Need to update there hours on website, pharmacy said open at 9am but they dont open till 10am. Now just waiting here till it opens .

Waited in the line for over an hour for a scheduled covid test. What is the point of setting a time. Every time I go to the drive through it’s a nightmare!!!!

Its a CVS, they fill subscriptions, and have handy things for the last minute shopper. Examples being Cards, holiday knick-knack gifts, baby, beauty, pharmacy and some food.

My experience at the pharmacy was fine. My experience at the front desk was both hostile and extremely rude. I have been shopping here for as long as the store as been in this location and I have never been treated in such a manner. I accidentally chose the wrong milk and the cashier became indignant, dismissive and condescending. She needs some lessons in customer service.

CVS pharmacy is evil. After their auto refill didnt go through and I found out that the day they said they were ready was when it didnt work. Then, the person on the phone gave THE lamest Im sorry and kept saying that she understood. All very scripted and generic. The second lady I spoke to was helpful and it was my Doctors fault it didnt go through. Then by the time I found that out it was after 5 and the office was closed. But the pharmacist I talked to later would not give me emergency supplies even though it is at their discretion to give out. I just needed 3 little pills to get me through the night. And these are not medications patients should just stop taking. 2/3 people I talked to at CVS were rude and uncaring. Unfortunately, I cant take my business elsewhere or my insurance wont cover my medications. Im stuck with this evil company. 😡

On hold forever! Takes Forever to get a scrpt filled after giving them hard copy 3 days ago and they still cant get it ready or answer the phone! This Warsaw is open 24 hours. But is the slowest pharmacy in town!Going to Walgreens next script and every one after this. CVS sux

Extremely poor pharmacy customer service. This has to be the worst CVS store I have ever patronized. The pharmacist was argumentative, uncooperative, rude and uncaring. Based on other reviews I’ve read about this CVS I am not surprised. As a result of my experience I will take my business to Walgreens located nearby.

This location is convenient due to being open 24 hours, but unfortunately this is the only benefit for me. Ive had so many issues with customer service (rudeness), pharmacy mix-ups/pricing mistakes, as well as issues with coupons (including ones directly from CVS via email!) not being accepted for whatever reason, that unless I have an emergency need I usually try to avoid the hassle altogether and visit the Walgreens down the road during business hours.

Keeps you on hold for almost an hour then hangs up on you

The pharmacy isnt always the most helpful compared to Walgreens down the street.
