I couldnt find my return label to ship back my device. He found it in my email and printed it at the store for me. He even packaged and labeled the package for me. Customer service at this place is a huge help.

I went in last week to switch my service to Verizon and upgrade to a new phone. I was very impressed with Noah and his knowledge and sales etiquette. I have been in the sales/service industry for almost 10 years so I recognize that this young man showed exemplary professionalism and patience throughout the process of serving me, which took a little over two hours. Noah will go on to be very successful, and the granger Verizon location is lucky to have him as their service rep.

This Verizon is awesome! I had to upgrade my phone because my old one was power cycling and wouldnt work anymore. Joey was so extremely sweet and helped me with everything along the way even when I didnt like the first new phone I got. Ended up getting the s10e tonight & Im extremely happy with it. The guys here dont act like your typical stuck up Verizon guys & they dont push sales. Everyone I talked to was nice and they made sure I was happy.Bottom line: GO SEE JOEY!!! He is absolutely wonderful you will not be disappointed!

They were knowledgeable, helpful and thorough at the store but Verizon doesnt seem to offer a good selection of phones that work with their prepaid plans, even being willing to buy the phone up front. After looking through the postpaid plans to get a better phone I decided the plan was too hard to understand.

I, personally, have not had a good experience with The Cellular Connection in the past. Their sales team seems to be the epitome of the Pushy Salesman rhetoric.However, my visit to this particular branch was nothing less than admirable. The attendant who serviced me was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful regarding my situation. Additionally, the other service associate that was present at the time seemed to be at least half an hour into working with another customer and continued to assist them even after I left. This is, in fact, a positive point, as the customer was older and needed assistance in setting up every part of their new phone. The associate seemed more than happy to provide the assistance and walked them through every step of the process.

Service beyond compare anywhere! That is how I could describe the person Jared Ross who has assisted me in purchasing, technical support & follow up. Have referred many people & am extremely satisfied !
