Had to go here twice because the first time I went I was assured that my phone was working even after I asked are you sure its fixed? Got all the way home and it wasnt fixed so had to go back to get it done right a second time.

Tried to get internet. After 1 1/2 hours they tell me that they dont service our area. Employees were very helpful. Management should have known the service area. Two stars for the new employee that was doing his best.

After having a very negative experience at the edwardsville store I went to granite city and Kay was very helpful😜😜😜

Got my serviced transferred relatively painless.

Was gonna switch from Verizon to At&t. After two hours and no progress decided against it. Seen one person waiting to pay bill for very long time. Manager just ignored him the whole time.wiuld not recommend to anyone.

I have bought my last 3 phones from this location and the staff there has always been superb. Always ready to answer all your questions and help in anyway they can. Plus I like that you can do their pre-paid plans so it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg to have cell phone service!

I am going there now to pay my land-line instead of mailing a check, read are very knowledgeable and courtiest

Bad customer service

I walked in to pay a bill and wasnt even acknowledged. It wasnt until I looked around to notice I was the only black person in the entire store. All the white customers were being assisted while I stood there for 20 mins! I left and will be switching my service as soon as possible I dont recommend this AT&T location! Their service is horrible and they give dirty looks every time I come in the store (maybe because Im black).

This store -- Dustin in particular---was awesome. Very patient and helpful. I was crushed when I lost my phone in the gulf but Dustin helped me get back in action. I will remember such great service!

Fixed my phone problem right away.

Overall we get a pretty good service there was a young man named Brandon who was very helpful and although the store was nearly ready to close he took his time and made sure that my new phone was set up properly. He had a very good personality and I think he’s an asset to your store.

If you have to go into an At&T store, a corporate store like this one rather than a partner store is your best bet. I use At&T for my corporate wireless and have always had success with this location taking care of issues.Less so on the personal side. When asked to perform a simple review of the account to see if there were any savings we were missing, an unauthorized change was made to our plan resulting in excess data charges. As no paperwork was presented to me for the change and I did not sign anything to authorize such an account modification, I was able to get it straightened out-- but was forced to contact Retention in order to do so. My advice is to be very clear about what you are needing done, and then follow-up with a call to the 800 number to make sure that it was completed correctly.

Terrible customer service. Went to pay our tv bill. Kiosk was turned off because personnel care more about customers who are going to earn them a commission rather than those who just want to pay their bill. Ill take my business to an AT&T store that cares about both kinds of customers.

Today was a good at AT&T!!!!! Brandon was the best !!! Got a lot of things fixed on my tablet and phones. He has a lot of patience and didnt make me feel rushed. I was very happy he knew how to fix the problems. and educate me on some things.

Wanted to sell us the most expensive phone first, when we said that we didnt need to have a phone that advanced,(I dispise technology) he offered us what he called an economy phone. Felt insulted.
