Prices had been good & friendly staff. Pointed me to what I needed quickly. Walked with me & asked if they could assist in the rest of my shopping. Not just if I needed anymore assistance.

One of my favorite shopping spots. Facility is well stocked and clean. Staff are friendly. It does get extremely busy on the weekends.

I love Costco... I can get lost in this store for hours. There are just some really great deals on clothing, shoes, electronics and household goods!! Then you have groceries when you are done with all the fun stuff.

I love Costco! They have a great selection and bigger quantities to make bulk shopping a breeze. Their Kirkland Signature brand is as good or better than some name brands. The one thing I get every time Im there and its in stock is the cinnamon bread from the bakery. Ill eat a loaf at a time, its that good. This is a great place to shop.

Actually Im quite impressed with it. You can actually buy food their of a higher quality than starmarket or stop and shop.For example, I really like baked salmon and bulgogi dinners from them. I do recommend checking out salmon dinner.Chicken Alfredo is really so so though.Also I do like their croissants and Madelines as well as A-Sha Tainan style noodles 🍜 .I really like their Beef Bulgogi Mandu. They are quite meaty.I am still exploring Costco but I do want to see more Korean and Japanese products please, both food wise and cosmetics and skincare. High quality please.Id also appreciate if they also had higher end pet supplies, especially Orijen cat food.Otherwise, Im pleasantly surprised by the warehouse.

If you cant enjoy a trip to Costco then we just couldnt be friends. This place is a fun time and a great place to wander around in just trying to find great deals. Its a massive store so it will take a while to get through it and see everything. It is a great place for a fun evening of shopping and exploring.

Love Costco. I wish they carried KingSt. Vodka and Bellisma.

Love this store! Great deals on many items...occasionally prices are cheaper somewhere else so check. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent ready to cook meals and produce is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food court area is sooo worth it...amazing hot dogs, pizza, churros and the chicken bake is outstanding.

Greatest place to shop in the area. Costco definitely lives up to its well known reputation. Spotless floors and doors. High quality products, low cost, well staffed and trained well employees! Costco truly is the gold standard when it comes to retail.

Horrible customer service and awful when refunding your money. My order came and it was broken, so I had to return it. It was not worth the fiasco I went through. Will not order from Costco, again.

I just recently used their optical department. Even without insurance I was able to purchase a quality frame with Transition Lenses at what I thought was a great price. Will definitely use them again.

Just made a quick trip since I was up in Mishawaka. Thats 30 miles from home. I only visited the gas station today. Always appreciate the gas prices here.

So what can you say about Costco. I mean everyone knows what they do. You go there to buy giant packages of toilet paper and end up with a cart full of huge bags of chips, cookies, candy and snacks. And they reel you in with the free samples. We tasted the apple pie and ended up spending $12.00 for one. My husband justified the purchase by saying, But its big enough to feed 30 people! Yes its a giant pie. And its a darned good pie too!!

Employees are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Has a good selection of products. Nothing to complain about.

Great products and great prices and everyone who works there offers help when you ask. Does shopping get any better?! Not to us.

Awesome selection and prices!!! This was my first time shopping at Costco and I really appreciated the whole set up. The flow of the warehouse is very well done! Getting my memvership set up was great! Judy was very friendly and knowledgable, spoke clearly and made the experience delightful!

Costco is generally very reasonable, meats,chicken, ect very good bought whole rotisserie chicken for$5 and really good. You can also buy gas, priced competitively. Would suggest going at an off time for gas.

Good luck getting anyone on phone. After listening to minutes of Covid info (no way to skip),you get a menu. Make your choice and then it rings a phone for a minute and disconnects you. I need tires so it looks like Ill be going to Tire Rack: cheaper installs, free road hazard warranty and much wider better selection and price.

Staff is very good about keeping the lines moving when the store is crowded. The store is clean and the staff are fairly nice. I love buying things in bulk and you can’t beat the prices. I think that Costco is great place to shop for any family big or small.

Every time we visit Mishawaka we make a stop at the Costco warehouse and always find some good bargains. The size of the place is amazing compared to the local stores we have back in out town. Its just fun to look through the vast merchandise displayed.

Great place to buy discounted items in bulk. The membership is affordable and you get discounted gasoline also, usually 15-45 cents less per gallon. The food court specialty is the pizza!

Worst customer service ever had! The supervisor was rude and acted like I was lying about being able to shop without a membership per the manager. We had over 300.00 worth of items.The only good thing was the manager Jay who said we could shop. He was very nice! We did leave without our stuff and no membership.

Ive been to Costcos in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, And New Jersey and this costco in Mishawaka is far above average with a large layout and generally more choices than available elsewhere. I noticed this in electronics, office supplies, liquor, and menswear. The gas station had unleaded gas prices at $2.99, about 20 cents below the nearest competitor. Recommended!

I have NEVER had a bad experience with Costco until this week. I went to the pharmacy and there were 3 workers behind the desk helping 1 employee. I stood there for 5-8 minutes and I was NEVER acknowledged. I walked away.I thought customer service was the first thing for Costco..so disappointing.I will NEVER go to the Granger location again, I will drive further out of my way to get TRUE customer service.

I typically love shopping at Costco. Today my cashier Susan operator 52 was extremely rude. She wanted to argue with me that I had plenty of time to renew my expired license. Number one Im from out of state and in Michigan it is extremely hard to get in to secretary of state. I do have an appointment but its still several weeks out. If she didnt want to ring up a bottle of wine I completely understand but please dont ridicule me and tell me Ive had plenty of time to take care of my business when you have no clue and its not really your concern. Susan is definitely a Karen.

It’s Costco. Prices are great. Service is exceptional and bathrooms are clean. I also enjoy seeing pleasant faces that are always willing to help.

I love Costco. Even though I come in and spend hundreds of dollars I shouldnt spend here, I still love Costco. From the food court, I love the berry sundae and churro. This one in Indiana has good prices on alcohol, so I would drive down from Michigan to get the liquor here. $16 bucks for a biggest bottle of Fireball, $8 for Apothic Red.

Definitely a fan of Costco. Quality products at good prices, excellent service from the employees when required, and have handled Covid-19 issues well. Feel as safe as possible when shopping. Gasoline prices are always competitive as well.

Best place to alcohol in Indiana, where it is illegal to keep alcohol behind a membership paywall. I enjoy going in, arguing with the greeter about the validity of this law, before finally being allowed to enter, where I then buy as many bottles of kirkland signature vodka as I can afford, to then go home and drink my sorrows away. Thank you Costco!

This is a clean, well staffed, well stocked store. Usually if something is out of stock its a very in demand product, and in these times its not a shock. Usually restocked in a timely manner in a day or two. The food court is awesome too and great for a quick bite to tide you over.

It would have been 5 stars but the cashier and her assistant equated speed with tossing our bags of potato chips around. Why is it that cashiers never give any thought to this? Also, its not a good idea to stand a frozen pizza on its side. The cheese and pepperoni slides to one side and you can never get it to go back correctly. Again, no thought.

Its Costco. What more can I say. I like Costco but I do not like some of the rude Costco customers.

Shopping at Costco is a unique experience. If you go into the place expecting it to be like going to Meijer, Walmart, etc - you are going to be disappointed. They have alot of seasonal items or items that only get in stock once. Therefore, if you go in expecting to get hot chocolate in June, you are going to be disappointed. They have many items that are available year round and the more you go there, the better you know what is and what is not seasonal. What I love about Costco is the things that Costco tells me that I need. An example of this is a cooler backpack. We use this thing all the time. I hadnt seen one before and didnt know that it was a need in my life, but there it was - Costco telling me this was something I needed. I have since seen them elsewhere, but the price and features of the one I got at Costco was better.

Weve had a Sams club membership for years until it closed down in our town so we cancelled it. Then Costco was built 20 minutes away. Weve noticed that Costco has many of the same items but at lower everyday prices. Plus they carry a large variety of specialty food items for Keto dieters like me.The clothing department is a lot larger with great prices on name brand items.

Its a controlled cluster bomb. If you dont like crowds, stay away for your own good. Inexpensive if you buy huge amounts.

Their pharmacy is always awesome and you dont have to have a membership to use it. With their low prices and the savings with goodrx, I save about $500 a month because I dont have insurance.

This warehouse has good deals everytime we go shopping. Selections of products are of good quality. We are impressed with the winter apparels we got like thermal tights and top, gloves and snow trax . Gas price is cheap! Workers are nice and helpful.
